I use one of these. It's magnetic and all the single's body would need is a slot with a couple of magnets held in the wood. It's 95mm, 3 3/4" long and 4mm, 5/32" square. I am sure once folk start receiving units then personalization will take place.

Well the Blackwood Beauty is below, though @Ed's TnT admittedly got a little carried away with the center embellishment (not that I am complaining! Just look at that wonder)... imo standard version should just be one of those angled rings in between the two joints, or even just the plain ring if its any easier, so that way it is about 2/3 of an inch shorter and more compact to leave inserted. The ring sits just above the glass rim of the bowl so you can rest your thumb on it in use and really secure the stem in Milaana (yes this stem can sit securely upside down unlike a glass stem).

I only had one session so far but it was successful ofcourse, I actually used an RBT screen basket style, but it's an older wider one, not the current standard slightly smaller size bc Ed's stem has a slightly wider ID for joint than the RBT ones (so that may need to be just a hair narrower if possible @Ed's TnT, so they can be used more easily...) Ed actually uses a flat mesh screen instead but the bowl is huge like that, and I have always been a basket guy with Zion (though the new screens do work very well in the standard adjust-a-bowl style too, I just reverted back to my old ways much like recent basket convert @thekarmawhore). Ed's screen worked in the other stem, but basket allows for more even heating and a smaller load I think... I suppose I need to try Ed's screen in this WonG though since it has wider ID than the other stem prototype, but still narrower than the glass so it can hold the flat screen (in my perfect world the ID is like the joint straight through, a bit narrower so you just use RBT screens with it, but i guess this allows for both?)

Anyway without further rambling:

Oh and multitool storage solution, just keep it in with the batteries, a toothpick easily fits in that battery case and others... So much wood!

@vapen00b is that a portable or plug in?

Google returns e-cig mods and such.

@killick did you look to see if your bat charger has a car adapter? Most take a dc input. Might have something compatible laying around, so you might not even need to buy anything at all or maybe just some plug adapters.

Might want an inverter anyway, they can be pretty handy. Love mine, though almost NEVER use it. :)
.......

LOL. U guys... Lol

But I like it!
@Fat Freddy Thanks - I spit a lot of Zion vapour out my eye sockets when I read that :)

@slatihe - I have an inverter in the back door pocket of The Beast (camping truck), but great point about chargers! I have a Xstar that seemed to die after an hour or so of use, which only came with a USB lead, and said to use 'any adapter'. Now I'm using the Nitecore from RBT which actually came with a wall plug. Worst case scenario the deep cycle battery comes along for the weekend. I won't be the only old fart running out of vape power :p

Moe continues to pump out the vapor as Evangeline adorns my bookshelf. A friend brought some really tasty flowers I had never tried before today and those terp hits just boggle the mind. The flavor lingers as the RBT signature vapor tickles the nose and numbs the toes. It felt like we sipped on the same stem for 3o minutes.

As far as logistics goes I found a small zipper case ( think it was from an old diabetes test kit) and Milaana, battery and stem all fit nicely and it all fits in the pocket easy. I have always just carried a small film container or pill bottle for my flowers and it works out just dandy. They both fit in my front pants pocket comfortably. I have also found that I can keep a stem (my favorite 1.5 inch stubby custom from RBT) and a battery go nicely together in the plastic battery cases that RBT has.

Yeah after using the wood a while today, its very nice and different, but still the glass performs just slightly better imo

It does work well enough with @Ed's TnT screen and the same amount as a full basket screen, but you can't get as many hits, can't get the temp as high with that big of an airgap, I prefer to get it closer to the heater.

So yeah I can't wait to try a shorty glass stem too, and I think the shorty WonG stem would be perfect if it were more like the glass all one ID in between the bowl ID of this WonG and the first prototype Zion stem... Then RBT screens can be used basket style and airflow will be wide open (Ed also used a finer screen so less airflow from that too actually). Maybe the ID after the bowl can be just a hair thinner so there is a ledge for Ed's screen to sit so that could still be an option as well

Oh and yeah, a bit shorter still as I said with just one center ring, then it'd be the ultimate Milaana stem for sure, maybe better than glass

Can I still order pre-order one..."add to cart" button doesn't work for me....?

Why it's not possible to "start a conversation" with RBT, I would like to ask for pre-order this vape...?

FC is not his official means of communication, the website has a form to do so, or he is now responsive via email as well I believe. Pre order should be possible through end of March, so you should still be able to get in

I just tried the web store and was able to add a Milaana to my shopping cart. What web browser are you using?

http://www.rastabuddhatao.net/ as @Shit Snacks mentioned is the only official way to communicate directly. He rarely checks in here.

I know RBT is probably about done with any changes to milaana but it occurred to me the issue of accidentally turning it on in your pocket could be combatted by insetting the button a little bit. It would require no additional parts and allow the user to drop milaana in their pocket without worry or taking out the battery making it less portable.

I can't think of any reason why this shouldn't be implemented, if not on the first go round surely on the second. What do you guys think?

I don't believe there is room, it would make the whole unit bigger. Accidental button presses hasn't been an issue yet, with it in a hoodie pocket battery inserted. It's a solid button

Maybe eventually though it can work
