Cloudy...
Once it clicks the VapCap is up to vaping temp no matter what sized flame you're using so when-ever you go past the click you risk combustion. I used mine the other night with a small alcohol burner/lamp which took what seemed like forever to reach high enough temps to get the Click but once I heard it it was good to go.

Pretty sweet that you can use anything with a steady flame as a heat source should the need arrive.

I'm not sure, I have been enjoying this unit for 24 hours only and I'm still getting used to it. But those cheap lighters where shit, I had problems and never gonna use them again.

Today I bought these 2 for 2€ each:

So far I had one bowl with the one in the left and it worked like a charm, will try the other one next bowl. No combustion but a very even chocolate ABV in just 3 cycles. I just torched it up and down while turning the Glassy with my other hand and the result was excelent. I know they not gonna last, but they work pretty well until I wait for better ones :)

So happy with my Ti Glassy

Rocking the og glassy right now. Face is melting as per protocol.

Anybody else take a stone or fine file or sandpaper or otherwise deburr your cap? It's standard procedure here to take a small round stone to the cap edges until there's nary a snag. Sweet.

Also to you hemp fiber peeps, it works on the og inside the plastic mouthpiece real nice!

Here is the whole happy family and Wenge is especially happy with his classy Ti Glassy with the modular @Ed's TnT blackwood mouthpiece.

These are up on my website if anyone is interested. As you may notice I have some new grain patterns as well, and the magnet has been upgraded too.
It easily holds any Dynavap Vap and also will remove a properly tensioned hot cap. These are great on the end table or bar to hold your Vap.

Cheers,

George

Those are incredible George!

Don't see my zebrawood among them so its still extra special ;) But may need to get a leopard wood to match it as well, african animal theme, and that's just insane looking...

The wenge is pretty awesome too, and love the new grains on the other woods, along with the new magnet and logo ofcourse. The originals were gorgeous too, but these are definitely second gen worthy.

Greetings!
My first prototype modular mouthpiece came in today! Woo Hoo. Thank you @Ed's TnT
Check this out, it fits on a Ti Woody.

And it fits like this.

And it fits on a Ti Glassy.

I shortened the glass body on this one so it will still fit in the shipping tube and or the DynaStash.
I will have the short "Bodies" available as soon as I have the modular mouthpieces.

IMG_20160204_193132416_zpsjkicz0gx.jpg

Also as this picture shows, the standard Ti Woody or Ti Glassy condenser fits all the way through the mouthpiece.

I think it is very important to have as many components across the entire product line interchange.
These new mouthpieces will also fit into an original VapCap, but will require the upgraded condenser.

As before, please let me know your thoughts.

Thank you!

George

And really digging the new modular mouthpiece as well, much more elegant imo, and great that it still fits in the stash!

Looking forward to trying more stuff from you, will be in touch soon (presumed it best to wait til you had more parts in stock).

Keep on creatin!

Not the best quality, my equipment is very sub par. The skipping audio gets better as the video progress.

Here is my basic review of the OG vapcap.

Digging the mflb stem adaptation.

Rocking it right now as I type this. Cools it down and I actually think it tastes a lot better since it's not really going through the mouthpiece.

Mines been through some shit.

LOL I purchased... then added more:D

Originally went without the stash box, but I added that to my cart today. The Leopard called my name and IMO the functionality and convenience of the magnet for the hot cap is going to be awesome.

With the modular-ness of the concept, I also see myself ordering some additional woodies and mouthpieces in the near future. I was even able to order a second fluted glass body for my TI/glassy:cool:

I spent several hours at the drawing board today.

IMG_20160206_234242233_zpsfc3r9izf.jpg

As I was finishing up these latest drawings for some more titanium machining, I thought I should share my art work. I don't know why, but I like looking at drawings like this, I hope some of you will too.

Also, I thought I should give everyone a Thank You! and an update. This little project of mine is beginning to be a bit more of a little project, and I was wrong when I thought sales would slow down after the xmas rush. It turns out (I think in no small part thanks to this forum and its members) the pace is accelerating. Even though I had multiple production improvements in the works, it just hasn't been enough.
Anyway, not complaining here, just trying to let everyone know, if they have been waiting a bit, I'm on it and plan on having a bunch of orders going out this next week and should also have some significant gains in my ability to produce as well. I'm hoping enough of a gain, that I can keep order fulfillment to under a week. I guess only time will tell, but rest assured this is only the beginning. I have many good things in the works. It is hard to sleep sometimes when I think of all the possibilities to combine so many different materials and styles with the new modular components. There should be something for almost everyone, and for those who need something extra, well, these units were designed to be customized!

If anyone has any questions, please message or email me. I also do keep a close eye on this thread.

Cheers,

George

@VapCap , you are amazing. I am so excited about the titanium unit, and happy to see the update. BTW, are current protos still light enough to stand up on the DynaStash, and do they fit inside? I would imagine this is a "yes" on both, as titanium is nice and light, but then again, I also imagine not much mass to the stainless cap.

Is there much difference between twisted condenser tubes and straight ones? I see twisted in a lot of videos but mine is straight. The tip on mine broke and with my last order <g> I asked for another condenser tube, but I don't know which will come.

My girlfriend cleaned the house yesterday, and must have found my TI/glassy somewhere. She didn't even know it was missing, but put it in a box with torches and vape accessories i leave on an end table downstairs. Missed this fucker and very relieved to have it back.
