So I just got a VapeXhale Hydrabomb on Saturday and it broke last night. It basically tipped on its side and the entire mouthpiece broke off at the joint. I e-mailed support. They originally said I should buy the warranty that covers damage.
The cost? $150. Insane. I e-mailed asking if they could do something, and they offered a 20% off coupon. I'm not stupid enough to spend good money after bad and pay $270 for a piece of glass that didn't even last a week.
I'm incredibly disappointed as to the quality of the glass. I've had $15 gas station glass that is more durable.
Any other suggestions for a hydratube? So disappointed because the honeycomb configuration worked like an absolute champ.....
