Wood 'seasons' & therefore you'll likely never get it back to brand new condition, or maybe even want to.

Enjoy the wood as it ages & matures with use - something you don't get to do with clinical glassware.

But swabbing with a little high proof alcohol will generally do the trick to clean it up to a satisfactory standard.

Dark rum is good!

Yeah, but we're Triihouse Family as far as I'm concerned. Many similarities. I learn alot about the Daisy by reading this thread.

Since I've discovered the Daisy, I gotta get me a Lily too (like @Shit Snacks ) but proving to be difficult. No Lily's to be had.

EDIT: Anybody want to sell me their Lily, PM me? :)

I've read in the daisy thread about a whistle noise meaning you've hit the sweet spot or something like that? Am I off on that?

I was wondering if anyone had experienced that with the lily? I do sometimes hear a sort of echo/whistle kind of noise when I've got the right mix of flame and draw. Hard to tell if it was a sweet spot or not. I feel weird calling it that.

If you hit the Lilly hard then the turbine will activate. The daisy "sings" Lilly "roars". I hope that makes a difference. The vapor is quite different from the Lilly than the daisy, it is thicker at times..... More dense.... But NOWHERE as smooth as the daisy.

So far, I'm trying to find that "sweet spot". No significant clouds yet. I miss the whistle cause that's what I mostly rely on using the Daisy.

Like a couple of others have posted, it's more of a jet engine sounding roar. Hoping to get a daisy on a 4/20 sale and hear the whistle myself.

The one that I bought had a small gap from the wood being warped a little. So when I rip her I pull down with the carb hand and presto.... Clouds!!!

Sorry for the back to back posts, but I should soon be the new owner of my very own Lily from the UK eBay store posted a while back and I'm super excited. I noticed that some users have had success with 14mm male jointa in the lily. Have any of you tried this mouthpiece from Bakebros?

Congrats on the Lily! I'm still on the hunt to add one to my collection, but no luck so far:(. Hopefully I come across one soon. I finally have a Daisy on the way though and I'm pumped to finally try one myself after reading all the great reviews!
