I don't take mine out between rips but I usually kill an elb in 2-3 rips max back to back. After it's done I always remove and clean out immediately after. I really do like pre-loading elbs though.....either for back to back sessions or quick rips and not having to worry about grinding and loading every time. So my sessions are very short per elb. Each time I use the evo I think to myself "this thing really is amazing".

Also, I'm super paranoid about leaving it on all the time. Due to some of the runaway heat issues and how hot the unit actually gets, I always turn it off after 30-45 minutes. I also try to keep an eye on it whenever it's on. But thats just me and my paranoia. Many people leave them on.

Same here, I never take the elbow out between hits, I fill the large basket 3/4 full. Depending on how hard I rip it and the heat setting, usually 3-4 hits back to back before the taste starts to deteriorate and I dump the load. By then I'm pretty fucked up so I turn the EVO off because Ill be good for the next 4-5 hours or so.

Congrats! You will love it! I leave mine on all the time. But it has an auto shut off, I think around 90 minutes so I sometimes just toggle it when I remember. It heats up pretty quickly.

Yes, I would recommend removing the ELBs, even between hits.

Enjoy!

^What he said. Had my EVO almost a year & love it. I don't think anybody here really minds a question asked here or by PM. I know I'm cool with PM's if it's one of those questions that just seems a little too off the path of the thread.

Ok guys, I know I haven't been on here regularly but what exactly is the word on the New Digital Evo? I'm actually waiting to put my only back up vape... "The S&B Plenty" up for sale because of this! Has there been any word or was this just a really bad rumor? I know Seibo said in a youtube video they have a portable coming..(most likely similar to a Mighty since that's what I heard Seibo uses while out and about I'm guessing) but only hinted at something else.

Has anyone got any info on this new digital Evo and Portable? Any kind of a possible timeframe or predictions of when?

This has me more excited than sipping some Jim Beam with Mila Kunis!

Anyone know if Vapexhale will ever release the hydrabases again? I'm thinking no because of the "do not use inverted" thing.
It's a shame if they don't because they really compliment the new hydratubes & probably add that extra bit of diffusion which is nice at higher temperatures.
With all the interest in Chinese glass bringing back the hydrabase could renew some enthusiasm for Vapexhale branded glass.
Please bring back the hydrabases Vapexhale, my hydratube seems kinda lonely without one plus I promise not to leave the Evo inverted for long.

I always thought that videos and photos and facts are more worthy than mouth loads of bla bla blabbering ;)

Here's a compliment to the old and the new tech, but both got me to the same point, anytime always medicated/stoned/happy.
This is an old early 2014 video, OG Clear Matrix Mobiüs, IGG OG EVO & Cloud+
Best vapes IMO
Cloud+ IMO is better than EVO for just flowers. This is in my personal experience with 2xEVOs and a Cloud+
Stay vaped my friends...
Any questions just PM me.

NOOOOOOOOO! I had a HT mounted on my EVO and was about to go take a hit, when a free roaming gym ball rolled over and tipped the EVO over, breaking the bamboo! :(
Never leave the EVO with HT on if there is a fucking gym ball around.
I hope I could reconnect with vapefiend so I can get a repair, or else I'm fucked.
Last time I was trying to order something from him, GLS fucked the delivery up and he told me that he just can't send stuff to Czech Republic anymore and doesn't know if that gets resolved if ever :(

They always said that once you get your hand on a stable unit, your will be set and happy. After 2 faulty unit, I finally got one and now I fucking broke it physically! Fuck me. If it sets in motion another endless series of faulty units and waiting it'll be really sad.

I have read a few mixed reviews back in the thread but if anyone can help I am looking for your take on the reg glass nails vs the quartz and what you like better for dabbing , the vapexhale or using a e-nail as I am trying to decide if I should pick up a inexpensive enail for when guests come or stick with the Evo. ty

So last night I tried Strawberry moon rocks in the EVO ELB. I put a little flower on the bottom, threw in some little torn off pieces of moon rocks, then put a little flower on top. For anyone unfamiliar with moon rocks, it is much like the caviar line, its flower dipped in hash oil, dusted with keif and runs 52% THC. I put the regular flower in there in case any of the oil tried to leak into the bamboo.

Holy cow! I was so medicated everything seemed cinematic and I saw a kaleidoscope of lights when watching a movie. I used the strawberry flavored moon rocks and it milked the glass very heavily (moreso than flower alone) and for quite a few extra hits then I get with flower. Taste was great and I was lit. It's definitely a nice experience through the EVO and if you are looking for a potent high then I highly recommend it.

Haven't tried quartz, but for myself I have no complaints at all about the glass. They work great and it's even more convenient than flowers for a quick hit. Plus I am able to use a lot less than on my rig, and I like it so much more than having to worry about torching and temperature. I take concentrate hits at about 2-2:30 on the dial after it warms up to where you get a nice stream of vapor coming out of the top of the EVO.

Also, as soon as I see the vapor start to thin out significantly in the hydratube I remove the glass. If you hit until their is no more vapor coming into the hydratube then you will get some burnt taste.

Inexpensive enail. I love the EVO for concentrates, I really do, but for guests and simplicity you won't beat an enail.

It is nice just being able to tell my friends to scoop from my community jar and dab/cap, rather then load them up VXNs and tel them when to pull the tube off...only have two of them so just much more Pita and isn't the best way for noobs...I'll use the EVO by myself with concentrates more often then not though

Ty buddy to be honest , I have tried both a enail , rig and of course Vapexnails and found taste has always been the best using the Evo , its just messy , people can break my glass and it takes time for the nails to cool well before putting more concentrate in it or it will usually melt and not really get in the glass to well. I have had a few fumbles and lost some concentrate in the process. I was thinking of trying the vapxnail's in the quartz but at almost the same price I can buy a basic digital pid and a titanium nail setup. I also don't use the hydratube method anymore when using the nails , I find it much much better to just use a 18mm female to 18mm male or whatever your glass takes with some whip tubing between them so I can use anyone of my pieces and no one accidently forgets to pull the hydratube out and get some backsplash of concentrate into your HT .

let's all make a pledge: no more broken hydra tubes or dh glass this summer. Nothing makes 2 Cycle more sad than hearing about busted equipment. Part of me cries everytime i hear a story
so let's make this a summer we all remember: the summer of no broken glass!

The only advantage for the Quartz VXNs is you don't have to be as careful to torch them clean. I find no difference in flavor.

I stepped up to a CCA Liger with SiC insert, and that setup tastes better than an EVO with good flavor for the whole dab. Before that, I would have agreed that EVO dabs generally beat most enails for flavor.

hey folks - Plenty user here

im hoping this is an easy question for you guys

I concur! I only lack a Sapphire dabbing surface at this point. I have the Dnail&Liger with SiC an Quartz, the EVO with glass dabbing, and the VB2 for the most flavorful full Ceramic dabs!

What's up guys

I'm in the process of deciding wheter I should buy a Sublimator, or the Vapexhale Cloud Evo. As far as I can tell these are the biggest contenders when we're talking about quality of extraction. Can someone who owns, or has often used, both devices can give his opinion on this? It'd be much appreciated.

In my honest opinion, in terms of Design/Handling of the device and Reputation of the Company I don't see any good reason not to choose the cloud evo. Except of course the seemingly vaild arguments for the Sublimator, the flower/oil combo hits and most notably the umcomparable efficiency of extraction that is promised.

So my only real question would be, if the extraction and strenght of the high is in fact uncomparable to, or at least levels above, what the Cloud Evo provides ? This would be the deciding factor for me and most important to know, since I'm looking for a vaporization device, that gives the same satisfaction I get from smoking bowls, but hopefully just cleaner. So I can finally stop with the bong....

By the way, I know the sublimator most likely has the most efficient "one hit extraction" possible. However, that wouldn't matter much to me, if the cloud evo provides the same high after finishing a session with one herb basket.

I would love to just happily choose the cloud evo, I love how the company presents itself and how the device is built. However, it doesn't seem flawless by any means, and most importanly I'm looking for something really efficient, if possible as efficient as the sublimator is made out to be, so if the Cloud Evo is not much more than a nice experience, I'd sadly have to pass and go with the science experiment Sublimator.

By the way, I've posted something similar in the Sublimator thread, just so I can get the opinions of both camps. Also I'm sorry if a lot of people have asked about comparisons of these devices, but I couldn't find it.

Cheers~

The Evo is the bong smokers choice!

Were you a heavy bong smoker before switching to the EVO ?
And have you already hit the sublimator by any chance?

I'm not questioning how great the evo is, but how great it is in comparison ^^ you know? But when I think about it, if I can be sure to have a similar experience to the bowls I'm used to, I don't know why the comparison is so important to me. It just would be nice to know.

I've never tried a Sub, but I was a heavy bong smoker, the EVO IMO is the closest experience to ripping a bong in vaporizer form. You can hum on it softly, you can rip it hard, it's versatile and can keep up with whatever draw speed you're throwing at it, the hits are thick and tasteful, and pulling the hydratube off the top is very simliar to pulling a bowl out the slide....kinda

FWIW as I've only used things in my sig
