Sorry about that. We did provide a tracking number for you via message format. Which also would have been provided via paypal and email. In the future we will refrain from providing any tracking numbers unless requested otherwise.
We were trying to be proactive since we are leaving town for Vape Fest. We sincerely apologize and it will not happen again.

If you send people stuff outside of your website is very unprofessional. You had no idea I was even the right person. Also makes me think what else you're doing with my information. I thought you were a professional company but guess I was wrong. Oh well, live and learn on dealing with vape companies.

Honestly I'm(Eric) the one to blame for it, please do not take it out on the company. I saw your location as Middle Tennessee and matched it with the order. I won't do this again and have learnt from this mistake. Really sorry man.

Well, it cost you a customer for life and I really like the CFX but will never purchase another Boundless Vape.

Not a great thing to do but it was a tracking number and I don't think it reflects that poorly on the company. Not something that could be very harmful. Anyways, just picked up a CFX from another user for an SSV I never touch. Will report back with the reviews--needed a portable vape, and I liked the videos of the CFX through water. Hope to become a lifetime customer! Also wondering what the best WPA options are.

Right now buddy try a universal wpa from @Ratchett , that is what i am using , there is not really anything out there yet unless you make a custom.

Sorry to double post , if a mod can merge this i would appreciate it. I just wanted to inform you all i have had some more time with the CFX lately and finally figured out how i like to use it. It is such a powerful vape , i believe a member had tested it and came up with results that it has a 80w heater , if this is true that is pretty powerful. So my biggest gripe with the CFX is that the screen gets dirty very quick , unless you clean it while it is still warm and it has a tiny bit of a restricted airflow. I also feel i been using it wrong until the other night by taking medium to slow draws off it. What i now do is use a elbow screen sold by @DDave here and after i pack i just place this screen at the top of the heater which prevents the main screen from the unit to get clogged. Than i rip this thing , really hard pulls and the heater keeps up perfectly and results are massive clouds that really get you tipsy. Give it a try , see what you think , post some results.

Ive kept on with the CFX Primarily because I'm still loving the flavor this thing kicks out at me for the first 4/5 mins of the session. That and I've got it working sweet with EXQ filter, I have removed the mouth piece filter that came with it, now just use an Extreme Q filter. Its a perfect fit and i get a better, more tasty draw.
I decided to try and clean the bowl with a cloth dipped in ISO, but this made me realise the rubberised coating doesn't like ISO, so anyone wanting to keep this coating on their CFX keep the casing away from the ISO.
For a few days after i had cleaned it i was using the included oil capsule with no lid, just finely ground herb in full to the top, it hold's quite a bit and you get a great sweet tasting vape from it and the bowl doesn't get dirty. Also if you're like me and forget about the vape it doesn't matter so much as the capsule keeps your bowl clean. Might be handy for some people. However, I then got fed up loading the little chamber, so now i just load it up normally with about 0.2g pop the filter on the top and enjoy the flavor. To me the flavor hit you get is making me grab it 90% of the time instead of the crafty, the crafty has only had an hour or so added to its current hours of 441 these past few weeks. I feel like I'm neglecting it. The CFX does lose flavor quicker than the crafty but this is to be expected with a conduction vape i think..

Hey all , awesome mind blowing session the other night , I took a drop of wax in some cotton in the concentrate pod and put that in the oven and also dropped some herb , whatever I could fit in there with the pod but the herb was not in the pod. It did stick to the pod a bit when I had taken it out but it was a very nice experience.

@Vambo1980 glad to see your using my screen trick , I had tried your method of removing the original screen in the mp but had put it back in for two reasons , 1 being I felt it was not hitting as nice without it for some reason , maybe the air was not being fully directed from doing that into my mouth and 2 I got worried that the bigger screen could melt the plastic up by the mouthpiece since the original mp was acting as somewhat of a heatsink. I'll try it again though , I only gave it 1 try so far so more testing may be needed.

Hey, guys! You may remember as the person who wrote some nasty things when the convection issue game up. Moving past that, it's only been a few hours with the CFX and I'm honestly blown away. I think the Boundless people were confused because it heats up instantly, which is usually a feature of convection style vapes and not conduction.

Regardless? This vape should rightfully dethrone the Pax as the portably conduction standard. The Pax 2 costs almost a third more and I don't like it nearly as much.

The airflow is very good, easy to modulate and pretty open but definitely restricted enough for clouds. I'm not into the 7th floor Wide open style of vaping anyways, for the most part. I like vapes that won't combust unless I try very hard to.

Efficiency is only OK, but that's to be expected with all conduction vapes. The flavor is far and away better than the Pax. It tastes just as good as any vape I have on the first hit, which is related to the air path being short and very clean.

It also MILKS through water pipes. I like this vape so much that I'll be posting a lot in this thread, as I believe it deserves more attention, especially as a high priced alternative to Flowermates and a cheaper alternative to the Pac. Even though all of us at FC are stressing about flavor and convection, for most people a conduction vape is just fine, and if that's what you want the CFX is what you should get.

Easy mod: pop off mouthpiece, insert Underdog nylon stainless still tipped stem. Perfect flush fit and then you have a very easy WPA or nice thin long mouthpiece

I find the abv comes out so light that there is probably less conduction than we think. Have you tried it with micro loads yet, @YungLeaner ? I find it effectively vapes small loads very well.

I have done micro loads, but I did them with an ELB squashed on top. It was impressive because it milked the FC UFO for 2 hits, but still conduction-y.
As for the convection, it's possible there's some going on, but this has hallmarks of every conduction vape I've tried. The ability to get hits even after the bowl is kicked, just whispy streams of vapor that don't taste good is a big conduction thing I feel like. Also HOW thick the vapor is. I mean holy shit, this thing milked up a waterpipe with probably the thickest vapor I've ever seen when I had .25 packed with an ELB (not with the cap in) stacked on tp and pushed down hard. And the flavor drops off pretty quick. I'm getting thicker vapor with the load tightly packed, but I imagine that a lighter pack would up the convection ratio.

That said, the first few hits are insanely flavorful and I love the form factor, build quality and extras the vape comes out with. It all feels very high quality and well thought-out.

I was really surprised how well it hit when I just put a small amount in there to cover the screen. I had it in there loosely, not packed or covered or anything. In my head I envisioned it flying around in there a lot, but I still got good vapor and a light tan color abv when done. I think we can increase the convective effects considerably with different techniques.

What type of packing method have you all been using with a larger amount and do you pull hard or lightly ? I have noticed I get my biggest clouds when I pack it kind of tight and take really hard rips with it. I have not tried small loads yet as I am usually using it for a nice little session. My abv always comes out pretty dark with it.

My thinking is the herb is getting much hotter, no matter what temps are shown on a screen. Basically I can get milky thick 'vapor' doing full combustion or 'lesser' combustion with e-cigs/box mods. When you see those 200+watt box mods, the oils being vaped must be getting quite hot on the coils to produce monster clouds. Looking @CF Hybrid which has a typical monster sized subohm tank(damn, it's as big as a 18650 battery!), i'll bet u get even denser 'vapor' bc the temps are quite high. Anytime you see those coils glowing orange in an disposable e-cig cart, u know it's got to be oil hitting something as hot as the burner on a stove...enough to start a fire, lol. Is this vapor produced as healthy for your lungs as a true convection stream of thinner vapor? Do you want to take that risk, 20, 30yrs down the line and have the knowledge that your lung disease may have come from a lifetime of vaping at too high temps? I still have an old heat-gun & Vrip attachment, no matter how many watts that is, the convection heat produced @any dialed in temps, just doesn't get that thick...because the herb isn't burning/hot enough...plenty brown/tanned avb, just not milky thick vapor.

Wonder how big that CF Hybrid is, looks like it is thicker than a standard CF & it has a removable battery!!! Wish all vaps had removable batteries, even with temp sensors attached.

From the pix, on the CFX breakdown, looks like a pretty decent LG 18650, but there r newer batteries that are slightly higher performing for the high-current loads in these devices. If only S-B would upgrade to customer supplied batteries or option to select a better battery as they are all relatively inexpensive. A 20a CDR 18650 is usually going to be lower internal resistance & have less heat buildup during discharge.

No, I'm actually not worried at all about the possible side effects of high temp vaping. I've made herb nearly black in the Cloud Evo without reaching combustion. A lot of things abv color and it's not a huge concern of mine. The CFX is a real vaporizer that vaporizes at set temperatures. I think it does run a little hot but the near instant heat up time helps a lot with that.

Also, you need to see this in context. Convection vaporizers are not the be all end all. Pax is a huge company that is getting huger, sells to thousands and thousands of people. It's full conduction. CFX works a lot better for a lot cheaper.

I love clean vapor and I use my Herbalizer more than anything else. But portable convection vapor is a bitch. I hated my Firefly 1, and the Zion is stuck in pre-production malaise...there just aren't a TON of portable options out there that are both durable and tasty, and quick and easy to use. The CFX checks almost as many boxes as the S & B portables with better batteries and a massively cheaper price.

Hey Guys, Glad to hear you guys are enjoying your vapes! We have been working on getting you guys a proper WPA. We just got our prototype in today and made a quick demo video for you guys! Check out the video below and let us know any questions or thoughts. thanks!

Did you use dry herbs for the video - or is it wax/concentrate stuff you were vaping? Thanks!
