Discontinued Haze Dual V3

deep in the matrix...
What if u take 8 pulls, turn it off, and rip the chamber out asap lol... Too bad u cant turn it off and continue to pull till its cooled down, wasted some

lol, that might work but fuck that can will be HOT. I usually do one more pull with the unit off.

what I would recommend is what I am aiming towards, like a handful of pre-loaded cans ready to go in prescription pill holders. you can load whatever you want for whatever session you want and even identify them if need be. handful of batteries and boom, weekend party is on me. :D

for people who own crafty, firefly 2, pax 2, how does the haze v3 compare?
I don't have a crafty but I have a Mighty. I don't have a Firefly 2 but I have a Firefly original, I don't have pax2 but I have an original pax. I would say the V3 vapor quality is comparable to the Pax. That being said, the versatility of the Haze V3 Blows all three out of the water.

I said this before, but damn good and heavy vapor signature. A real knockout with some heavy indica.

I do like this vape a lot for a session portable. Easy to use. Friends like it. Great vape to share because it is easy as fuck to use, you just pass and tell people to suck. Great for light weights too, as they seem to only need a few puffs.

Thus far the SS baskets with metal lids (sorry i don't know proper terms) are by far my favorite for herb.

Yes. Versatility. With so many bowl systems, acccessories, and mouth pieces versatility really is a strong point with this vape.

I've done exactly this before. Did like 5 or 6 pulls on low heat, pulled the can out and threw it in the cold oven. Came back later and finished it off. The second session tasted fine, and there was still a lot of green color in the material. I agree with others that it is best just to pack some cans a third or half full for shorter sessions. I've only did the switch because I was interrupted and didn't want to waste my material.

Props to Scott, he has been very helpful!

I am currently waiting for my v3 to ship from vapornation (been processing all week, doh!), but I'm super excited!

I used to be a smoker, and once in awhile I use ejuice, and was wondering what do I need to do in order to use ejuice in the v3? Do I use the cans with the rubber top, put in some cotton, drown the cotton in ejuice, and then insert the can into the vap?

Looking forward to being a l ong-tem v3 user, thank you all for your time!

I think that the Haze is using a hybrid conduction/convection design even when using cans. And that's what makes this vape special in many ways. It does a much better job than a standard convection vape.
On level 1 it's extraction is near perfect for me, and packing the can very light and near full,( leave a little room around the the out put off the can) gives some fantastic flavour.

I have about 10 stainless steel cans, and keep rotating them through usage, this has kept the cleaning to the minimum. And about every 6 uses, goes thru an ISO dip for an hour or more, and then easily wipe clean with as tissue.
To those who haven't tried putting the can on a very slight angle this has made the Haze almost perfect in draw restriction for me, and I recommend this technique again.

I would think some importing upgrades for the Haze 4, (if it happens)would be a double tap of the button to turn on/off, this would save me having to pop the battery. And I would really want to see is an all stainless steel path to the glass mouth piece, including an upgraded nylon opening mechanism (not plastic) this would make this thing as tough as at could possibly be. And i would buy it for sure.
But I'm just Haze dreaming, I think.

But don't let my my wanting updates put you off a purchase, in its current form the Haze dual 3 rocks. And will save your priceless precious lungs, from the dreaded damage combustion causes.
hey bro, can you explain how you tilt the can?

I just don't think it will work, I know it might
Does anyone else get bad tastes and smells from their Haze ? Actually one of the best for the first few puffs and love how much I get out of a fully packed canister, but towards the end it keeps on coming just with a worse flavor and smell that I don't get with other vapes when they are extracting the last. I assume just turn it down ( I have it on setting three)

Hey bobo305,
This probably isn't a recommended haze way of doing things, but I use the metal lid to jam the can on it's side slightly, ( lift the rear of the can with your nail when in the unit, then push the front down slightly, don't be to heavy handed, and damage the oven, the herbal can lid will Jam it in place before closing main door), this Will expose the input air hole a little bit more, than going in flat, giving very slightly better air capacity.

I have been trying to grind for a light fluffy texture, and pack lightly,to let the convection part of this vape do it's magic, and I'm still imprest with the affect and flavor.

Try setting one. First few draws only give a little flavor, but then the sweet vape clouds appear, and last the longest, with the longest amount of nice taste available.
When the taste goes a little bitter, your towards the end of the can.
It's time to reload.
Setting 3 will suck the guts out of the can fast, and I do this when in a hurry. But 3 is for concentrates mainly.maybe Try level 2, if level 1 doesn't float your boat.

I really like the Haze v3 for it's low-key appearance and smell. Have been using in my apartment building to avoid being caught. Am looking at ordering some replacement batteries does anyone know how low-key the packaging is - is it obvious what it's for sometimes my post office damages parcels and we just receive the contents in a see through bag. Just wondering if my landlord will be able to tell what they are?

Thanks in advance for anyone that knows.

The xl haze batteries I ordered came in bags, inside indervidual white boxes, you wouldn't know what the package was for.

No problems ordering the batteries. Don't be tempted to use cheap crap Chinese batteries, from torches, or other gadgets.( could go boom in your face), the haze needs known top end, protected batteries.

Haze batteries are very good/reliable cells.

Another question.

Does anyone know if you can get replacement silicon for the bit above the chamber?

during cleaning when putting the metal bits back in I accidentally cut a bit off with the sharp edge it's fully functional but if it happened again it'd probably split

I love the Ss can lids with the V3, As a o.g Haze owner i must admit it was always great with dry in the can, But now that they got these new lid's and you can pack more i have been getting better results. I seem to be getting great clouds even on 1 with a med grind full packed and then pushed down to add a little more. The thing seem's like a whole different unit when i do this now gotta love that.

I have none of those, but I have a mighty, a pax 1, and a so many other vapes. And honestly it can only be compared to other conduction session vapes like it. So in that regard the only one you named that is similar is the Pax 2 and I really like the Haze over the Pax 1 or 2 because of the dual ovens. The styles are similar but the haze has a little less restriction, so I get bigger clouds. Plus the versatility of the haze sets it apart. I use conduction screens and herb cans mainly. My favorite way to use it is to pre load about 8 herb cans with a chunk of shatter in the bottom and then flower to the top. That and a few spare batteries and your set for the day or concert. That's where this vape really shines and why this vape still makes it into the rotation even with 10 others on the table next to it. If you were only going to have 1 portable I might pick the Mighty over the Haze. BUT it's nowhere near as portable, it's a little more fragile, and when the battery dies, it dies. And no way the Crafty's crappy little battery could get me through a day.

And you might be comparing apples and oranges there with the conduction vs convection thing. While some people swear by convection taste like the FF, some people can't take long enough draws to take advantage of this, thus the terp packed first hits of a conduction bowl do it for them much better. It's all preference. My suggestion it to take the leap and start playing, if one doesn't quite suit your needs they resell very well in the classifieds here. And you might find it takes a few in rotation to meet your needs. Just like when I smoked, there was a time for bongs, and a time for the Pinch hitter, and sometimes I wanted a joint? Different vapes for different occasions man. The haze is a good one to put in the quiver though.

Oh yeah, PUMPED about the water tool naming contest!

The convection screen is more for longer more flavorful sessions. I really don't get much clouds on 2 with that screen, If you wan't serious clouds pack the dry herb can full with a med grind, You seriously may wan't to start on 1 this way it really is like a different vape when you do this.

Chances are you are not packing it tight enough. The Haze can take smaller loads but you will need to tamp it down a bit. If you are still not satisfied you may need to add a bit more material. Only other thing it could be is low batteries but I am assuming you are using fully charged batteries?
