Glass with bubbles

i read that bubbles in glass pieces are created by mistakes by the glassblower or bad quality material. I bought a few drop downs that have bubbles: is there anything harmful from vaping/dabbing with glass that has bubbles? Is it mainly aesthetic?

I had the worst bubbles in the welds in a dropdown I got off dhagte on the summer. I was concerned at first but after using for over 6 months I realized it is still a good product so hopefullyyou have similar luck.

mainly aesthetic, no health concerns but it may eventually crack when rapid temp changes occur around the bubbles.
Bubbles in the joints have caused a broken piece for me I think. BUT bubbles can also very beautiful. I have a lot of glass that has controlled bubbles that are beautiful and don't weaken the glass at all. I'm sure
some Glass bong blowers have used similar techniques?

yup I agree with all the above post, shouldn't cause problems just might shorten life span. Ive had a few custom pieces arrive with bubble and they last forever

IMO small bubbles are no big deal in most pieces, even heady.
But I do not like to see any imperfection in my scientific glass.... I have a lower standard for China glass, but still don't want to see bubbles in my scientific.
