With any purchase of a miniVAP, the complete kit or the individual pieces, the customer can pick a Teflon core or glass core.
There is an upcharge ($$) for a glass core but not sure what it is. PM stickstones for a quote on glass.
Are you aware of the + and - for glass? Just to make sure you get a mV that best fits your particular wants.... Teflon has better taste. Glass a little harder hitting.

Hey guys I picked up a minivap off of @stickstones and had it about a month now. I gotta say im in love with this vape as its an absolute beast in every category and its portable!! I picked up the delrin adapter along with it and its the only way I use it, the quality and function of it makes it almost a must with water tools or even a jhook.
Question what's the best way to clean the silicone portion of the flexicone?

I first swab out resin I can reclaim when still warm with a Q-tip by itself (or wrapped in hemp fiber). Cotton or hemp can then be vaped later for a high-powered treat.
Then I soak in PBW when I'm cleaning my glass piece. Powdered Brewery Wash in hot water makes short work of goo. Note the original pristine white of Flexicone will not come back--no big deal
Absent PBW, Dawn dishwashing detergent would probably work with time and scrubbing action

Hi minivapers! 
I need to get a flexicone and a basket screen (chamber). Can you guys tell where and how to get them at a reasonable price? Is the basket size (dia) about the same as the arizer dome screens? I don't own a MiniVap but I need these parts for tweaking around.
Are there good third party products that are about the same?
Am from the EU and I tried the offical MV web store .. I found the screens quite pricy and they don't offer to ship to my country... So I need your help guys!

There is no alternative for the mV Flexicones and they are pricey. @stickstones is a US distributor but they come in 5 packs. He was talking about selling less than 5 at a time possibly. Know anyone that wants to split them with you?
Arizer EQ baskets are a sub for the pricey mV baskets BUT:
- they are shallower. No big deal for me as I'm a lightweight, EQ would still hold like 4 sessions for me if I filler it
- they are not as solid as the mV baskets.
Very inexpensive, come with 2 baskets and 2 screens.
On left: dis-assembled and assembled miniVAP parts. On right: EQ basket and in EQ w Flexicone
FYI, I love the Flexicone modules and use them elsewhere, like with my Herbalizer. I'm also looking at a possible setup to use with the Mighty/Crafty.

Great pic - that looks very nice fitting. I think I'll go for the Arizers to combine with the flexicones.
I plan to use it for the Apollo.

I mailed one lone flexicone to an accessory maker and the post office just nicked me a slight upcharge for an "out of spec" envelope with bump in center--- like + 50 cents??
Of course, that was just US/ not int'l.
I folded it into itself and taped inside /sandwiched inside thin pieces of plastic to camouflage the bump.

I got my core back after something like 4 (back and forth) Rma trips.
Glass core I didn't like it, Teflon too was bad tasting. It was my unit! Now it has the new fast heating and a Teflon core again.
I tell you, IMHO if Jorge would have tested my unit better, only one trip would have been necessary. But I'm ok with that. At least we are finished now
Bad taste seems to be absent now, after the third or fourth rma, lol.
I also started to plan a trip to Hermes HQ to fucking taste it myself, lol. It won't be needed.
I am really happy to have my sipping can back and working again.

I just re-visited minivaps website and they would charge me 16€ just for one tiny envelope containing 4 flexicones... Not gonna do that, it's crazy!

It's not crazy. It's 4€ per cone and it's practically a prototype.
If you order something from him he usually sends free stuff to make it worth it. But if you find a better option just do what you like better

Yup. Custom manufactured in very small quantities makes them really expensive. Economies of scale never gets reached on something like this.

Just order something else along with it to reach free shipping: I have 2 mV batteries and they are very dependable.Sorry, I wasn't clear... I meant just the shipping is 16Euros... plus 15.90Eu for the 4 pieces.
So all in all 31.90... more shipping costs than value of the product..

Yeah, Hermes is what I was referring to with that hefty shipping costs. Tried to reach out for them asking for different shipment options. A simple envelope or jiffy bad would totally suffice. I'll wait and see for now.

vapen00, if you do buy EQ screens you may want to consider their great Glass Stir Stick too.
Pictured below in the mV "3some" : the EQ stir stick, the @Ratchett funnel, and tweezers with ceramic tip. Penny and dime in pic to show scale.
I'm doing more precision tweezering a load instead of grinding.
- put basket in Ratchett funnel to catch any misses
- tweezer in load
- pour in any from funnel
- tamp very lightly with stir tool
- low and medium temp clouds
- stir and finish at max.
Tweezer far exceeds what I was expecting. Sticky triched herb seemed to stick to metal tip tweezers but not these
Glass works really well as stir stick material. Hereb doesn't stick when tamping it down or stirring
Nice ergo feel.
These 3 really compliment the mV Flexi system

I picked up me a green MV. Thanks for hooking me up @stickstones! I think my other vapes are getting jealous, though, because they're being neglected.
Flavor with the MV is top notch. I like how the baskets and flexicones keep things neat and clean. I think this one is a winner that I will be keeping around for a long time.
The delrin adapter is a must have, IMO. Makes paring with a bubbler seamless.
I just wanted to pop in and express how much I'm enjoying my MV. The instructions included in the package suck, but this awesome thread filled in all the gaps. Thanks FC friends!

I didn't in getting the flexicones. Hermes can not help me or is not willing to. Patricia even told me they don't sell spare parts.. I don't wanna rant, I just don't get it. If someone places a bigger order and could add some flexicones I'd happy to buy em from you. If someone had a spare one to sell, I'd be a happy camper.
Contacted sticks already as well as the only EU retailer (who doesn't list these parts).. This is odd. If I was a MV owner I'd be totally pissed, like this it's still a bummer and sad to experience this - IMO - lack of CS and flexibility. Maybe I'm spoilt by the great CS of almost every US vape manufacturer - that sure is the way to go.
Again, I don't mean to kill the vibe here. It's my first contact with Hermes and just a report, don't want piss someone off. Just still trying for find a solution.![:\](/i/s/hmm.gif "Hmm :\")

Vapenoob when i get mine i will sell you 1..dhould have them in a day or two i would think..and i use my mighty more because it heats up faster and is a quicker overall seasion but to me the mv is my top dog in flavor and effects and i probably use my mighty and evo morr than anything..the mv just takes s bit to heat up and takes a little time to get back to temp in between hits..
