Can the CFX's vibrating signals be turned off? The noises are disturbing others when I vape at night. I'm not above ripping the vibrator off the circuit board, but I'd rather not have to.

Hi guys, I wanted to share this discovery.
With both screen mods in the CF/CFX (the bucket screen and the mouthpiece screen replacement), I noticed that the internal screen serves as a PERFECT reclaim trap.
The bucket screen keeps all organic material out, and the internal screen catches all of this lovely goo.
All while having better draw resistance than the original screen.

I'm confused - what is the bucket screen?
I've only known about swapping the stock screen in the mouthpiece and replacing with something such as an ELB top cap.

Exactly that. Drop a bucket screen from the top have of the ELB or the Arizer Extreme Q over the bowl AND replace the mouthpiece cap screen with a pipe screen. The internal pipe screen becomes a dab magnet.

That's a great idea! It should help keep the mouthpiece from getting clogged too. So the dab magnet is between the ELB and the plastic mouthpiece? Or is it inside the actual mouthpiece? I tried putting a screen there when I first got the CFX but I couldn't get it to stay in place.

It does a great job of keeping the internals of the mouthpiece clean. Everything inside is pure honey, nothing organic.
The pipe screen goes inside though. Cut a pipe screen to 13.8mm diameter circle, dome it a bit with finger tips, and it should snap perfectly into the circular area inside the mouthpiece.

At first I was scraping and enjoying, but the last time I just stuck the screen into the chamber with some ground up material and vaped two sessions at 370. The screen came out clean and goo-free, and I ended up orbiting the moon for about an hour.

Im not sure, but considering Boundless just got the new stock i would wager its the old model.

Yeah if your wife finds it.. when you come back the bowl will be abv...lol I don't have or ever experienced any issue leaving a fresh bowl loaded and ready while charging any of the vapes I own I dont own the cf or cfx yet but I can imagine you'd be fine leaving a bowl in while charging it
