seeing all this inline discussion and then in addition, having recently talk about inlines again its tempting... Im getting more recommendations for one of those little Headford inlines
I've got a Headford inline ashcatcher. It's got a pretty nice sized J-shaped gash and some bubbles where there shouldn't be but I otherwise love it. I've read reports of others seeing similar things. The triple donut is simply cool and makes it very easy to hold and shake for cleaning.
I've yet to see a flawless piece of glass.

Nice, I was watching his last video and waiting on that. I always wondered why tokin never used much glass on the show.

True, but I'm talking about a serious gash that you would not want to find on any piece of glass you own. Hairpin in shape, over an inch long, and just deep enough to miss with a casual inspection but easily felt and seen with a little light. I can take a picture for you later. Pretty sure tooling marks like that aren't the norm.

I have a 100ml EHLE that I hooked up to my Magic-Flight Launch Box. You wouldn't believe how well this set up works!! :o I achieve very desirable visible vapor similar to using my purple days through the EHLE. Does the job.. oh and your not confined to indoors near a outlet. haha.

Nice set-up, I bet the small volume on that Ehle is the perfect match for MFLB-bonging. I see that you just stick the tubing down through the (combustion) bowl to achieve a seal, how does that work? Have you tried a GonG adapter instead? May or may not be worth it, never tried it the way you have pictured. Nice clean desk :)

Thankyou. I have a Gong adapter for my ssv when I use the 100ml EHLE which works great for the larger whip. I found that the magic-flight whip fits perfectly into the European sized bowl piece (much larger hole) alleviating the need for another gong adapter. The seal is unbelievably good and doesn't come out unless you tug on it hard. So I basically have two gong adapters, one being a legit one and the other being the bowl piece. The nice thing is that the magic-flight whip would also fit into a purple-days whip ripper or the myrtlezap ones.

Yes, that is one of my setups. The PD works great with the 10 arm. I also hooked up the beaker to the PD, but it was too hard to draw on, and it took a lot of effort to fill the beaker. The bubbler is so small and uses little water, so it seems to be a great fit for the PD.

So now I have the HVY beaker hooked up to my Q for daytime use, and the PD matched with the Luke Wilson lives in the bedroom with the PD for nighttime fun.

ok thank i was just wondering because i thought it would feel awkward holding the PD up while you vape through the bubbler. do you use the stock tubes or the "whip rippers?" I vape through my bong all the time with my PD, even though its just a normal store bought bong i love it...just have been adoring the Luke Wilson for too long and want one so bad, just wanted to see if it has ever been used before with a PD so thanks for helping me out!

Happy Vapeing :peace:

Whip-rippers or stock PD stems doesn't matter too much IMO. I have a stem I cut down pretty short myself and I do prefer that but its far from a deal-breaker, I'm not sure I notice a considerable difference besides the difference in handling.

Question for the PD vapor bongers, have you guys/girls popped the clips out of the stems? If
you have, have you noticed any significant changes in air flow? Thinking I might give it a try...

On a side note the Vertigo inline came in!

Good lookin Jimbo :D

Interested to hear how that pairs with your PD, the inline design and the PD seem to be perfect together IMO.

Regarding the clips, I made a long post in the PD thread about it (#6952, page 279) from my personal experience. In short, I think that there was definitely increased air-flow but at the cost of more particulate coming down the stem. That was just my personal experience, FWIW I keep the bottom one in and leave the top one out.

As far as the bubbler goes, I was a little leery of sticking the PD into it. It is pretty small and all. After a few tries I got a good method that is now second nature. I basically load the stem, stick on the PD, wait a couple minutes. Then I pick up the PD and place the stem between my middle fingers as I hold the PD on the Bub- which I hold in the other hand. Sounds weird when I write it, but works great.

Bubble, bubble, bubble....woosh!

I'd say go for it. It was way more than I wanted to spend, but it really is pretty. It's so nice my wife lets me keep it in the bedroom!

F-ing inlines. I had stopped thinking about them, but now that I saw that picture... damn!

Thanks everyone! Got to say I'm really enjoying the inline, delivers
some very smooth hits. I tried the PD with it but the slide joint's
too close to the tube so I had to use a slide as a adapter and have
it on a bit of a angle :/

Also popped the top clip off the PD and it does help with airflow, thanks
hearatlast for the input, haven't visited the PD thread in a while, got to
stay on top of that, seem to miss a lot in only a few days.

@Nycdeisel She stands at 15.25", good height for me cause it'll fit in a kitchen cupboard.

@Pappy how has the LW 15 arm been treating you?

Tstat- How could you stop thinking about the inlines? Didnt you order a custom inline tube? or what?

Jimbo- Thats the PERFECT height :D I like it(though I must admit it looks quite a bit taller in the picture), I bet it hits well. sucks about it not fitting flush without an angle adapter or slide, thats something I was afraid of with my bubbler, but theres JUST enough clearance for it to to mate easily while the stem is in the glass and for it to move around slightly.

Just got a glass adapter (that I ordered a few days ago) this afternoon! thank jebus and the postman! It seems to have more wiggle room
so the pd works really well with the inline, man I'm happy, got both my orders in one day :)

I rejected the LW15 ALT sent and am expecting a replacement.
whoa, what was wrong with it?
The story will either go international front page with giant block headlines for all the world to see or it won't be told. The ball is in ALT's court.
