I was thinking more along the lines of a portable attachment rather than a tube that big, something that you would just attatch to the mouthpiece end of the vapor genie. The intentions of this would be to filter out particles and moisturize the vapor as much as possible, while still allowing the VG to be highly portable.

Have you checked out the Hydrators that they sell on the Vapor Brothers website? Something similar to that might work

Something similar to that may work. The problems with that one are that I'd most likely have to use tubing and it would probably be very awkward to operate the VG hooked up to that. I need something that will just extend the mouthpiece basically.

How big is the opening through which you inhale on the VG? Maybe you can get some sort of custom GonG adapter made that fits that opening and then you hook the pipe up to a small GonG bubbler or something. I dunno how realistic this is and how it would stay in the opening lol :ko:

I broke the downstem of my new HVY tube. It's the small tube- 10 inches tall. The downstem is only 2 3/4 inches. My problem is finding another downstem for it.

Anyone know where I can find one? The place where I bought it has none, and neither does ALT...

I'm not sure the exact dimensions, but the mouthpiece end is very small. Maybe I should try contacting a blower who could perhaps help design and blow a piece I'm looking for. Who should I contact?

Are you measuring the downstem from the bottom of the ground joint? If you are I could only find
one downstem and its 2 5/8"...http://www.headyglass.com/?page_id=86&category=37&product_id=1187

Try Etsy and keep checking ALT. ouroboro, oregoneglassblower, simple glass tubes will do custom lengths or search "downstems".

The overall length is 2 3/4. At least that's what it looks like when I try to piece it together. To the bottom of the ground joint it's 1 5/8. I think it's going to be a weird size since it's so small. I can't believe I broke it already, hehe.

I wanted to wait with posting pictures until I've painted my SSV's base, but my 500ml Ehle just arrived and I felt like showing off :D

To be honest I'm a little disappointed in the thickness of the glass -or rather, the lack there off-, but it's my first 'real' piece of glass and I'm still only trying to discover what I like and what I don't like. Now I know my next piece has to be at least 5mm thick, and I also have a little more insight in which sizes I prefer. This will be my daily driver for a while though, so the lesser weight that comes with the thinner glass may eventually grow on me.

I do love the Ehle diffuser downstem I ordered with it. It draws so much lighter than the cheap standard downstem that came with the cheaper bongs I owned before, and it's so much quieter! My cat really hated the noise the cheap one made, so much that he didn't want to sit close to me when I was using it. But he doesn't seem to mind this one. Actually, I think he rather likes it :)

Hey all,

I have had my eyes on this guy; and after an excellently played game of poker last night (went in with 100 on 1/2 left with 2500 2.5 hours later, well not just exellently plated I got some damn good cards in 300 hands, i got AA x2 floped nuts both times, KK x3, QQ x2, 10/J x4, AK, x 3 ) I purchased this little guy this morning. I have not seen much talk on this forum about BC glass, honestly I wanted a SG Peyote Pillar, but there were none available.

It's just a coloured tube with a spring around it, I got the spring from a local shop that specializes in computer water cooling equipment. I'm not sure how to translate what it's called from dutch, but it keeps tubing from folding when put in tight bends. A anti-folding-spring...?

edit: apparently it's called a 'smartcoil' in english.

very sick piece. 2010BC is VERY highly regarded.....top tier glass company. The piece you got is their most high end piece as well. Thats a hell of a card run....congrats. Enjoy that new piece. If you can post some vids of it in use when you get a chance.

It's a little more convenient the way I got it set up at the edge of my table when I use it. I know it's only 2 inches, but it makes it a lot more effortless for me to use it this way. But yeah, I also think it looks slightly better from the side you view when using it.

I also can't believe how it all disassembles with GoG... so awesome... and it'll actually clean easy!

I wonder how it'll ship... you should totally do an 'unboxing' video... and end it with a reaping-the-rewards-for-a-grand-well-spent toke.
