So after having my E-nano for about 7-8 months I had some loose connection problem with my power cord & the light on my Nano kept going on & off & wasn't getting heated properly. I thought there's something wrong with the plug input on the Nano & I had to send it in to get it serviced. I kind of slacked on it for months thinking it will be painful contacting Epic & waiting forever to get a response & then having to find a box & dealing with shipping it, I held off on it 
. In the mean time I was using my Solo which served me right. After a while one bored day I wonder off to Epic.com & went to their contact section & requested some help for my Nano. I was told to try out a PS4 cord to see if that worked, basically to figure out if the problem was the cord or the unit itself. I was glad & relieved to find that it was the power cord causing the problem the whole time & I didn't have to send my unit in (Weeeeeeeee 
) I was a bit shocked that it was the cord as I never took my Nano out of the house or folded the cord or misused it in any way, the cord looked brand new! However Carisa set me up with a free replacement for a new power cord & in about 8 days I was up & vaping just like before again

I was happy Epic was not as hard to work with as I had imagined but since the 19th of last month I sent an e-mail asking about my member points for the purchase of my E-nano & I was having issues logging on to the web site but I still did not get a response...
In a couple of weeks it will make it a year since I have the Nano & I really love it, I used it everyday until I had a little downtime with the cord issue. I love how easy this thing is to maintain & how powerful this little thing is. I do a few things differently than others as far as maintaining it. I don't use the tube to clean the stem that it came in, I take a straw and slide it down the stem after taking the basket out & gather up all the resin put the screen back on & load it up with the resin. This is the best shit! its like icing on the cake & I can't believe I was washing it all away down the sink at first. The resin bowl really lasts a long time, longer than a regular bowl of herb & has clouds for days!! I do clean my stem with some alcohol before loading it up with the resin then hold the stem between my lips & snake a old T-shirt rag in the stem & run it back & forth for easy & fast dry because I don't have the patience for air dry
Also I use a basket screen in my gong which is a must have!! It has saved many loads from falling through the gong into the water. Get yourself a few basket screens ASAP!!
What do I hate about the Nano? Well it has to be the tipping problem which is very annoying. Before when the Nano first came out, the cord was built in & it still had a tipping problem but now with the detachable cord the plug area is pretty bulky for a unit this small which causes more of a tipping problem. I think the plug should be much smaller like a cordless phone plug or like the under dog. I know by buying a stand it would help with the tipping problem but I honestly think in my opinion the E-nano stand is a bit over priced at $25 plus shipping is too much for a small stand. On dhgate.com you can get a really nice thick glass piece & often it is priced well below $30 & its also shipped from China! I believe the stand should be priced at $15, that's a fair price. Also as Epic is growing larger each day as a company, I think Andy should hire extra helping hands as there's too many people to serve & the extra help is very necessary for things to work smoothly. Other than those few minor problems I have no other issues & really love my E-nano
