It works fine inverted and it's how I use mine most of the time. What happens when you invert it is the heat starts to travel up into the electronics instead of out the vents on top. If you leave it inverted long enough you will notice a robot fart smell. If you remove the unit from the bubbler and set it upright between hits you will avoid this. I've left mine inverted for entire sessions and only slightly noticed the smell, and it's never harmed my unit. It's more of a 'best practices' thing than a 'don't do that ever' thing.

So for anyone who wants to mimic the "bong hit" experience, I would pack the ELB only about 25% full, set it to 1:00-1:30, and you'll get 2-3 fat hits that will just have you ripped out of your mind! :science:

I'd like to second this!! I find i get better hits off my EVO if i just cover the bottom of the elb instead of filling it halfway or more! With the EVO less herb produces thicker more robust hits and Clouds!
I also agree with @ataxian that 12 is the sweet spot for flavor and cloud density with a still smooth vapor

Is there any recommendation against buying a very long tube to connect the Evo to my bubbler? Right now I am using the whip that comes with the concentrate kit and the two glass adapters to attach the whip to the Evo and bubbler. However, I find the tubing to be too short for me, especially when I am vaping with multiple people.

So my question: does anyone know where I can get a longer piece of tubing to use? I couldn't seem to find the exact ID and OD of the tubing that came with the kit but that is probably important. If anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great.

I made some new stands that will work with any 18mm tube and thought Evo users might appreciate these. Every time I clinked glass on glass I cringed, which inspired these which are made from walnut, maple, cherry, or oak, and use high density rubber stoppers, glued and screwed.

The Stickstones code will work no problemo! You might be better off waiting until the 420 sale if you can hold off.

2nd evo can never hurt , mighty is always nice also. No gongs to worry about. Almost hits as hard as the Evo and great flavor . I bumped it up to 1 , little flavor loss and no coughing . Very big clouds.

Really nice stand @Bongologist , great work I may have to grab one soon . Perfect fit for a ht.

My Evo & hydra bomb arrived yesterday and I can confirm that this thing is beast. Huge milky, flavorful rips!! Just as advertised! Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Only problem I'm having is finding the correct water level. First day I filled it and thought I was good. It bubbled and gave great rips. Then today first session of the day and when I try and take a rip the ht won't bubble and you can just hear like a vaccum sound when I pull...then minimal vapor? Anybody have advice or ever experience this??

I fill my bomb until the perc is just submerged completely.

Wow, that's an awfully short sidecar mouthpiece on that chandelier. Looks like it would be hard to see anything happen in the piece.

Truthfully it's hard for me to see anything happen in most of my pieces, bubbles popping generally look the same from above :lol: no matter the perc (least with my pieces)

I dig the thin can, didn't really have much opinion on the mouthpiece but I liked how tall the can was.

I go back and forth on the Chandelier all the time....I kind of want it. Just grabbed some concentrates yesterday, prior to seeing it was on the site......kind of regret buying as much as I did so I could of scooped one of these too, price is still outrageous but it seems less outrageous when I'm in the mood for new glass :brow:

Hopefully for 420, I am with you though I really really dig that one he's teased in the past.

You guys inspired me....I turned my temp down to noon (notch) I don't typically dab that low but is providing a nice tasteful experience, & very very smooth! I will probably bump it up a tick as I like the little bit less time I need to hit it at 1, I felt like I was running out of breath I was hitting so long :lol: smaller dab needed but it is Friday....

I'm just relieved to see the regular price on the Symbiartic Chandelier is the same as back at Christmas! (Would have felt pretty foolish if I paid $450 & then it's released for $300!)

There is the option for getting factory seconds for 1/3 off now too, which is a great idea (don't know if they saw my post here where I mentioned this as an idea, but if they did I'm glad to have helped!)

As with any glass, unless you have something taking your face away from the piece itself, for the best view of the action look into a mirror.

It works out just fine. It's protrudes from the can at an obtuse angle rather than a right one so while it is shorter than others, you just need to tilt your head down or to the side to see the action. I've been using the Chandelier as my daily driver since I got it. It provides great airflow with no restriction. I like it a lot. I still use the HydraHoneycomb for dabs because I like the extra restriction for long, slow hits.
