Discontinued Supreme Vaporizer

nosmoking

Just so Dab HAppy!
I have tried over 400 a couple times being too anxious to let the temperature drop back down and I would not recommend it. Although I have not combusted, the taste suffers big time IMO.

I also find myself switching back and forth from Mister G's method and 2 torches. It all depends on whether I am rushing a session or not. Sometimes a little recovery time is good!

I think when my sensor was loose I was over 400f almost all the time and did combust a few times (oh my god I can't believe I used to actually like that taste now it is so acrid).

Time to talk butane (using so damn much with this thing, 2-3 torch refills per day now). Who has the best deal?

I had been getting 2 cans of 10oz Colibri Premium for about $14-17, with free shipping either eBay or Amazon.

I know someone out there is doing better, please share.

Does Costco sell Butane by the case?

So nice to still see all this Supreme love. And LOVE your sig @Mister G -> it truly is the most advanced heating element in the industry!

Does anyone have a link for screens that fit the tube properly on the bottom? I'd like to purchase a bunch as i've only used the paperclip screen.

For butane refills I found case of 12 Vector cans for $5.40 each (10% off promo code 'SAVE10')

Regarding torches I've really been happy with Blazer GB2001. It combines flame strength control along with the ablility to stand-alone while heating supreme v3. I got mine for $50 but if you're willing to experiment with a knock off please report back your findings http://www.dhgate.com/product/rebui...ripping/198692512.html#s1-0-1b;searl|51104521

@biohacker

Talking about screens reminded me of something i said i would do a while ago...
So here is part 1!
A bit of stainless steel wire with a perfect loop one end end, fits perfectly into the tube.
The large scren will be cut to size and laser welded to the loop.
Screen and discharge tool all in one!
At least i hope so...LOL!

Part 2 tomorow!
Stay tuned!

Supreme 1 questions:

I recently picked up one of these and think I am missing something.
1- I know I need a new thermometer battery. Think there is a thread early on with instructions.
2- I only have the internal screen, the large one with a hook through it.
I am presuming that another screen is inserted into the short stem that has the rubber grommets on it?
Otherwise the herb will be sucked right out! Lol!!

Not sure of the size but could I also just use an EQ basket to hold the herb in the removable tube?

Supreme 3!!
New screens and removal tool made! Pics and testing tonight!,

Just so Dab HAppy!
How do you use the supreme without the grommet (white or red)? That's the key to water tool sex!
The fixed white silicone tubing that is on the fixed heating shaft fits perfectly into my 14mm female joint on all my glass pieces. I really only use the Supreme with my water bong, but I tried to showcase it to a friend this past Friday with a j-hook and it did very well.

This weeks strain is Blue Pearl and it is definitely fun with the Supreme V3. I get an instant dab like effect that seems to increase for about 20-30 minutes after my sessions...then its all a slow down hill drift from there on!

@lazylathe - drop your material in first, followed by metal hook screen.

Thanks.
Is there supposed to be a screen in the heat tube as well? The one in the wooden block.
Loading directly in there it would have to be upside down and herb will fall into the tube and into the exchanger? At least that is my thinking...

I will try a few different configurations tonight and see what I like the best.
Direct loading.
EQ basket somehow...
And anything else I can think of!

Supreme 3 screen and removal tool - All-In-One! (Version 1)
Works like a bomb!
Think i may end up sandwiching the screen between two circles of metal and weld them together.
The pipe screen i used just melted at a very low power and was a pain to do.

@sam urai
I have watched the video and it does not explain anything really...
If you could answer these questions, it would be of great help!

1- What temp does the Supreme 1 heat up to? I tried 385F (190C) and the temp reading just said HI for a while. I presume this is too much heat, so what would be ideal?
2- Can you switch the temp from F to C?
3- Does the metal tube that slides into the wooden block have a screen in it? Mine came with only the one screen inside the wooden block with the tab on it.

At the moment i am just using a basket screen inserted into the metal tube, load the herb in the basket, insert into wooden body and heat. Noticed it takes a lot longer to heat this guy up.
Taste is very different with a slight woody taste but for me it is a GOOD wood taste. I was not a fan of the Firewood taste at all...
Going to have to devise a stand for heating it.
Otherwise all good with the Supreme 1!
Now to locate a Supreme 2!

There is only the one screen. Load the herb into the metal chamber, then place the screen all the way in so it keeps the herb from falling into the wooden area.

Holy Hell!! This thing hits harder than my Supreme 3!
Taste is not quite as good as the 3 but not bad.
Loading and unloading the 3 has the 1 beat, hands down!
Battery replacement was very easy.

Interesting beast i shall name Thor! LOL!

245*F to 320*F

2- Can you switch the temp from F to C?
Nope.

3- Does the metal tube that slides into the wooden block have a screen in it?
Push the screen down to the edge of the metal tube.

@lazylathe 's home made Supreme screens are pretty awesome, but I'm not quite as handy, so I ordered some screens and extra bowls from Ed and they arrived today!

And I just dabbed the reclaim from my claisen, all Supreme made oil, it makes a pretty sticky goo that is quite potent.

Now to try a new screen, I put the other screens away inside the extra bowls and stuffed tiny tissue balls in the bowls to hold the screens in so I don't lose them in any shuffle. Got 2 extra 18mm grommets too, put them on the bowls, it's pretty amazing how discolored my original is, very brownish now.

Going through so much butane...

Been awful quiet round here... Must be because thew Supreme kicks ass!

Tonight was a night of bong snaps Supreme style!!
Load tube with custom tool,LOL, and a small pinch of herb. Just maybe 2mm thick.
Insert tube and heat to 160...Settles around 175
Insert into WT and rip it hard!!
Milks flows and then it clears, all done in one hit!
Amazing flavor and effects.

The Supreme is definitely the hardest hitting vape i have ever used!!
It's so simple to achieve perfect extraction every time!

Over and out!
Time to re-heat the big block!
