Email PIU...I emailed them yesterday saying I wanted to order a brick but was wanting a Zico torch too. Jake replied back that they have them in stock but haven't updated it yet. Said he would throw in one for free and to send him the link in the comments to the one I want. I went with the straight one...just liked the shape better. But yeah hit them up on email.
Thanks man.

The eagle torches that come with the Brick are from us not Puffitup. If they are weak or fail it's on our end not puffitup. Sadly we can't warranty the torches or tweezers, but if they don't work out of the box let us know at our site.

I have had good luck with Zico torches (also sold as Scorch Torch) but I agree with @RUDE BOY about the eagle torches, a good one really does work well and is very portable.

Right on thank you man. I just wanted to add one of those straight Zico lighters as I just sold my last Zico and honest torches with a lotus and VapMan. I always like some options so I figured the eagle, my honest double I have, and the Zico straight will give me some good variety for the brick

im about to leave my house but walnut stickybrick order has been placed!:rockon: cant wait to get bricked! thanks @StickyBricks and @PuffItUp for the help and great service. cant wait to add mroe later peace everyone. :peace::leaf:

I got a new bigger torch yesterday. I went with the Bernzomatic. That thing is crazy powerful and requires a totally different technique. I got some nice hits off it but eventually combusted a tiny bit. No ash, just some charred bits.

I'm not surprised at the results, I knew the torch would be overpowered and a beast to handle. I just like experimenting with my vapes. I've put the Bernz aside for now. I figure I can always use it for the Supreme I'm going to buy eventually.

I was still having inconsistent results with the Eagle torch. I purged it and refilled it this morning and noticed an immediate increase in performance. I just took a massive, face melting hit with my first attempt. Nearly instant vapor production too which was my main problem before. I thought I actually combusted again, pushing it too far with the more powerful flame. Nope, still nice fresh herbs with some green in them.

As a long time combuster who mainly used a glass spoon I find the carb very satisfying, especially when combined with the visual feedback from that lovely thick mouthpiece.

I'm really excited by the potential held within this functional work of art. I can't wait to fully master my Brick. Stay sticky everyone! :peace:

I get the appeal of the massive hits, but is it easy to mix it up and do some smaller, lighter, flavor hits? Is it all in the carb and lighter power/distance?

Also, has anyone gotten curious and tried hitting it as a conduction vape a la Peace? I guess you could either hit the bottom with the torch and insert it for the draw or maybe even put it in upside down or wedge a nug in the top and hit it with the torch while you draw.

My other question was has anyone done something crazy like stick a GH in the intake tube, but someone answered that a few pages ago :p

This seems like such a great desk unit for work breaks. With those massive hits, though, it would have to be an extended break.

I encourage anyone having torch problems to purge the butane out of the tank and refill. This can solve problems many times. When any of my torches give me problems I start with this method. Some of my other torches act up when I leave them lying on their side instead of standing up. It just depends on the torches.

@greenextinguisher there are a few variables, such as flame size, distance to intake, carb that will affect cloud size and taste. I enjoy the first few flavorful hits using a small flame, then bump it up to finish it off. Feathering the carb will help with that also. One of the great things about this vaporizer is there isn't one technique that works, but many. You can find what works for you and use it for flavor or pull lung busting clouds.

@Slow Draw McGraw is precisely right about purging and refilling. Brought many wanky torches back to life.

Just ordered.

These bastards (StickyBricks) are crafty! They treat customers right and do it quickly - a sign of a second-rate manufacturer this is not.

Now, to the nitty-gritty - its name.

Sticky Dick? Garrett Dillablunt? George Kush, Sr.? So many possibilities, so little time...

I went on vacation right before this came out and coming back I'm very happy to see pages and pages of positivity. I'd rant about how much I love the vape and the style, but I've done like 10 of those posts.

How do people like the brick glass vs the daisy glass? I was thinking of ordering their accessory pack as backups but some of the posts here are making me think I might want to switch in the brick glass and use the daisy glass as a backup instead.

Just got my brick today...thing is awesome! I really do dig everything about this. Glass is even thicker than expected too. And man the cherry just looks bad ass. Very simple yet classy design.

Anyways, on to the performance. I went ahead and inserted another screen since I saw a recommendation on a demo video I believe. It seems like it went all the way down though and I couldn't get it back out. I would have had to destroy both screens in order to get that one out so I just left it in. First two sessions were kick ass. I was riding the higher temp line for sure. I was cashing bowls in like three rips and my abv was on par with what my evo gives me at 12-1. Third bowl I hit combustion...I immediately knew it too. That taste is unmistakable. Dumped the bowl and it was really charred...so much that it left a char mark on the screen. Should I remove the screen and clean or should I just continue using it? It has that "smoky" taste right now for sure. Nothing overwhelming though. This is going to take some practice for sure. I was far too aggressive with the flame distance.

But this is an awesome vape. I just need to get my technique dialed in. And fuck I'm ripped off those three back to back bowls. Can't wait to "practice" some more.

Edit...after three more bowls I've got the technique down. I now start with the flame high and move down until I start seeing vapor. Once I find that sweet spot it milks. I was too aggressive originally. And man this thing is awesome. I'm utilizing it more as a quick hitter. I load what seems to be a 3/4 of what I would load into an elb. I'm able to cash out the bowl in three rips. ABV comes out looking dark...fully extracted. After multiple rips I keep thinking I'm combusting but I'm not. Already a big fan of the brick.

Tried it out and boy...did it work!
Thanks good sir.

@WakeAndVape the glass can take it, try it out, if it cracks I'll send you a new one. All the glass goes through a kiln and is annealed properly so I would be shocked if it cracked. Letting it cool properly (not dunking it in water or putting it in the fridge, etc) should prevent any issues.

Thanks so much for testing this, you are an intrepid pioneer! How clean was the heat intake stem afterwards?

@StickyBricks:
Now I want a honey bucket attachment so bad. Something I could swap out or put on top of the heat intake stem.

The Sticky Brick is still knockin' my block off. I'm having so much fun developing my technique. I love how fast it can extract!

@WakeAndVape the glass can take it......

On a side note, Brick's intake tube also makes a great replacement glass piece for the Peace.
A couple months ago I got some replacement glass for my Daisy and StickyBricks included an extra intake tube that was about two inches longer than usual. I love using it on my Pease to keep the wood from further charring.

I'm so excited to see what @StickyBricks will come up with in the near future:science:.

Boy, I got a Bernzomatic and that is one hell of a torch. I got some good hits, but more charred outside green inside than I'd like. I might try it again because I do love using it (except the f'ing safety switch), but it seems like it's too powerful for me even on the lowest setting.

I'm so frustrated buying torch lighters. 2 out of 8 of the eagle torches I bought successfully torch downwards, of the rest 1 didn't work and the others sputter which chars and then the flame dies and it spews butane. I got 6 honest angled torches and only 2 of those fire down, the rest do the sputter then butane spray. I have 2 scorch torches I love, but they are vertical and using them inverted a lot of the heat travel up and I can't hold it. I apologize if this post was too long or whiny, I promise I edited it down and took out a lot of swearing.

I actually just got 2 of these and so far it's looking really good. Haven't tried vaping with one yet though so we'll see.

If I need to I think my next try will be one of these guys:

These are awesome, but aiming straight down heats my hand. I use them for my vapcap.

I am using this scorch torch. Works great. It's the same one I am using in my video. Only downside I found was it wants to be stored upright otherwise it will misfire on the first try. The subsequent fires are all perfect. Of course, this could just be isolated.

I've been using my Zico torch exclusively since getting the brick. I was surprised because it came filled. Anyways, it was acting a little strange so I decided to purge and fill with some vector tane that I use for my nitro torch. I think I may have overfilled it though. There was no clear indicator like when the nitro torch is almost full so I wasn't sure when to stop. Anyways after lighting it again, it was sputtering and staying lit after I let off the button. It was also jumping up in size when I would turn it upside down to hit the brick. Decided to purge it some and bleed off some of the excess butane. Seems to have worked because now the torch is working great.
