I could be wrong, but I was lead to believe that @VapeFiend.com were/are the only authorised European retailer unless that's changed. Also, VF will only warranty for purchases from them so if you bought elsewhere you have to deal with Hopper Labs direct.
We do, provided you purchased your GH from us.
This has indeed changed, as we are now an authorized reseller as well - these units were obtained directly from Hopper Labs.

You'd have 2 choices, send it back to Vaposhop or send it direct to Hopper Labs. Vaposhop are not UK though. I think they are Germany.

The batteries are a custom size unique to the hopper... No third part options available so you'd have to buy from an authorised vendor or direct from Hopper Labs.

I couldn't even find a place to enter the code. I also emailed after purchasing and inquired about a possible difference refund. Either way I'll be happy. I've regretted selling my first hopper since the day after I did it.
