I think I've said this in either this thread or the underdog thread, but I've consistently found log vape manufacturers to be exceptionally easy to deal with. Enjoy!

That's a weird way to put it, two is hardly a data set for log vape manufacturers, so you can't really draw a conclusion there, and it avoids actually acknowledging the people that you (I think) set out to acknowledge, namely, @ACE OF VAPE and @underdog .

E-nano is great because Andy is great, not because of a quality inherent to log vapes.

Welcome to the Nano family @Sand. Sounds like you are really enjoying using the Nano and seeing all the visuals in the wood.. I see the breasts ..lol but is that an un circumsized penis?

Stu when I bought my Nano i forgot to register it for quite a few months . I just went to website and chose Faq and then Product Registration. Maybe it depends on the serial number? If it still gets the lifetime warranty

I have a new vaporizer that fills a range.
The NANO is kind of like my mid range.

Had my Nano a bit over 24hrs now.
Why did I waste SOO much time using the hammer at home to vape bong?

Keif through this thing in the zone and a nice bong is better than most dabs I've had.

Don't get me wrong I'm still gonna use other vapes and dab.

But I've no clue how to meet this new demand for good keif I just found.

Will write an actual impression with some pics in a while when I'm home this evening, just wanted to stop by and say hi Nano nation.

True, but I also liked my Zap and my interactions with the PD guy were always pleasant as well.

Nope, I'm not bothered, I'm just over analyzing things on the internet through some angry colored lenses. You are correct, log vapes do tend to be an artisan craft, and it can be nice to interact with people that care about their product in that way. I get ya, we're all cool :tup:

work well with the e-nano, assuming I get the appropriate adapter? Trying to get a gong bong to use with it before I order it but having trouble finding one for less than 50. Also they're all HUGE! I'd like a smaller one. I have an 8 or so inch thing right now with a grommet I've used I like but want to switch to vapor.

That 'milky beaker' would work, but may be a little too big. Others would say it's fine probably, depending on preference. The recycler piece looks to have a male 14mm end, so youd need a 14mm male to female adapter to mate your nano with it using the stock 14mm GonG piece. That slide to glass converter might work, at least I can't see why it wouldn't. The carbed bong actually might be pleasant to use.

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
If you want your glass quickly then you're gonna get frustrated with dhgate and the like where you will be waiting several weeks. I know I beat this drum a lot, but I just want newbies to know of other options.

If you can spend a bit more, then you can get something made of thicker, boro glass. The shit comes much quicker and IMO you have faster, better customer service.

Thick boro glass is less likely to break than chinese stuff under the same stress. You pay less, but you may pay twice. (Oh, I know I pissed someone off there :o)

I like dankstop.com for their name brand stuff and also Gravlabs. Reasonable prices, free priority shipping and stand behind their stuff.

I also think thickassglass.com has some nice thick shit. You can get a lot of glass for around $80.

Hey there nano nation. Haven't been on FC much in forever (life and work very busy), but checked in to see how the nano and all the regulars are doing.

Glad to see the nano is still enjoying the love it deserves, and so many new nano owners loving theirs, too! It is truly an amazing vape!! The best? That's so subjective, and I would guess some of those over $500 ones could be better. But, for us more modest spenders? Don't think the nano can be beat.

Have had to cut way back on my consumption for months now, but ALWAYS reach for the nano when the opportunity arises. IMO, it's the only way to fly!

Folks have complained that they have combusted using the Enano. I've had so many times that I have cranked mine up to high heat levels because I will turn mine up to heat (10) up quickly and I will forget. Then I notice that my cannabis has a burnt taste - never any combustion.

That's a beautiful walnut unit @ChooChooCharlie I really like mine as well.

I'm enjoying some Trainwreck right now in my Cherry Enano.

But I have to voice my extreme displeasure at the current situation that Epicvape have put me in, and I need another avenue for them to communicate with me and help me resolve it.

I purchased 2x 19mm GonG's from them, and they were shipped out to me on the 7th of January. The items actually arrived in my city on the 12th of January (very quick considering I live in Australia). However, since then, the latest tracking update simply says:

"Your item was processed through a facility in AUSTRALIA on January 12, 2016 at 8:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

After waiting over a month for the package, on the 15th of February I sent an email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue and get me what I paid for. I didn't receive a response.

Four days later, on the 19th of February, I tried again and sent another email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue of my missing order. Again, no response.

It has now been almost 3 months, and well over 30 business days since I made the purchase and they sent it out to me, but I still don't have the package. It may have been damaged or lost by Australia Post, but I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Epic Vape about them helping me out here.

What's the best course of action here for actually getting into contact with Epic Vape and them sorting out this mess?

Did you try contacting the Australia Post? Sounds like they've lost it or something. If its been received and processed by the Australian Post, then I'd have to say the blame lay there. I did the same thing this past winter with some e-cig juice I ordered from California (I'm in the US but the situation was similar).

It was sent out priority shipping. Was supposed to take 2 days. I called the post office after things were not delivered. They blamed the shipper, so I called them and they refunded my money, outside of their policy. After I got my refund approved, the next day the shipment arrived. It WAS the post office all along *sigh*

I would check them out real quick.

Although I think it's poor communication by epicvape, I'm not sure why you think they can or should do anything about the Australian Postal service? Did you try contacting them? Is there any insurance on the package?

I really hope your package shows up!
