If he had a good source for the 19/22 joint at a comparable price

I'm waiting on an order of 32 stems of various colors to try out.
If they work out, it may be a good source for @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd.
I'll try to post a link.
http://www.mountainglass.com/Male-19-22-Joint-Black.html#.VzQOrUX3bCQ
There are a few different color options, the link is for the black.
The white ones look pretty cool too.

I'll post after I receive the order, and can confirm fit.

Edit: 32 stems with shipping was $70.72.

Look what came thru the door today i'm over the moon with my little Mi already and i've yet to use it, battery is still charging. I never normally post images here but seeing as it is what it is i feel compelled to do so.

Let the testing commence

Hi man, I'd love to see your pics but they somehow aren't visible. Maybe a broken link? If I could be helpful how to post em, please let me know and I'm glad to help!
Like your reports - and with pics even better :D :)

Edit:
@Mulehead thanks for the source! They all look very nice. Did you ask about being ISO/US before ordering? Those green ones look pretty much like those RBT was featuring back then. But they have to fit! ;)

Enjoy your Millis everyone!
:peace:

Can see them my end @vapen00b ill look into it, I'm on iMac so maybe that's why my hosting site is a grow forum so maybe that? I don't know I'm not technical.

I can say after the single evening using MI it's simply not for me................... Only kidding this thing is fantastic  I love it already so glad to be part of the RBT collective :). So I've done a couple of stems once in the shorty once in the medium (or large?) what blows me away S flavour from this thing it's IS similar to my trusty lotus @bounce5 but way way easier to use, it's intuitive especially if your a lover of manuel vaping unregulated much like the lotus is, a button pressing lotus is a fair description.

Found that my abv is nice and tan with a few green specks here and there so I feel I can push the heater and my throat a bit more to extract it all. Second bowl I did I sandwiched some dry sift hash in the middle of my herb which gave even greater taste, taste sensation fair to say I'm in love .

More testing still needs doing but I'm so happy I waited it out it's well worth it, stay with it if you've preordered guys don't give in and cancel.

Did you ask about being ISO/US before ordering?

With Mountain glass being a supplier, and the description reading male 19/22, makes it the correct US joint. The 19 being diameter, and the 22 is the length of joint. Whenever it's listed 19/22 that's more specific than just listing US. Iirc there are three different US lengths.
RBT uses the 19/22.
I'll be sure to confirm fit after they arrive though.

Just ordered another Mi from RBT before the site stops selling them.

I'm so glad to see so many FC members whom I enjoy reading getting on board of the RBT train, and even happier to see the positive reviews coming in one after the other. I hope interactions and CS with RBT will be smoother from now on. But in his defense (and I know some people hate how we try to defend him when his behaviour seemed completely unacceptable to them) the situation was and still is critical for him on the financial side.

He took a lof of risks and had to prioritize tasks and shield himself inside a bubble like an autist. I completely understand how it could be perceived negatively by many of you, but if he succeeds, I'm sure than in retrospect, say in 6 months or 1 year, this will all be forgotten and/or forgiven, because the company will still be alive and selling wonderful products (and there's more in the pipe but hush!)

We also tend to overstate the importance of FC relative to product sales. While it's true that we sometimes can make or break a product, the vast mojority of vapers don't read this forum. When Ryan decided to focus on the Mi and slow down the Zi it was simply because the projected sales based solely on the FC pre-orders were not enough to be viable. Given the production costs and time he would have gone bankrupt really fast.

The Mi pre-orders were also very limited as you might have noticed now, this is why his number one priority has been to find retail partners and distributors and ramp up production and depart from the "boutique" vape company to become something bigger. I hope that you will be able to at least understand his choices, as forgiving him would obviously require to swallow one's pride, and I get how many of you felt mistreated and/or offended in the process.

I decided to check my payment had gone thru with everyone (except me it felt) had a Milaana in there hands,so I scrolled down thru many months of payments in and out and found it around end of Feb. I clicked on it to look at the info regarding payment, order no. etc so I could give my details to Sheila and at the bottom left corner it had a transaction no. and date of sending (6th may) so I knew it was on route that way.

Failing that I'm sure Sheila won't mind be contacted directly, I asked a member on here for her email but I wont post it for all to see. Being part of the RBT group and dealing direct with customer enquires I'm sure she won't mind direct emails, sort of her job right?

This vape sucks! Only because i dont have one yet though, har har!

I'm thinking about making an 'inside waistband' type form fitted custom kydex holster that the Milaana would click into and it would be relieved around the button such that it couldn't be depressed.

Not as elegant as some of the killer diy hacks you all have been coming up with but it would work well for my typical scenario.

Short stem died in the first few days and the long one is too long for descrete use outside...

So i followed @Vape Dr.'s advice and got a 18mm male to male adapter...

Cool thing is the ring in the middle of the adapter acts as a finger rest and allows me to turn the unit any direction and the stem is secure!

Still loving the peice of paper as a way to avoid misfires...cheap and effective.

Were both wearing hats with spinners on them right now if that's the case! I never check...hell, I get paranoid that my sessions went too long sometimes and get through session 3 only to find myself eagerly replacing the battery just for that fresh battery performance.
Im on the opposite end, everytime i put my batteries on the charger they are almost empty. But i dont notice signifigant tapering of performance until its really low...us this normal battery behavior?
I only know voltage because my charger tells me.
I just notice when the heater isn't keeping up as flawlessly, and that tends to be just under 3.8 when I toss it on the charger.
Don't get me wrong, you can get clouds bigger than any other vape down to the last volt, but with 4 batteries ... Why not switch as often as possible if the situation calls for it, yaknow?

Also....
SHA1N89.jpg
My charger tells me too, and a whole bunch of other shit that means nothing to me...lol
I out one in drained and it said it was 3.7 whatever that really means...
Not at all, I just can't leave the door without sufficient power and if i dont need an extra battery why carry it.
I sure can't remember, could guess, how many loads I did yesterday on the last battery of the day.
One less thing for me to remember and keep track of is a good thing!
I always carry four fresh carged batteries...i hate a dead vape...lucky the milaana is flexible in this department.

Good find. What is their customer service like? How long from the time you purchase to the time they ship? NC is only one state away for me so I imagine one day shipping for me.

Thanks! This is my first purchase with them, so I'll have to lyk.
They also offer customer pick up, if you're close to Ashville.
I actually stumbled across them as another link to a link posted here.

I've been wanting to get up to see Josh at JoDa to turn him on to Zi, Mi, and MV, just haven't had time.
I'll now wait till the mountain glass stems show up to see if they will be a possible source for him.

Yeah 3.7 is fine, really drained would be 2.5 or so as Kero said, but performance wise you'd need to preheat so long that low that you'd get frustrated, that usually starts around 3.7v give or take and its fine for the batteries longevity so you're doing it right man! The voltage level is the only number that matters, just to know your power level (I take batts off early or put them on early often)

I guess I am rely good at not breaking glass, I've got so many long stem spares unopened... Still need a shorty (or two) though! Looking forward to seeing these MountainGlass color stems, I guess they're long size though? Would be nice to get shorties of those too... White and black are super cool, didn't you have these @DieHard? Anyway let us know immediately @Mulehead! And @mephisto I am definitely interested in taking one off your hands if they are a success ;)

does anyone care to comment on the ability to fly with this vape (assuming I bring along an unused stem)? I know there is a separate thread for this topic, but hoping someone with the unit can clarify whether there are areas for residue buildup on the actual unit.

for comparison, I would personally feel ok traveling with an enano and unused stem.

Dude you'll be fine...i flew with a dirty mighty quite a few times. The 18650's i would be more concerned with in all honesty.

The glass joint (on the unit) doesnt get resinous anyway because the stem is what gets loaded
Thanks @Shit Snacks i feel like my battery usage is okay, but the fact they can explode adds another element to the mix

After playing with my Mi for just over 2 weeks it has become my primary portable for flowers. Love the over all performance. Simple, few parts to worry about. Works with my existing 18650s. Great flavor, vapor density. I wish the stems were a little tighter fit, but I've been fortunate to not break the stems I've dropped. Easy to clean. Doesn't have a bunch of useless gauges just waiting to fail.

I'm a completely happy customer.

Can't wait for my Zion(s).

Well, I haven't even had mine for a week and already the 18mm female glass insert is falling out. For now I have used flexible sports tape Jerry rigged around the rim in a thoroughly unattractive manner. Perhaps this will increase its steam punk cred...

One of the short stem's GonG is just out of tolerance enough that it falls out. Both short stems I got are very irregular at the mouthpiece end. I've seen better from DHGate! Somebody tell me again the virtues of being Made in the USA!?

The heater and all work nicely enough and I'm still getting the hang of using it. I have yet to have a bowl come out evenly vaped, stirring or not. But very very medicating, before I realize it I've overdone it...
This is good:ko:!

But I am definitely disappointed in the quality of workmanship (or workwomanship?) and quality control. This thing screams "prototype". I am getting tired of vapes that just fall apart or have some lame little flaw or some little part that fails and detracts from what should be an enjoyable experience. Not just pre-orders either. A vape is, as Ataxian recently said, an appliance. What if you had to keep sending in your blender/juicer/microwave/toaster oven etc. for repair repeatedly? And those things cost considerably less than most vapes!

Makes me appreciate the companies that do make consistently reliable products.

Rant over, please return to your originally scheduled program...

Hola FC:
I got you on that... I was offered a solution, but still I don't know if they are paying the mailing back and forth of my Milaana... I'll write them back today to see what's their take on that...

In the meantime, with a totally loose 18F GonG , wiggling and 75% of the time getting stucked to the 18M stem if I don't detach carefully or lock the 18F with one finger, as you can see in the next video, having fun with an OG PNWT and a 18M14 45*...

Stay vaped my friends...
