Yocan Evolve Wax Pen

Hi I recently purchased the Evolve plus and when I charge it, there is a small red light that stays lit for about 15 seconds then disappears. When I hold down the main button, nothing happens. The coil does not heat up or anything. How do I know when the battery is fully charged? Thank You @Yocantech

I recently had a small situation with "EDabsDirect". I ordered the upgrade kit for my e-nail from them and when I received it the ceramic head was cracked in two places. I contacted EDD and got a response right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me two options. First, I can keep it and receive a 70% refund or send it back for a replacement. I thanked them for being so generous and sent it back the next day.
A few days later I received an e-mail stating my cracked head was received and the new one has been shipped out with an extra nail for my troubles. The next Wednesday my tracking showed "package delivered" and when I got home there was nothing:hmm:. I figured it was just typical USPS tracking gone wrong, probably have it tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and again there was no package:shrug: for me. I contacted EDD And right away I was assured if it didn't show up in a day or two another replacement would be sent out. It finally showed up Friday:rockon:.

I just wanted to give a little love to EDabsDirect here and let everyone know they are a good vendor with customer service that is second to none.

^ I also can't say enough about the excellent customer service EDD has provided. Albeit for the G9 unit they upgraded me from the teflon > ceramic top or other items purchased through them. Very quick replies and great communication. Also, keeping customers in mind after the purchase rather than just considering them another invoice number and done for after the purchase concludes. Big thumbs up as great CS keeps customers coming back, plain and simple.

Just got my order from edabsdirect.com shipping was quick. Battery is charging and atomizer looks like it will hold a LOT of oil. I was just wondering if you guys clean the atomizer before using it. If so how do you clean it.

1. Is the deluxe kit from edabsdirect currently the best value or are there other/better options?

2. Can the Nyx be used on the Evolve Plus?

2. Yes! I like using many of my wax attys with the evolve+ battery.

Damn...edabsdirect is sold out of the deluxe kit lol. Is anyone else selling the deluxe kit? A google search doesn't bring anything up.

Not that I'm aware of but you could purchase the regular kit on eBay and order the ceramic coils separately for a similar price. (Make an offer if the seller has that option!)

I looked earlier today and the reg kits were the deal of the day on edabs. I think You can use the discount on that, so like $31ish - are they cheaper one eBay?

Thanks - discount code worked so yep worked out to about $31, but $5 shipping so $36 out the door. Not bad at all.

They were sold out of the 2-pack ceramic coils though. Can't find them on eBay either. Any place else?

2 the NYX coils work in the EvolvePlus, just won't have the spill proof cap. Plus I think they are coming out with ceramic for the NYX too. I need to double check that.

edabs won't ship ceramic coils to Canada :(. Should be getting some from Yocan direct tho. Should have my pen with the quartz coils by the end of the week though. Hopefully the ceramic coils become more widely available, assuming they live up to the hype.

I'm having a trouble with my evolve and evolve plus with leaking wax. It happens after I used a couple times. Bummer cause I just picked up the plus, and it happened as well. Atty is screwed on tight. Seems to be leaking from bottom onto fitting then onto battery. Any solutions to these problems?
Also I lost the cap on my small evolve. Can I get a replacement?

You would be better off emailing them directly , this is not really the place for warranty issues.

sorry I never heard of that problem , you may have just got a bad one on accident so I am sure it will be a warranty issue and they should take care of you. np

Just ordered the standard evolve
I don't know a thing about pens
Can a pre-filled CO2 cartridge be used with this pen?
Just curious

Co2 extracts need a different type of tank since it is not very viscous. The yocan is for wax and concentrates in a more solid form, but I don't have one (yet...tracking info for my order hasn't been updated since yesterday at 2am :() so other users can probably chime in with more info

Stoked to get the Evolve Plus tomorrow. I might leave work early so I can wait for it to get here. I have to send a big thanks to Kevin @Yocantech for truly caring about the people using their products. I'm definitely exited to be given the opportunity to help promote this awesome pen.
