The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

First we need someone (anyone) or manufacturer to make a PROPER Muzzmod, that never comes apart. Kinda like the easyflow vapefiend adapter, but much better!
I will! :D
I'm in contact with a company who can do stuff like that.
First item produced might be 500/1000/2000€, and I have to be careful on how to make my steps.
There's a lot to do before asking for the badge of accessory maker, but I'm on my way.

For the German CS i got my Mighty and the filling aid was missing the plastic center plug, One email asking for a 10p bit of plastic got me a second filling aid albeit without the plug but i can still use it sort of.

As for Muzzmod, The issue i personally have is the glue/resin/epoxy are a no no for me. Either proper graded plastic like S&B use and American boro or no sale. I have the Vapefiend one for this reason over muzzmod why do people not like it? Not a perfect seal or is it this ability to damage the vape? If you come up with a better quality non breakage vapefiend adapter i will buy one for sure!

Has anyone had issues with sending their mighty to repair? I mean my mighty is so damn filthy with resin clogged _everywhere_ and little dust that I'm paranoid that I will get it clean enough to send through customs lol? :D Or am I just paranoid?
btw I have more than 1 year left warranty so I guess it still has 1 year left after I get it back from first repair?

The JB weld is not in the vapour path so why is it a concern? It gets applied on the outside.

I don't like the vapefiend for reasons that have already been said many times. It doesn't work right without the steel pad or something to keep your load from flying. And, it can break your Mighty! Way too expensive of a device to use something that could wreck it when you are already medicated lol Just my 2 cents!

I also found that I might have wasted 30pounds for something I won't be using because it might break the thing :S Can't even understand why one would engineer such a thing

Ask S&B... they're part of the conspiracy!

Just be careful and it shouldn't be an issue? Lots of happy vapefiend adapter owners here!

I do know that you don't have to send the cooling unit, so that's one less thing to clean. I can't speak to the customs issue...
Your warranty question, and I don't know about other than US, but there have been different reports about the term of the warranty. Most standard warranties are as you suggest, from date of first purchase of your Mighty, regardless of how many replacements, until two years is up, then no more replacements for free.

We have users who have reported that kind of warranty handling with S&B. I got an email from S&B explaining the policy a little differently. Then I asked for and received a second, confirmatory email with a date-certain. The explanation was that my Crafty was covered for 2 years from the day they first received it for it's first warranty service. That service happened to be about two months after my purchase, so I believe my 'coverage period' (calling it that loosely) will be about 26 months. Yours may be longer, since this is your first service and you've had it almost a year. Or my tale may be an anomaly!

So, your case will help us here understand what we may expect in terms of length of warranty coverage. Please let us know how this progresses! I think it would be smart if, after this issue is resolved, you simply put the question to S&B via email.
btw, what country are you mailing from/to?

Well im about a hair away from buying one, the consistent comments on performance are making me seriously consider it as a mobile home vape for when I have pain flareups. when I have a flareup I move between my room and my basement den, and it would be nice to take around the house without setting something up each time.

The one thing that is making me not instantly buy it is the reports of breaking and returns, is it really THAT common? I dont want to shell out that much only to have to return it. for those in the US, how easy is the return process if it DOES happen? I plan on buying it from puffitup, will they handle the return for me? ive heard thats the case on some threads in r/vaporents but wanted confirmation.

I already have an AIR, ENANO, FW3 (sending in for repair, ironically) but the mightys ability for really quck extraction and on demand vapor is VERY enticing. sometimes when im in pain, i dont have the luxury to sit a whole session to get effects, I just want a few strong hits of good medicine so I can lay back down lol

thanks in advance!

I'm at 9 months no problems at all with it :) tried testing the battery to see how long it would last on a full charge the other day. I got 4 bowls out of it, and it had 3 bars left, though I reckon I could have only gotten 1 more.

It charges in like 2 hours though, super fast. I went out to the casino last night and it's my bar none favorite vape to take out, and most importantly share with my vapor ignorant friends. You just load it, turn on, hit it! No technique required!

Don't know if I'd recommend it for a "few quick hits" as it is kind of a session vape, but that said, you could probably load it up with a smaller amount (I always pack full so I have no experience with this) and then turn the temps up for full extraction quickly. I can roast an entire bowl in this thing in about 10 minutes, so it is very quick still, but still I would consider a session.

Hey There,

Everything I have read from many different sources have indicated that the Mighty has had most of its QC issues worked out for the most part. Over the past six months I have seen the number of "My Mighty Broke, error code, button failed, etc" drop drastically especially when compared to the Crafty. I have been looking to get a Mighty my self as I want portable high quality extraction to pair with my Da Buddha's long session abilities.

Although many issues have been worked out I don't see a way around having that battery replaced as that has been consistently the most negative feedback regarding the Mighty. A Mighty, or a Crafty for that matter, with removable batteries would just be Babytown Frolics. You have the right idea with Puffitup as they have also been the most consistent recommendation as to where to order it from. Randy and his team are rock solid, I have read that the customer service out of the Oakland S&B Facility is not on par with Europe so having Puffitup help with RMA is nice.

This is from their website
"please contact us through our Live Chat or fill out the form below. We will be happy to get your RMA set up and a return label sent over as quick as possible"

the battery is what worries me the most, I dont vape super heavily, maybe 2-3 times on weekdays and ~5 times on weekends, but I rotate vapes each session pretty much, so the mighty wouldnt be my workhorse but its something thats always at the forefront of my mind when im about to click buy.

I have been sitting on this decision for almost a month and am getting closer, just wish the reliability was there

Yea maybe the Mighty V2 (whenever it arrives) will address those issues, but for now I'm in the same boat as you. The one thing I keep coming back to is the fact that I could sit on this decision for three months (Agonizingly :uhoh:) or I could just get a Mighty and enjoy the next three months! If the battery goes and its not covered under warranty (depending on the situation it may or may not be) its $90, but think your saving $60 off the price with your puffitup discount code so I look at (1) battery replacement as a wash. I would say pull the trigger with the knowledge that you should look into investing in another portable if/when it does need to go in after the first year. I recommend the Grasshopper as by the time the Mighty gets major use that little baby will show up to give you some convection goodness. Either that or the Firewood 3.

I own the firewood 3 but it has never given me quality vapor, and just 2 days ago it died completely, spoke to Marc at FW and he told me to send it in for repair

I think you are right about the mighty though, waiting isnt going to do anything, I would buy the grasshopper this second but its on a lengthy backorder and their have been a significant number of device failures so far, Ill give them another 6 months to work out the kinks

I guess when you think in the long run, $340 isnt too much, even if the unit does only last 12 months, thats less then $30 a month basically and with the bud saved by vaping, you earn that back quickly

First impression is good!

I took a T break before ordering and kept a little backup. Very little. (1 gram) because I know myself. I tried to plan it so i would get Mighty and supplies @ same time.

Just so happens connection had a family emergency when contacting on Tuesday and Mighty to be here Wednesday. (LOL) Not friendly state.

Got the Mighty today and well have my backup herbs. New toy, little supplies and weekend.... Used African WW to burn in-Yes I tested since figured you did not need 1 -LOL Yes you do.

Glad to report took .25 and was impressed. OMG love the taste, I started with pieces and no grind, tweezer work. It was effective but took longer to kick in. Since i had combusted this same stock b4 T break noticed it was much "cleaner" high. Easier on eyes and very effective.

Good so far.

Well 2 hours later I cant wait no more to "test" proper. I took ABV that was still nice TBH and added .01 and ground slightly with the ABV.
Nervous I was messing up with supply coming to an end I set it up high to see how it worked. Damn.. I hit it for 10 minutes trying to vape it out. Finally succeeded and was high as hell. No clouds but plenty vape.

Some effects could be from placebo but I vaped twice on what combustion would have used in 1 session.

After the sessions the battery meter was only missing 1 block on indicator.

Hope this keeps impressing me. At this rate it will pay for itself in a year using half product not to mention my eyes do not ache.

I don't mean to make light of your condition, but in my experience the buyer's remorse from Mighty purchase is alleviated within hours of it's arrival.

Mighty sold me in 12 hours. Still high as hell off less than 2 grams. After a nap even. Guess I am seeing why their CS sucks. They are not worried about business. Damn.

Their customer service doesn't suck as much as it's non-existant. Just saying.

I need to stop visiting this thread until I get my mighty sent in for repair...

I'm starting to get VAS for some shit I already own...

@Vapetrees - you really should try the dome screen mod in the CU. Game changer for me - no pad - no cut screen scratching up the sides....no trying to fish it out.... just an awesome way to keep the load tight! I've never gone back! I also know you will love the Mighty still, even after your GH arrives! Time and a place for both!

I also have never once removed any o-rings (some may remember me always ruining the small one with the latch catching it)... I just take the CU apart for cleaning and toss in a ziplock with ISO and put that in a bowl of hot water, then rinse. Never an issue with the seal leaking....and no fussing to "roll" the little o-ring back on properly. And most importantly, no little o-rings down the sink drain!

What screen are you using for the dome mod?
