Holding out hope for tomorrow as someone said that they were advised via email that their color TI order would ship on Thursday. I will probably be dissapointed again but i can't help myself. I keep saying this, but seeing people order after me already receive their units is a moral killer.

I received mine on Monday and have been really sick for the first time in like 20 years and STILL haven't tried it. Did some burn offs and it appears to be working well...hopefully try it tonight since I am feeling better. It's the first time, since I started smoking, that I have ever been too sick to get high, grr, of course on the day I receive a vape I have been waiting 15 months for! Plain TI ordered on may 2, 2015.

has anyone gotten a update or updated estimate from Hopper labs ?
going to wait until middle of July to ask if my hopper is shipping now as they told me A) to update my estimation last week and B) send out a new press update and it feels like they have done neither
so still the same shit from that company

The monthly updates have been coming on a regular basis - usually a couple of days into the month following. By this record, I think we can expect an update next week. One member or another will always quickly paste it up here and in the Hopper thread proper, so don't worry about missing something.
My belief is that emailing to ask when your 2016 pre-order will be shipping is not going to yield anything useful, and maybe only frustration. It's a long wait. How long? Long. Do you just want a refund?
I believe my ESD will have to change soon, but they may or may not do that concurrent to the June Update. I thought it would have been done by last week! I'm really starting to lose confidence that my Aug03 '15 preorder will be en route to me tomorrow.

April 2016 Shipping Update - received 4/13/16
End of April 2016 Update - received 5/2/16

C'mon folks. We go through this every single month. Doesn't make it good or the way we want things to go. It just is how life is on the GHL monthly rollercoaster. The June update will come in the first week of July. Some of us will take it as a good sign. Others won't believe what GHL is saying and call them names. Then there will be a bunch of address and shipping confirmations and we'll all (or most of us will) get excited and be all positive. Then there will be a lull until the end of the month and people will start getting upset again at the radio silence.
Rinse and repeat for August and for every month until they get through all the pre-orders.
Not to mention; the time the folks at GHL have to take to answer inquiries about 2016 orders is less time they have to complete and ship the 2015 orders that have to go out before they can get to the 2016 orders.
There's a tired old joke about Grasshoppers, patience, and Master Po in there somewhere, but I'll spare you.

The wait since my address confirmation, and since I have seen people after my order receive their units is killing me.
I really was hoping to have it for this long holiday weekend as i will be alone at the house with only one of my two dogs and no GF all weekend. I was imagining nothing but Pizza, bros, bbq, booze, and vapor... Well i guess i still will have all those things so... Happy Birthday America. Fuck GHL over a year late but ain't going to keep me down.

I really hate this fucking company.

Any argument against this fails me because, at best, GHL could have ONE individual who is paid to stem the tides of resentment and poor publicity on social media. Nope... NOTHING.
I remember the guys (and gals) and Ploom had a guy ON THIS FORUM practically holding everyone's hands on warranty issues, including addressing all follow-up questions everyone had about any particular issue. It made you, dare I say, proud, to be a Pax owner.
Shameful practices.

I hate the fact when I ordered in March I actually believed I would get it in August but now its either December or sometime 2017 because alright they been doing 2 months a preorder a month but in their own word they should be doing more like 6 months of preorders a month
1 month to August and they are barely in June 2015

I really fucking wanted this vape for 4th of July 2016, one year later then my original estimate (actually July would be 13 month after original ETA) but here i am. Constantly checking email and this thread over and over
For anyone wishing for me to to do my standard HD video vape review it might not happen for the GH. Why? I think reviews and videos help the manufacturer make sales and build hype. In this situation, i don't feel as though GHL deserves the effort from me, and i am currently not feeling like spreading the love.

Wish I could request the send me an extra battery in lieu of the charger. Since I won't use it anyway..

If my unit doesn't go out today or tomorrow it likely won't go out until well after the holiday, and even in the remote chance it goes out today i am likely looking at Tuesday delivery.
Sqweekie wheel sent another novel to GHL outlining my dissatisfaction with the fact people who ordered after me now have units with chargers, and now they are just sitting on my unit and unable to ship it. I recommended GHL cover my priority shipping due to being skipped over and fucked by the fact they sent out chargers to other people who ordered after me. This maybe would change my tune but i am not expecting shit from them anymore

Your frustration won't do you any good. Think of how many hours these people put in trying to make this product work, even worse how many hours they put in dealing with unsatisfactory emails. If you were so frustrated about delayed shipping dates why not just spend the extra 50 or 60 dollars and bought it from vape fiend or the various other sellers ". Honest days of work and you don't have to take your unsatisfaction to the emails and threads like these. Isn't there a rule on company bashing anyways? I know I faced the ban stick numerous times at the mighty thread

Just remember Caroline can and will pull favors but not because you demanded her to do so. I mean she deals with unhappy people all the time. Plus I know if you complain too much they will drop your order so be careful with going too far.

Edit. I really wasn't very frustrated wirh delayd dates. My frustration was compounded AFTER recieving address confirmation and after seeing people who ordered after me recieve units. This frustration was made worse when i was told today chargers were the reason my order didn't ship this morning (again, considering others who ordered after me have recieved chargers with units)

I had the same eta and frustration (August '15) bought one from vape fiend for 220 and now my frustration is gone 60 bux was def worth it to cure my unhealthy obsession. I'd be upset too if I hadn't had it. I understand.
And I do not care to report other users, just and watching out so you don't get the book thrown at you

The vapefiend route was something i have never considered. I am frugal, and wouldnt want to pay over $100 extra for two units. I have a great lineup of vapes to keep me busy for the last 15 months. I have also recieved new vapes like the Zion, Milaana, and VapCap over the past year. All excellent portables IMO.
But again, it has been the recent things that have really rubbed me the wrong way. Too late IMO to cancel and order from VapeFiend. I am still hoping to see shipping tomorrow from the manufacturer so it doesn't make much sense now even if money was a non concern.

You guys still waiting for your GH its probably just as well. Less odds in getting a faulty unit. GHL is learning as they go along. The GHs are probably better now than 3 months ago. They will be better possibly 3 months from now. Maybe they have figured out where all the glitches are, or maybe not?
I wish everyone good luck with your units. IMO maybe the company needed to pass out more beta units and see what happened with the users. Find out where all the problems were first before being released to the public. The backers ended up being the beta users.
