@RastaBuddhaTao . HI.
I see planetvape.ca has the milaana. I will be ordering right away. Can you tell me what kind of warranty I'll have.
Thanks man . All di best.

Any mighty owners grab a milaana yet? Any thoughts.

Also to anyone. does it work right out the box or do I need tweaks and proper technique?
I might be killed for this but I like it way more than the mighty

Several of us have both. I know @WakeAndVape and myself still use both, although I think the Mi is taking over his rotation more than mine. I use my Milaana and Mighty evenly, about 30% of the time each with butane vapes taking the other 40% lately on the road. And the haze with a ton of pre-loaded cans and batteries for Concerts. Although the capsules for the Mighty look compelling! Evo and enail still rule the house.
Mighty has better flavor, Milaana is better for fast extraction, heat up time, or just taking 1 or 2 hits. Mighty is still the better session vape IMO. Buy Both :)

Cool. I am an early mighty owner. Sn in the 500s. About to send it in for repair. It works perfect but pieces of the top docking portion have come off.

Need a vape for when I send it in. Already bought a pax 2 and resold it. Hot and not good vape quality.

I was going to get plenty with new reduced load adapter.

Question to all.

Should I get a
milaana
A plenty
OR what's the zion vs milaana story.

I would definitely add the Mi over the outdated plug-in Plenty since you already have a Mighty. Your Mighty hits better than the Plenty. Zion might be more of a wait than you want but it looks like it's going to be the tits! Add an RBT to the lineup, not another S&B if you already have the Mighty. Totally different vape signature! more like a log vape high.

Can milaana give thick dense hits close to mighty?

With mighty I grind to near dust. Fill to near top and put a partial liquid pad on top at about 198 temp. That's a nice dense one. Can milaana satisfy me?
;)

I get more Medicated with the Milaana than anything I've had in the past including the herbalizer and mighty. The clouds are unreal. However I will admit the mighty is amazing too, loved it. Hated the 1 min turn off. I forgot to push the button constantly. That's my fault tho.

What is everyone's favorite method for drawing vs button press? I have only had this thing for a short time but I usually just hold for a couple second then take a 6-8 second draw. Let go and draw out the heat.

Mi is 100% convection. Mighty is a mix of convection and conduction. So a bit diffrent. Apples and oranges IMO.

But the Mi can make very thick satisfying vapor on par with some of the best on the market such as the Herbalizer after some practice and with proper Mi technique.

I don't need it to be the same as the mighty. Just wondering if the taste and quality of vapor is satisfying.

Are most people here happy with the vapor quality?

The vapor quality is amazing I use it dry and never have any issues even with the short stem. I don't have a mighty to compare to but it's night and day compared to my grasshopper.

Looks like I'll be a grabbin one . I like glass path too. Solo was my first good vape but didn't like the way the stem sat in my unit. DR to high.
How's DR on the milaana?

Free flowing.
Exact opposite of the solo, but you need to pay attention to your draw for best results; so can't just suck the shit out of the straw and hope for clouds. Well. Actually. With right priming you probably could tbh.

I had the mighty as a daily driver for a long time bt I sold it for 2 reasons and now the milaana is probably what i will get

1. The plastic mouthpiece and plastic vapor path started irritating me so i switched back to the solo is an all glass path which is unbeatable

2. My first mighty from a batch as early as @adam_baumm also a 500 series, it had the 1 minute shutoff, i sent it for repair, i got a newer vresion back with 2 minute auto off.... no good imo

so it looks like i will be buying a milaana then, huh...

Ok explain this someone if you can. Usually it takes me about 10 mins to feel medicated and find relief. With the Milaana tho I take one big pull and I'm there in about 20 seconds. How does that happen!?

In my opinion. Milaana times 10

I've owned 3 mighty's, great vape but I eventually sold em all. I'll never sell a Mi. Eventually I'll own 3.

@murf2010
Super extraction.

@adam_baumm
Best features, taste and effect, vape Q. 10, WAY THICKER than Mighty IMHO

My only vapes are the Mighty and the Milaana.

Mighty wins for things like: MUCH cooler vapor without water due to the cooling unit, 0 chance of combustion due to the built-in thermostat, easier to pack and take with you (no removable pieces like stems and batteries), bigger bowl if you are the type who likes to take a lot all at once, you can sip on the Mighty due to its half-conduction nature

Milaana wins for: heat-up time, which is instant. Also the ability to better micro-dose, my usage has gone WAAYYYYYY down since switching away from the Mighty. It also feels better to use a device that only utilizes wood and glass (and a bit of mica) instead of the plastic that the Mighty uses, though I'm not sure if that is a benefit or not in terms of health (probably just paranoia centered around a really hot oven sitting inside a plastic case). It is also way easier to clean (you just need to clean the stem instead of having to take apart the cooling unit)

I'd almost say it was apples and oranges, I truly enjoy my Milaana but the Mighty is dead simple and provides really cool vapor, the Milaana is just hot, no way around it for such a short vapor path. The Mighty is a session vape and is totally enjoyable when passed around, the Milaana requires more reloading and thus is better for 1-2 people max.

If I could only have one I don't really know how I'd answer the question. I might lean towards the Mighty because of the cool vapor, that's something I kinda miss about the Milaana. Will look into a water adapter soon...

I know this sounds crazy but I don't find the vapor hot or harsh at all with the Mi. I coughed a lot with the mighty but I think my draws were just too big.

Sure, it's probably an issue of user tolerance. I find the Mighty is equivalent to drawing in air, I don't feel anything until I breathe out and it's a giant cloud. The Milaana has some heat, I wouldn't call it harsh, but I was asked for a comparison between the Mighty and Milaana is all :)

Lifetime warranty. Works out of the box, some technique to maximize performance, great tips in here if you read through the thread.

OR what's the zion vs milaana story.

Longer wait to get one but greater versatility and control, various difference discussed here and in that thread if you search

Vapor quality in Milaana (and Zion) is one the best I have ever experienced among all the vapes in my signature and more personally

Yeah, but it's also technique and such, with zero preheat low temp hits in Milaana I am always shocked by the smooth clouds bc it felt like nothing going in. Though trigger and draw help tremendously with controlling harshness, plus longer stems (even curved ones) and hemp fiber filters etc plus herb.

There is lots of heat available under the hood, but it's how much / fast you draw that makes the hit harsh, or worse yet, scorch. Pull slower and build heat in the stem, it will pour into your mouth like cool, tasty nectar. It's like nothing I've ever experienced. If you don't get and master a Milaana, you are missing an amazing adventure to cannabis heaven :2c:.

I've got mighty and milaana and I def use the mighty more because it's more mobile to me. No glass stems and no batts to carry. Just makes things way easier to me and I get big massive hits with the nightbeverytime which I also do with my mi..I really enjoy the mi a lot but I think it's just involves more to carry it.

Agreed with all the above and granted SOMETIMES I do get a fantastic hit with not too much heat. But there are too many factors here - your pack, the draw speed, the voltage of the battery (which ties in to how you use the trigger) - to be consistent. That being said, I can see the Zion taking care of all these pain points with its power knob.

And let it be known, I always reach for the Milaana over the Mighty. Mighty just gets attention when a bunch of friends come over.

I use the AA out and about, preloaded stems, swappable batts, super stealth, and with the right prep, super cloudage, 100% reliable, and I own 3, 20 batts, 20 stems, can focus on what I'm doing. With Mi, you gotta pay close attention.

I think people expect to much from an unregulated device. The fact it's unregulated means it up to the user to regulate temps. Be it through draw speeds or distance of the load from the heater or even how finely ground and/or packed the material is. All these do play factors. But only in the sense of maximizing your experience. It will or should work right out of the box with a tiny pre heat you will see very nice vapor. Now you can greatly increase your technique and experience through all the great suggestions people have posted on this thread.

IMO the Mi can do damn near anything you want it to do as far as vaporizers go. You just need to find your sweet spot with it.
Hell I just put my dirty screen all the way to the tip of my stem and gave the Mi a short 3-4 sec pre heat and then sipped very very lightly and you wouldn't believe the amount of vapor coming from all the juicy oils left on it and on the sides of the stem. These are some of my most medicating hits. Plus it does a decent job of cleaning it to where you improve the airflow.
