This bird has been lurking on the edge of my kitchen window, staring at me with its beady eyes the past few days. Very strange behavior from a strange bird I haven't seen before. It might be a well disguised surveillance drone. Bold color choice, though. Looked it up -- a male Hooded Warbler. CT not its typical region; mostly in Southeastern states.
