Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

You don't seem to have any Chinese glass compare it to, its basically when the perc is pretty and smooth polished looking, most Chinese percs look roughly cut like they haven't been sanded polished smooth

Ack! I just realized I never added my CCG Wake & Bake to my signature. Thanks! :)

And thanks for the info. I recently moved and haven't unpacked my CCG yet. Thanks for giving me a reason to. ;)

My Showerhead HT from Steven fits the Evo great FYI. I'm pretty sure they fixed that issue they were having with them not sealing. lus it has a bunch of other good uses as a mouthpiece for any of my pieces with removable ones.

I'm having a FLAVOR FEST with the EVO.

{GDP; CHERRY COLA; Cactus Cooler; JACK FROST; DUTCH TREAT; WHITE WIDOW; OAXACA COLAS;
THAI STICKS; CALIFORNIA DREAMING OG; COLOMBIAN GOLD; PANAMA RED; MAPLE LEAF; BIG BUD;
GIRL SCOUT COOKIES; KONA GOLD; MAUI WOWIE; KAUAI GREEN; COGNAC OG; BLUE DREAM;
SNOOP DOGGY PURPLE KUSH; BLUE DREAM; GORILLA GLUE} Just a few I tried?

SKITTZ and GELATO have not experienced?

All these strains taste pretty amazing in a EVO!

"What's in your EVO"?

Sour Thai, it's great!

They are still having issues with this piece fitting our EVOs unfortunately but this one is great http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2016-new-hot-item-hydratube-9-5-inches-bubbler/372671070.html
are they ? last I heard the problem was solved , it was only the 1st batch that had the problems. Unfortunately mine is from the 1st batch. I don't feel the recycler is great at all , it takes way too much water to recycle properly and when you add to much water you loose some of that great taste the Evo provides. I got rid of mine due to those reasons but it does seal well .

Damn you, party liquor
I just got Stevens HT a little over a week ago and while it does fit, it barely fits. Like if it was a 1/4mm deeper it would not seal. It's that close. It is clear that they are still using dewar joints to make the bottom joint (and not very good ones...I swear mine has no taper). Dewar joints by design are somewhat sunken before they are even melted into the piece. So I can definitely see how it works for some EVOs and not others.

Steven needs to be shown sunshinestore's bottom joint on their HT. That's how it's supposed to be done.

BTW my Steven HT is flame polished on the perc and is actually pretty nice. It hits really well.

Perfect for those that want to take an HT out of the house but would die if anything happened to their other HTs. That's me haha.

Thanks for all the advice and help guys. I've slightly recovered today although it still hurts... I'm going to order on of those dhgate ones for the meantime while I search around to see if I can get mine repaired (thanks for the links). I don't think I'll be able to as it's a pretty horrid break but it's worth trying. I suppose I should be grateful that it wasn't one of my even more expensive and limited edition tubes that are sitting on my shelf. I'm so paranoid now I'm never using them again!:uhoh:

I'll let you know if I have any luck getting it fixed...

PORTABLES seem to be for people without a home of there own?
If I did not have a EVO life would not be worth living!

I'm down to DUTCH TREAT; GRAND DADDY PURPLE and JACK FROST.

Lot's of FLAVOR!
EFFECT extreme!

I came up with a new concept: REVERSE GENERALIZATION GAP!

What is cool is having so many brand new pieces to use with the Vapor Belcher. I have the FC mouthpiece, the FC UFO, the FC mod, and a d020. With the evo, I feel the FC mod might just nose out the FC UFO but it is almost too close to call. Just so damn smooth wow. Gonna throw a Memorial Day party and invite some peeps over to try.

So my brand new, direct from Vapexhale, Cloud Evo has arrived. Unfortunately, three of the borosilicate nails broke in transport.

In use, the one thing that strikes me is the stunningly loud whistle, right at my desired pull. It's unreal.

Reading online tonight that appears to be a known issue - with the solutions varying from changing my draw speed to shoving cotton into the bamboo. I don't like either one, frankly.

But I suppose if there's no way around it, I will make due.

(One of the websites I read noted that newer vapes, post-November '15, had had some changes made to lessen the whistle - but mine, purchased this month direct from the manufacturer certainly can't have been improved.)

Anyone here aware of another solution?

For me it has been draw speed - a little faster or a little slower once I hear the whistle. Though as another user previously mentioned: the hits seem to be best right at the whistle and I agree lol. So I pretty much just deal with it. Mine was purchased well past November.

What do you have your tubing hooked up to? That little box looks like an E Cig Mod!

Ya, I have it. It does the job but I don't have much else to compare it to as I'm new to vaping and this is my first grinder that wasn't one of the free plastic ones they give out at the dispensaries.

Smell proof it is for sure too, just like a mason jar.

Your lucky it seems as from Stevens email responses most of them require an adaptor (his words) I wish I knew this before I bought one as mine is no where near fitting it barely self supports on the EVO.

I know right it seems like such a simple fix, mine also lacks any visible taper. To me it doesn't seem to be a batch issue more a quality control issue. I was going to buy few spares of this piece fortunately for me I didn't. Hopefully the sunshine store starts to produce a similar piece like this in the future.

An 18mm to 18mm adapter should fix the issue , at least it does for me , sucks that we have to go that route and it makes me not want to use mine most of the time. There were some good batches that were made though according to members and the latest news was that the only 1's with fitment problems were from the 1st batch . I am not sure when you got yours but have no fear I am working with one of sunshine's employees that will be making a legit tube for us all , I have already submitted measurements and designs to them , its on them now to get it right , who knows but we can all hope. When I have more info , i'll post it up in the glass thread and here if I am allowed .

Did you do the test where you put your finger over the bottom hole & suck through the Steven HT? (Hint: If you get air, it's not a seal.)
