J hook butane vape

put this together, 14mm J hook (tried 18 screen was harder to place and needed more stirring.) a basket screen 14 m-m and a hammer 14mm female gong.

Also, if anyone has an ideas of how to use a screen on a 14mm male similar to the Mi system with the 18? Seems a bit finicky for any screen I have tried, a basket that fits would be great!

That plus, http://m.dhgate.com/product/smoking...dapter-with/234559770.html#s1-26-1|2317937783

Would work well in a bong I think.

Anyone else got any bits to put together?

Very cool. How is the vapor quality and harshness? I like that it's an all glass path except for the basket screen. Downside: seems like the glass pieces would get hot, and you have to wait for them to cool down to check status of herb or to stir.

Pretty impressed really, clouds as big as the VG which are pretty huge, and taste better. Glass does get hot, very hot, but j hook gets hot with hammer and Mi as well. Wonder what other glass bits make a quick vape. I'd buy a daisy if I could, but this the best I can do for now.

Screen does not sit well ever, it wouldn't be a long term thing. Just what I had on hand.

Thinking the @DDave 14mm basket would fit pretty well provided the metal rim allowed a good connection @Tommy10. They are pretty much a better EQ basket screen & available in 14mm but a tiny load size. Otherwise go to a $2 shop & buy a pack of polymer clay & make a couple of screen formers to get the shape 95% there & make your own screens with a dowel.

Oh yeah that looks fucking cool as all hell Tommy10.

Mmmm DDave and 14mm! Nice. Anyone else got some stuf laying around I suggest giving it a go, just need somewhere for weed and some distance from torch, results are great!

I also think it would get pretty hot. I use a j hook with some of my vaporizers. It does get hot and needs to cool off.

Nice man, have you seen my Torch + Glass in the DIY (it just uses a single hammer stem)? Lighting was shit but the tube actually got very skim milky and if I loaded more than .02g it could've white walled.

You can also use a ceramic domeless nail, http://www.shopxhale.com/products/10489 and 14/14 adapter.

The Ceramic nail goes on top and you heat the sides, it will transfer heat into the 14/14 adapter where your screen and bowl are located.

Just so Dab HAppy!
I have used the metal water adapter tool from the flower mate and the heat intake block from the Daisy to make a direct water bong vaporizer or a water Daisy. I can try and get a picture of this tonight if I remember. It worked great but it wasn't the most stable.

Bet you could use that like the lily intake tube.

If you're on a budget I'm sure it's okay, but there are definitely better 'tane vapes out there.

I reckon there would be, but can't get anything from trill house at the moment:( blows bigger clouds than my hammer VC or VM, probably on par with the Vaporgenie and requires less stirring.
I lost the top bit so I might keep an eye on dhgate for some other good bits.

Imo the vapocane work as well as the Daisy but need a Bong or a j-hook and the carb hole miss.

So many places to post this one right now...the Daisy thread...the Sticky Labs thread...or just drop it right here since I already mentioned I would...here is the Daisy WPA. It would work much better on something like a FC-UFO or D020 but I don't have any of those yet so for now you can see it on my bong.
The extra metal under the Daisy heating block and the little metal piece next to the bong go together to make a universal WPA for the flowermate http://www.puffitup.com/Flowermate-Universal-Adapter-p/fm.107_adapt.htm I remove the portion that is by the bong and I don't use it for this setup.

I put a screen in the WPA and the metal sleeve from the Daisy slides right into it. It is a little unstable as you can kinda see in the next picture. This is why a more vertical alignment like in the pieces I mentioned above would be better.

Sorry, but no videos but if you can imagine this thing hits like a beast. Just as fast and powerful as the Daisy, only through water! I think @StickyBricks will have something for us in the near future.

I agree that the Vapocane should work just as well as a Daisy. I have a gnome/gnockoff that goes directly into my bong and can also be used ala Daisy or Vapocane style, however I find the all glass setups only allow for one session at a time. I like long sessions sometimes and most often I am doing more than one session so a bigger bowl like in the Daisy comes in handy and so does the wood that protects you from hot glass! There is no wait between sessions with the Daisy:freak:

Hey guys lost the hammer adaptor so bought another piece from the local, cost more than my j hook might stick to DHgate haha. Working wonders again, smaller flame path would be better running a little cool!
