I can't be the only one who sees this is a knock off..... Right
The G3 was their 1st version {ripoff} if you open it up you would find the electronics including ribbon cable..... this 1st version was very close to identical.... this newer version it looks as though they have changed the heater and sleeve arrangement but I would absolutely expect all of the other electronics including the cable.... to be identical..... they are likely Inhalaters OEM providers....

I think I recall the Vape DR bit the bullet for the team as far as the G3 anyway and it was a disaster as I recall..... off gassing and melting if I remember correctly but won't swear to it.... at least this newer version they went ahead and came up with a different heater..... :science:

I've for the most part grown extremely fond of the glass caps...... not only for their convenience... which is GREAT but I also love the reclaim I'm collecting from them...... off the charts amazing and all from a very portable form factor.....

What have folk here paid to have their 05's upgraded to 'S' status with a second heater?
I also wonder if you feel it was worth what you paid?

IMO it was indeed worth it..... issue now is that mod is no longer available..... this manufacturer operates on an evolutionary principle... and as such has already evolved past that mod..... today's 25w heater is a single heater.... dual heater style system has clearly been left behind.... I have made it my personal endeavor to change his mind.....:bang:

I think the real question that I'm interested in is...... is this new single heater 25w "S" mod really worth it..

I suspect that it might not be.... but the dual heater original "S" mod was very much worth it IMO anyway......

I do feel there is optimistic hope alive..... as there have been some discussion about building a dual battery / dual heater type scenario..... :science:

This brings me to a question I would like to pose to any of their remaining fan base who still check on this thread as I do..... I'm not a huge fan of this idea of adding a 2nd battery..... as I rather enjoy the current form factor..... so....

Could I get some feedback..... would you like to see the next version as a dual battery.... sorta following the crafty / mighty.... but I'm not certain they will continue the single battery... so it just might grow a battery somehow...?

So what do you all think about them adding more power with a 2nd battery...? :sherlock:

Well, IMO a 25W single heater would seem (on paper) to be little different to two 12W, so I'm OK with that.

Dual battery?
I like the size of my 05 just fine, but if there were proposals that might increase the performance I'd certainly be interested in what they might be.

Two, side by side 18650's would result in something pretty bloody big (once you've added the heater unit, which must occupy 1/3 of the INH?).
If there were two short, fat batt's that wouldn't add length, just girth, then That might be OK with me?
Or two Grasshopper batteries side by side?

I've e-mailed INH, requesting info re' the 'S' upgrade, and if it's affordable (and available) I'll go for it, either a single, or double heater.

My 05 works pretty well, but I'd like it to heat the glass stem up much faster, and keep up with a faster draw.

Mine finally gave up after 8 months
Real shame I do miss It trouble is I dropped it and had to tape it up, still worked fine but then I think I pinched the cable
If they would upgrade I'd be well up for that

It will be a single..... as I said I have tried oh so diligently to get them to build me a dual to no avail I'm afraid....

It will do exactly what you have outlined... the glass walls will heat up much faster and logically they will retain the heat longer.... its that last piece I think that might be questionable "and keeping up with a faster draw"..... my suspicion is that it is the convectional properties that determine how fast we can draw.... and if that is in fact correct.... the loss of that 2nd heater will very likely dramatically effect the convectional capabilities...... so then the question becomes which way... more or less..?

It will still easily out perform your 05 so for that reason you should be very happy with it....

I'm quite certain they would.... as it seems to be their SOP.... that's Standard Operating Procedure for you non military types....doesn't hurt to ask them.....:peace:

Edit; hey I noticed you have the Mighty could you compare the 2 for me pls...thx

I only use hash
The inhalater was great as I would sprinkle into a piece of cotton wool, roll up and insert, no stir total extraction but all on max temp
Great for out and about
Now the mighty is a diff beast all together
I can get just visible vapor off 155 degrees c
I also get total extraction with no stir working up the degrees
The BIG diff is that I get tons of reclaim from the mighty and practically none off the inhalater
I then use the reclaim with my hammer pro
I feel as it should be covered by warranty but as wrapped up in tape not sure I got a leg to stand on

Despite the fact that it's the weekend, and late to boot, i got a reply from INH already!
So that's impressive.
Sadly they are also telling me that they don't offer the upgrade anymore.
They have kindly offered me a 20'/. discount as a "returning customer", but that still leaves a price tag of $200 for the 05S ( and that's if they combine offers).

I have pre-orders in for the Grasshopper and the Single Unregulated Battery Zion, so I don't think I'll take INH up on that, and the 05 will just have to suffice until the eventual delivery of the GH, or emergence of the Zion (I have especially high hopes for the Zion).

I wish INH well though, I'm quite fond of my 05, it works reasonably well, is a good size and form factor, and is easy to use.

It's WAAYYYY better than my first vape, an Aida conduction unit from FastTech (not a difficult task I admit).

Dude.... you should write him back and tell him just that {above}... and that your just gonna need a bit more incentive than just the 20%..... ask him to put on his Santa suit... ha ha ha ha LOL

Hopefully he won't wish to lay down for his competitors.... as I have my eye on the very 2 units you pre-ordered... Nice.... I'll look forward to your comments....:peace:

They've (Greg) already got back to me with a better offer that includes a glass cap, WTA, and electric grinder (?!) on top of the 20'/. off, which would be a great deal that I would jump at if I were looking to buy a new vape, sadly I just don't have that kind of cash, plus I already bought glass caps, WTA and a very good grinder, and don't need to double up on those items.
The offer sounds like it's an end of year sort of thing, so if others are on the fence it might be worth asking for the deal.
I'm going to stick to my 05.
Maybe if future reviews of the 06, 06S or it's successor start to claim GH or Zion levels of performance then I'll be tempted, but until then I've already got enough cash invested in vapes (I'm just going to have to develop Zen master levels of patience!).

I do wish I'd got the 05S instead of the 05, as the 05 has been a great intro' to vaping, and almost rips the way I crave.
It's not quite the cordless log vape I'm searching for, but I bet the 05S and 06 come closer.

Don't get me wrong though, I definitely don't regret my purchase.
When I eventually find something better, I'll either keep my 05 as backup, or pass it on to a combusting friend to turn them to the dank side.

You are talking about a company that got banned from this site for underhand tactics, and that has left a good few customers without a product when they've refused to stand by there 'Warranty'.
There are loads of more reputable companies that are worthy of investing your hard earned money in, anybody sitting on the fence should just go back and read what's gone on in here previously.
I think somebody listed which post states why they got banned, if anybody can refresh us :)

This is a tough one for me, as I do appreciate your warning, however a long time OG member here Pm'd me and let me know that the INH is still his favourite portable for on-the-go, and being that they are in Canada, and processing warranty wouldn't be as much of a pain as it has been with my Grasshopper, i'm wondering if I should pull the trigger on the INH006?

Or should I learn from my experience with the INH004 that just fell apart, and avoid it like the plague like many of you?

Are their presently any happy INH users?

My 04 got a break in the charging port after 1.5 years.
My INH XP had been functioning daily for 1.5 years, but the police took it. Another member sent me his and it still works like a charm.
I have the INH 05 and it works well.
I know the maker is no longer on this forum, but I still enjoy my units to the max.
Shortest vaper path I know, and the only part to clean is under 2 inches long.
The capsules hold a healthy load that lasts a long time.
I am a fan.

Well, that didn't take long - but I think you both sold me! Are there any issues/concerns still? Something about the safety of charging while using?

Wish the battery was removable! Then again, I remember popping the 004 open and it wasn't difficult to change, but you needed to be careful.

@ShayWhiteGrow how does this badboy stack up to your Grasshopper? Not sure if these short vapour paths are for me, after testing the GH for a day. However I can just imagine the INH with WPA though glass.... and that's my primary interest at this point! The GH just can't keep up with my usage.

In what way do you mean your GH can't keep up?
I'm intrigued as I've yet to hear anyone make this complaint.

Yea dude I lovem both but the 05s holds way more weed so in turn gets me good with glass. Its an investment though back and forth through canada if repairs needed or accessories. Greg and those guys always take good care of me:tup:
Edit: shit you're in Canada! Go for it! Classifieds! $105 Inh05s!

Really appreciate your response, especially since I just sold my GH! Part of the reason was the same as you said, it's just too much of an investment shipping back and forth cross border, so yeah Pharmacor isn't far from me, and so relieved to hear that Greg has treated you so well!

@Yoosh please reply to my PM! lol Otherwise INH-06 it is?

Should I be concerned about the negative things i've read about things melting and safety?
