I broke my Steven FTK and pulled the trigger on a new one right before the CCG one appeared, for less and honestly I'd rather deal with them. But Jane/Steven won't let me cancel the order (even though who knows when it'll ship from them, he claims it's already sent to city warehouse so it can't be refunded). So I might have 2 FTK's about at some point.

Huh, interesting. What about the CGC one do you like more than the Steven version? I love this design and am wondering which of the two I should go with.

It's not the actual piece, they're very similar. It's more from seeing especially @CameraNerd's posts about his experiences on here. Steven is also pretty hit/miss quality and customer service wise than I think CCG is. But who knows. If I wind up receiving them both I'll post a comparison on here (and put one in the classifieds if it functions)

Edit: Steven just sent me a tracking number for the FTK so it couldn't be refunded. Placed the order late night (here) on the 11th. If it's real it'll probably be the fastest shipped Steven FTK yet.

I've found that a water tool helps pull the vapor better, especially with a well working bubbler. it does smooth the pull too ( however that works) allowing bigger amounts of vapor to be inhaled at one time compared to native vaping. the water later stinks like vape poo so some of that funk smell stays in the water and the water is tinted light green from some of the plant chlorophyll soaking into the water. I do not know for fact but some chemical fert nasties could also get trapped in the water( THC is not water soluble)

I'm right with you up to the vape poo. Water can get nasty after sitting (if it has been vaped thru or not), but fresh water freshly vaped isn't bad at all. Seriously... take a taste after just a few loads through a clean bubb. Tastes very sweet and very green. I don't often drink it, but if my water level is too high and I don't feel like walking to the sink (because I'm stoned or don't want to pause the TV or wait for commercial), I'll take a swig. Yeah... ohhh gross!! Try it, You might like it. It is nothing like bong water that even one hit has been smoked through.

And if your water is getting green at all, you should check your setup. I kind of wish it did so I would remember to change it before I load up and get a stale hit from a bubb that hasn't been rinsed for a week. It's not really horrible, just not "fresh" - but it looks about the same as if only a couple hours old.

Oh and please only drop a recommendation if you've dealt with the seller. I suspect there are some shady sellers on DHgate and I'd prefer to avoid those ones!

That's a great one! One of my favs! Or, another D020-D from a different seller. Just cruise through the thread to find many decent suggestions - SteveMinz, YingMin, Kathy, CCG, and probably a couple I'm forgetting. I've had no problems with all of these except Kathy - who I've never purchased from.

I recently picked up a piece from Steven and I will say in all fairness, the entire shipping process was half the time it was last summer. Not sure if I just picked something easier to ship, it was the right day etc. but for whatever reason it was much quicker and appreciated.

I'm kind of in the same boat you are, I already have one FTK so I don't really need the new CCG piece. What compels me most to consider it is the functionality looks superior IMO to anything else I have seen except the D cycler.

I also ordered the new CCG-FTK last night. Ill try to post a proper function vid.
@demonscars i hate to say this, but if you just ordered on the 11th, you arent going to see that FTK for at least 2 weeks. These peeps love issuing fake tracking numbers. I think i believe steven can only produce 5 of these max per day... I think they are just weeks behind schedule.

For the record, If your shipper misses his deadline, your CC will charge it back instantly. Just claim non-receipt and they wont even debate it with you. They should side with you same day upon providing proof.

honestly, i think steven needs a couple charge backs. DHgate shut his ass down for this a few months ago. I had to raise hell.

People really love CCG around here. I had one of their Eggs, and it was nice, though not boro according to that test i did with canola oil.

Well an update on what are now truly dueling FTK's. CCG shipped yesterday, but actually shipped. I can see tracking details. Steven "shipped" but no tracking details even though he did it technically before CCG. So right off the bat I'm giving 3 points to CCG: fast shipping, real tracking number, $10 cheaper.

@CameraNerd only saw your post after I posted this. I don't expect anything from dhgate to take less than 2 weeks to a month. But the fake tracking shit is what gets me. I doubt Steven shipped anything, he probably put a fake number in dhgate's system so I couldn't get a refund.

Samesies, I was shocked to see my order had already shipped. CCG told me it would go out as soon as it was packaged but it was still a surprise to see it ship in <24hours.

I have serious praise for the way Glassartist handled my issue & his quality is very high. Every single weld is flawless & all the glass is even with no weak points. The percs fire evenly & are nicely polished, so worth every cent of the $80 it cost. Unfortunately it is a little big for vaping but I will find a worthy smoker to give it to one day or just bust it out when I want to use a weapon. What piece did you get from Glassartist?
