Has anyone tried one of these for storing flower? I have a couple that are designed to keep coffee beans fresh. I have jyarz for small amounts but am thinking that these might be better than glass jars.

I use Mason jars and store them in a cool dark plce... they are easy to find and at a good price too. So far so good... many years.

Did you mean to link to a jar or post a pic?

I use a Friis Coffee vault to store larger quantities of herb and it works really well, don't know that I'd buy one just for herb but since I found one in a cupboard that wasn't being used for coffee or tea I claimed it for my meds. It's airtight, lightproof and holds around 2 1/2 oz of bud keeping it fresh for months.

Swing top jars are my go to storage. They're really nice for quick access as they avoid the whole process of turning off the lid of the jar. I just ordered some small 4.5 oz jars to store my different strains.

Don't forget to throw a Boveda 62 in the mason jar.

For actual coffee I buy beans and freeze them and only grind what I consume. Freezing work great this way for coffee and I am an admitted coffee snob.
