I've had my EVO for month or so now and I have noticed the same thing - only mine does it intermittently and seemingly unpredictably so now when it goes green at the beginning of a session, I try to remember to give it another minute or two to make sure green really is green. :)

Why not ask this question in the Evo thread? You will get more detailed responses there. Good luck!

Wonderful! I am glad I was able to be helpful for you. And as a former engineer/scientist who spent far too much time teaching the tech & customer support folks on the other side of the line <sigh...>, I hope your experience with the VapeExhale folks was not too painful.

The green means that the temperature the sensor is sensing is nearly same as the dialed one that you want. Simply that's its on temp.
The temperature regulator of the EVO kicks in hard when you're heating up from cold start, so it can be ready asap. Then it needs to predict when to stop heating (usually about 30 seconds before going green), the temperature will continue to rise for that time even after stopped, usually, the EVO decides this correctly and the green remains, but sometimes, it stops a little too late, and the temp goes a little over after these extra 30 seconds. When its on temp, it just keeps stabilizing, so no more overshoots.
