Bought the HE dish and it was good - kind of small - ending up breaking it after a week or so - it wasnt a mystery break either I dinged it

so that being said I checked the new vape site and the 15 buck dish was back in stock - swooped one up and I have to say Im happy with it - tastes as good as the HE and the new vape is slightly bigger and the middle retainer is lower than the sidewall making it easier to get your dab in there - for 15 dollars its an excellent backup if nothing else

Does the New Vape one fit the slim series?

Great to hear you're enjoying your new enail. Which one did you get ? I just ordered this one: http://www.dhgate.com/product/quartz-flat-10mm-coil-enail-kit-d-nail-dnail/376329298.html#ctabBox (have to wait a few days for shipping, as I wanted a 20 mm coil and nail )

Well i pulled the trigger on the Dhgate kit:
http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/quartz-flat-10mm-coil-enail-kit-d-nail-dnail/376329298.html

Will post some feedback on item and seller once it gets here and I have had some time to evaluate it.

Can't wait to hear your reviews and see some pictures/videos ;)

I'm gonna have to wait until end of June to order it :(

Nice! Those are sweet.

thank you

forgot to mention that the newvape dish isnt flat on the bottom and it doesn't sit flush on the nail - I think in the long run it might help prevent it from cracking but Im having to run it about 50 degrees hotter as a result

For those waiting for a SiC HALO like me, it's gonna be a bit longer. Just got this email from them:

We regret to announce that there will be an additional delay in the return of the SiC HALO™.

The dishes we had hoped to release this week were found to be flawed and unsatisfactory. Many of you have been anxiously awaiting the return of the SiC HALO™, and we are committed to releasing them with the quality that you've come to expect.

Yep, got that email too...

If you're still waiting for one.... I mentioned this a few pages back..... 1sourceprod.com still has some SiC halos left in stock (4 left after I ordered mine a week ago). You gotta call them to place an order

Their batch is from late January, so it comes with the updated retaining nut.

Enjoying mine with the sapphire insert very much :D

Thank you so much man. I broke my SiC halo the other day and tried contacting dnail. Received the same news everyone else got. Called these guys right when i saw your post. Theyre even charging less shipping than D-nail. Thanks again!!!

Y'all got nutmeg?
So I just got into using waxpens and now I'm thinking of getting a portable enail (like a handheld, self contained one- Cloud V style). Is there one you guys could recommend that's actually made with safe materials? Is there like a W9 Tech of portable enails?

Pardon my ignorance, what's the updated retaining nut? In the Dnail thread, I posted a photo of my TI Halo, and it has the nut built into it basically....just screw it on base, nothing to it. I totally thought that wouldn't be the case though, based on my knowledge of the HALOs. Is the updated version built into it like the TI? Or did they just revamp the nut for the Quartz/Sic dishes? Sorry for the ignorance

I'm loving the sapphire with the TI Halo though  makes even some of my crappier wax taste delicious!

The updated retaining nut allows you to use either version of the sapphire insert, the V1 or the infiniti HE nail one.

I'm dumb.. i was scrubbing it clean in the sink, and dropped it. Never thought I could break it.

why not just heat clean?

i turn the temp up to about ~850F on the enail for an hour, blow the soot off after and its good as new.

I might give them a try, not sure if they'll ship to Canada though. It sucks about the delay though, I almost wonder if they use the same company as CCA710 to make them given the massive delay the SiC buckets went through. I got added to the contact list for them in April so that's at least 2 months to deliver a defective product. At least it seems to be easier to make than Sapphire dishes.

I placed my order through 1sourceprod.com and they do ship to Canada, really nice guy on the phone too. Seems like there's been a lot of interest in it but I did not get the last one so if you'r interested you should call soon.

Got my Universal Carb Cap and Fork today, I dig it. A bit pricy, but makes a world of difference and seals clean on every nail in my house and my bangers. So that's cool :) overrall a real nice tool. Necessary with the Halo IMO to be fair it's a much nicer tool then my $10 Dabber cap I had just definitely a bit pricey.

Cleaned my Sapphire insert other day, super easy! Soaked in ISO a bit, probably should of longer. Hot water and dried/scrubbed it. Good as new! A bit of discoloration but you can tell when it needs cleaned cause the taste starts to really suffer and buildup, etc. I'm not one to cotton swab after every dab feel it would burn bit idk...need to go get ISO and clean again though. Playoff hockey nights ruin me (go Pens ;) )

Really it has stepped my enail up a lot. Tastes superb. Gonna maybe even press some rosin later to try....

Would love to try Quartz on the Enail but have been spending too much, that or SiC will be the next endeavor.

Cheers all have a great weekend!

I bought an auber ins rdk 350 about 6-7 months ago, and it's always worked fine, I calibrated it for a flat coil according to recommendations I found on here when I first got it, I also got the auberins flat coil. I set it to 999 for cleaning between sessions, but the 1hr auto shut off is still in place. It recently started really jumping to random temps (589-648 in one second or less) and not holding any set temp for more than 2 seconds, it's reading -h- (pretty sure that means to hot? ) at like 592, I have no idea what's wrong or how to fix it can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance and sorry if this is the wrong place for this question

Sounds like you need a new coil.

Already? Did I wear it out or are the auberins coils just that bad? I haven't even had it a year, should I just bite the bullet and get a $100 d nail flat coil ? Is it worth it?
My first Gimido coil died after about 6 months of frequent use. I'm using a D-Nail Extended life flat coil now, not sure how long that will last.
