Out to lunch
I'm thinking about buying an e-nano and just applied the discount code FCLOVE and got free shipping but no 10% off..? A quick google showed that it used to take 10% off, did that change? Sorry if this has been answered
I believe the only current member discount is 'fcfreeship'.
Let's say I order an enano can I put a comment in the order to have a built in cable instead of a detachable one? I have a thing for losing cables
Leave the power cord connected and it's not only as solid as a built-in cord, but you have the advantage of replacing it yourself if your dog chews it up or your wife or GF gets pissed at you and cuts the cord in half.

If you're using cotton I would recommend 7-8, 7.5 is the sweet spot for me. If you rig something up with a steel mesh concentrate pad from another vape you can go all the way up to 10 which is roughly equivalent to 550F on an e-nail.

I believe it is technically possible to combust concentrates but the nano can't get nearly hot enough to worry about that.

I'm pretty sure you could combust cotton in the nano so I would be careful if you decide to go over 8. Even at 8 it's best to keep a fast draw speed.

Lower temps give better flavor, higher temps give bigger hits. The hits are plenty big enough for me at 7.5.

Thanks man, I'll definitely follow this! I appreciate it!

I left this set-up at 6.2 and it work?

You can, but you'd need a 240v to 110v converter (eBay/Amazon/maplins etc) as the nano is made for US power outlets (rated 110v).

There are quite a few UK/EU users on the forum

It does sound like an amazing vaporizer, but those transformers are all huge power bricks. Kinda off sets the elegance of the nano, unfortunately. Really want this, but I'm not sure I'm willing to deal with such a huge power brick. It's going to be bigger than the nano itself. Otherwise, it seems pretty much perfect for me. Right price too.

The E-Nano is awesome. I've had mine for a few weeks and I'm very satisfied. It makes clouds and hits hard. So efficient that it is a truly a game-changer.

I own the FF1, Crafty, MFLB, Arizer EQ, Solo. None compare. I actually ordered the FF2 but got the E-Nano first. When the FF2 arrived, I returned it unopened.

I feel the cord with dial can be a bit cumbersome. I'm sure if the temp dial was somehow on the vape itself, it would be more costly and prone to repair but in either case, it would be an upgrade.

The effectivenesse/efficiency of the device make the cord issue a non-issue. This thing delivers what I consider a long-lasting, PHARMACEUTICAL grade buzz with less material than one could imagine.

The next frontier for me is water/glass accessories. I'm digging thru the wealth of info on this site and will eventually get it figured out. I think I can start with a D-2020?

Of my not too few, vape purchases, this is the one I am most satisfied with. Highly recommended.

First Banksia pod E-Nano. Let's see if there is a demand for them? You can see the aluminum through the holes. It has an internal light but the light does bleed through the holes. Kinda cool.

Reminds me of the hot pod log vape that was out a while ago, I don't think they're in production anymore! I dig it a lot!

The E-nano is a beautiful vape, I'm glad you're enjoying yours! A tip for the cord that I read further back in the thread, take a square of Velcro and place it on the back of the dial, and the other side on the table. It'll keep the cord in place, and prevent the dial from weighing down the unit itself, if it's hanging off the table.

Sorry for the long list of quotes. Seems every time nano falls off my alerts list, the thread goes wild! And, you know I can't go without my endless nano comments. Thanks for understanding. :D

what temperatures resemble settings between 6-7.5 ?

what is the nano capable of doing better than the solo?

Saw some great answers to your question, but think the biggest one (IMO) somehow got missed. nano is pure convection! Biggest advantage for me is the better flavor from this. Other pluses are that it's not vaping your load if you're not hitting on it, and conservation of material. Usually better ABV from same type sessions, too. Nice if you use it later like I do.

@DarkSm0ke

I generally use the organic cotton method. I like temp 7.5 for concentrates. I completely wrap the concentrate in the cotton, use as little cotton as possible, just enough to cover the concentrate. Then I put in my dry stem or gong and hit it once or twice. After that I use the e-pick to flip it around so that beautiful amber spot is facing the heater.

I've used this method with pretty much every type of concentrate and it always works wonderfully.

I also have some S&B concentrate pads a friend gave me, I think they're from a Volcano. I cut a couple pieces small enough to fit in a gong and layered them. You can use higher temps with the steel pads, even up to 10. I'm not a big fan overall, for some reason I just prefer the cotton.

I truly do prefer the E-Nano over anything else for concentrates, even taking dabs from a nice rig. I feel the nano provides better flavor and is more efficient, I get more medicated from the same amount of concentrate.

I think I get more medicated with concentrates on nano rather than traditional dabs, too. Actually, kind of hard to say for me though. Traditional dabs give me more of a blow your head off soon after the hit feeling, while nano just makes me outrageously stoned! nano is definitely more efficient with amount needed, too. Depending on what I'm using and how, I can usually get 8 - 10 decent hits from nano off what I would use for one big dab.

If you use cotton for concentrates, be careful with how high you take the heat. Concentrates should be fine at any temp, but the cotton can get a little band-aidy tasting IME. Sandwiches can get a bit rough with higher heats, too. SS pads, no problem and ungummed hemp usually pretty good too. I usually hover around 7.5 unless i use SS. It is best, but messiest for me.

Good to know! I'll be probably ordering one of those new ones soon here, they look real slick, top notch job as always man!

Also, I've seen a few beautifully wood burned nanos, and I was wondering if there's anyone here on the forums who does pyrography on them? I should probably look around here first, though, but I was wondering if maybe ed does them? Or someone else?

Andy (@ACE OF VAPE) used to offer laser engraving for a small fee. Haven't seen it mentioned lately, but might be with checking with him.

+10!

F'n amazing!!! Kind of glad I finally got my custom exotic order in before you posted this. Poor snappo would still have my wood sitting on his shelf.

Glad you got it. I literally had my mouse on the check out button nearly a dozen different times.

I just need to get one that can't look back at me.

I decided to let you have it. I was afraid that it might not keep my hands warm enough with all the holes. Cool as hell though.

All good, I would have just grabbed the #2 one

Having some of my fav night time strain for the time being called Island Kush or Sweet Island Kush. It's very stoney and I don't use it during the day because then I'll want to take a nap.

Enano is on the job when the need arises. Have a nice evening friends - don't sweat the small stuff. Love the j hook.

I started off my day with a nice sized piece of wax on a cotton ball in my enano, it works fantastically, such a nice way to start off my morning. Warm and uplifting is what I'd describe it!
I love using concentrates in the morning! Actually, I love using them all the time lol, but especially in the morning.

I find the nano produces a clean, clear effect with concentrates. Potent, but not debilitating. I agree that it's uplifting. What better way to start the day?

I hope everyone has a great day today. :peace::leaf:
