Been awhile since there was an update.....
I recently talked with the ZeptO guys. They seem like great guys, are hard at work, and committed to ZeptO.

They ARE moving forward with ZeptO and should have an update posted here soon. Sorry, but I don't have a specific timeframe.

What do you mean by a phantom or ghost product?

Update please @VapinVentor?

Just an expression for glorious product ideas that never really make the jump to shelves. Like a hoverboard for example. [Back to the Future style, not the two wheeled machines that are blowing up at malls].

Personally, I'm convinced this one's gonna make it. It may be one version at a time, and a careful roll out, but I believe.

I love the entrepreneurial spirit, and the high aesthetic and performance vision. Maybe if we're lucky, fc will be invited to help beta test this one!

Hey Guys,

We realize we’ve been a bit inactive lately so we wanted to give you all a quick update. Our glass heating technology is coming along as we've recently received & tested our second batch of prototypes. We’ll disclose more info about them later, we promise , but to hold you over until then, we wanted to show you an exciting little sneak preview of them below!!!

Also, we actually just pitched Zepto at the Marijuana Investor Summit in San Francisco two weeks ago. You can check out the article we’re featured in below:
http://blog.sfgate.com/smellthetruth/2016/03/03/ten-hot-pot-startups-compete-in-sf-today/

In regards to our prototype, it’s currently being assembled, so rest assured, we’ll get some images up soon!

There will be more updates to come, we’ve been working hard moving things forward.

Happy Friday and have a good weekend!

While our glass heating technology can easily reach optimal temperatures for vaporizing, it can also achieve red hot temperatures. Showing massive potential for future VapinVentors products.

We hope everyones as excited as we are. More to come soon guys!

Intrigued by the heating element. I hope it turns out to be as good as the hype (which has been huge). Wish you guys luck getting this in people's hands. If you guys win us over you will benefit greatly. I buy my vapes purely based on FC community feedback. If FC love it, I'll likely want to try it. So please be patient with us. Don't get upset or take things the wrong way. I also agree with other posters that you need to be careful how you address comments. It personally turns me off when companies bring themselves down to the level of some of the one off commentators. Good luck. Wish you the best.

The element is red hot, not the glass, right?

Good question, the glass chip is heating up from within. Thats as much as we are going to say for now. :)

Thank you for the support and insight, it's much appreciated. Yes, agreed and we do keep that in mind. I used to choose my next vape based on FC as well! (Way before I had an account)

We have all the patience in the world for FC’ers. We’re here for a reason, and that’s to get feedback from you guys and to engage with the community!

All in all, it’s great to have a place like this where we can all converge and collaborate, to make vaping the best that it can be. We are all here to share ideas, opinions and experiences. We the VapinVentors are happy to be here and please be patient with us as well, while we continue to push forward!

Thanks and everyone have a great day.

P.S. We have some cool stuff coming your way soon…

Nanocrystals? This is interesting tech for sure. I have installed switchlites in office buildings before and I always found them very interesting. I imagine this is the same or very similar technology. This device does not necessarily tick any boxes on my list for what I look for in a vape, however the tech is keeping me watching... :ninja:

Zepto is beginning to look very interesting to me inspire of my initially negative reactions. I wish there was concentrates availability so I can start drooling for it but dry herbs and hash is all I can get here... :(

The future is here though! Oh boy! Technology is going forward in crazy speeds these days! :o

Agreed, personally I have no interest whatsoever in a credit card vaporizer but if the tech shows promise maybe they will make a more rugged larger sized unit. One that ideally takes 18650's hint hint.

At any rate hope this comes through.

Few questions is how strong is this? is it moisture proof or somewhat? could i really stick this in my wallet and sit on it without worry? for long periods with maybe hot sweating conditions?

Sounds like a great idea but wouldn't one crush it by sitting on it?

Zepto consists of a stainless steel body, making it very durable. According to preliminary tests, yes, you could stick Zepto inside of your wallet, sit on it, and it would be fine!

As far as moisture is concerned, Zepto should not be affected. We are incorporating a gasket into the design, therefore forming an airtight seal.

We definitely plan on expanding our product line. One of which will be a larger, more robust, portable device. Thinking forward ;)

Zepto is our introductory product, and we have plenty more innovative ideas to come.

Thanks for your valuable input!
