The Smokebuddy is alright, I would choose the Sploofy and XHALE over both SB options.
They seem better value in my opinion.

I emailed Xhale over a week ago asking about what they use to scent the tube and if it's safe and they never responded.
I've come to the conclusion that I don't really like the Xhale tube do to the scent. I think it may be giving me an allergic reaction, because when I blow into it, I smell the scent and I believe some of it goes into my mouth and makes my throat and nasal passage tickle. It's a shame they don't offer an unscented version and that there was no warning that it would have a scent on their website.
I haven't thrown it away only because it's my only option at the moment. I think I'll try Sploofy or the Smoke Buddy.

I don't think it would be worth it if it was unscented. The scent is the big incentive of it over the Sploofy.
Although the Sploofy is so much better that it doesn't actually need the scent. I've never really tasted it in my mouth but when bring it up to my face I can always smell the scent, I've even inhaled through it and I don't actually smell/taste the scent. The Smokebuddy could benefit from the scent, maybe it was the lighting but I never really saw visible from when using the Sploofy. This is something I do see from time to time with the Smokebuddy, and every time with the XHALE. Since they definitely put vapor back into the air I prefer slight scented vapor than just vapor that has passed over some carbon.

I just wanted it to take the smell away or greatly minimize it, which is what the carbon is supposed to do.
For anyone who is sensitive to scented things, I would definitely not recommend the Exhale tube. Also pretty shady that the company had no comment on what it is scented with, considering a lot of scented things are actually filled with toxic chemicals. I can't recommend the Exhale tube to anyone.

They claim they don't use synthetic fragrances, it doesn't seem too costly to use 100% pure essential oils.
I do find their description of the innards to be humorously vague..

Update: I bought a Sploofy 3 weeks ago as well. So I now own that as well as the Xhale tube, which I've grown to like more.
Updated review on the Xhale tube:
The scent has dissipitated more, which makes me like it more. Glad to know that it is scented with no synthetic fragrances (at least they say so...). Thanks @paytonpenn for providing that information. It feels like a homemade sploof that you would be proud of. And although the vapor goes through it and you can see it come out the other end. I like seeing the vapor sometimes. This is the sploof I use when I want to see the vapor and hold something that feels organic.
Review of Sploofy:
The Sploofy wins in discreetness and stealth (as far as making vapor and smell disappear). As stated before, this one makes the vapor disappear completely. Looks-wise, not as discreet. I find I don't use it as much though, when I don't require that level of discreetness, mostly because I really like seeing the vapor. I didn't realize how much I like seeing the vapor. It's half the fun. Also, there is a foam ring that serves as a cushion between the mouthpiece and the filter that gets wet with moisture from your breath and it needs to be removed and left to air dry after every use. I suppose you could just leave it there, but I live in a humid area to begin with and don't want to risk fungal growth, etc. Not a huge deal, but it is a factor in my not using it as often. It is a quality product though, and serves it's purpose well.
I'd like to get a Smoke Buddy Jr. sometime in the future and compare that one as well.
