Great customer service.
Wish the USPS was as good. 2 day delivery and hopefully get it tomorrow. PIU sent it out next morning (Saturday) and it sat in Nevada till Tuesday.
It is crazy that S&B does not have a an approved vendor list. I had contacted them before buying from PIU and they said sorry, no list just buy from us.

Randy~ I have had the best results with those Source coils you recommended (with the kick ass carbed Orb4 globe). Over the last month or so, I have gifted all the pens I did not use, then as luck would have it my own literally broke apart.
I was going to buckle and get the signature kit unless there is another model you find more favorable. Anything new in the shop that you like better or is this the end of my search
I intend to get a signature kit with everything for me, and a premium kit for a brother in need.

Hey guys just got off the phone with storz n bickel and they claim if I don't buy from them it voids the warrenty? To me that just doesn't make sense at all....they say if I get it somewhere else n it breaks within two year nothing is covered since I didn't buy from them? Just makes no sense right?
Almost like they were trying to get you to buy direct from them eh? We process s&b warranties pretty much every day.
@iamnotbatman Here is an invoice showing s&b processing warranties for us.

Totally!! Not cool! Lol ....so if I get from you and it does break I go through you or storz n bic?
You can do either, however we are usually faster to process warranties :-)

Yeah I was not impressed with B&S answers either. Mainly pressure to buy from them all the way to Mighty be the wrong plug/region and them having no list of authorized dealers. They would not say if authorized but did not deny they were-Just changed the subject to might be wrong region and started sales pressure. I emailed and called since I did not care for the email reply. Call was about the same.

I ordered from Puffitup recently for the first time. There was an issue with one of my items. I contacted Puffitup and they sent out a replacement immediately. They even threw in a couple of fun freebies.
Great prices on the original order and it shipped lightning quick too. Solid company with excellent customer service. I wanted to share my experience and say thanks. I'll be shopping here again.

I shot Randy an E-Mail today asking him to re-send a shipping label...which he sent me a month ago and I was lazy and lost it and didn't reply.
Within 5 minutes, Randy sent the shipping label with no questions asked, and let me know that the turn around would be very speedy.
FIVE MINUTES.
Randy is such an amazing businessman, and I'd happily pay more just to go through him, knowing he'd always help me out and I'd NEVER have to worry.
People pay for peace of mind...Randy will always deliver. (and the funny thing is, he has some of the best prices).

So normally I'm just a lurker on forums, just here to learn. Well today I feel compelled to post about how awesome PIU is. So Friday morning I ordered my first vape, after a long couple weeks of research I settled on a solo. Was feeling pretty impatient so I went with 3 day shipping for and extra $15. Package was shipped same day, expected for delivery on Monday (yesterday). Well with usps' terrible tracking some funny things happened to my package along the way and it was not delivered on monday. Decided to give it til Tuesday (today). Package was not with my mail this morning so i called usps and was promised a call back in a couple hours (haha we'LL see). More or less from paranoia of the package getting lost in transit I emailed PIU just to basically say "hey there might be a problem with my package". About 20 mins later I received a reply stating they were sorry for the inconvenience and were refunding my shipping cost. Completely unexpected, especially for something that was ABSOLUTELY not thier fault in any way. That is fantastic. My money will be spent here exclusively from this point forward. Thanks PIU seriously, may seem trivial to some but to me, that was above and beyond.

I ordered from Puffitup for the first time on Thursday. After seeing multiple posts, and getting recommendations from Well-Known Members, I sent Randy a message with some questions. He did a great job at explaining things and helping me make a wise decision, he could have easily upsold me at several instances but he kept it real. In addition he gave me a great deal, threw in some goodies and got the package out in about an hour. Even with USPS losing it, the package came in under 2 days. Puffitup is a first class operation, I will be recommending them to friends and forum members and will be using them to meet all my vape needs. Thanks again Randy and the rest of the staff!
We sell the Vapman :-D Man I would love to have @underdog in our shop, even if it was a small amount. They really do an amazing job with their vapes.
We don't often find resellers who share our vision for customer service but it looks like you guys at PuffItUp are a cut above the rest and we could probably work something out if you're interested in carrying some UDs.
