Do vaporizers have electric dreams? How does your vape go to sleep?

I am curious if your vape shuts down after a period of time and if you find that it is giving you enough time to match your usage.

What would you change about how your vape shuts down?

If your vape does not shut down, how long after it not being used would you want it to go off?

I sometime leave my vape on when I leave home and it can freak me out a little.

10 minutes shut down time on Arizer Air, would prefer it longer while I find the five minutes on my Vapman Station to be perfect, just different vape with different uses. My Herborizer hasn't an auto off timer but I can't forget it on as it needs some care to be put back into the vapes closet. Generally speaking I like the auto shut down function but I'd prefer it to be customizable by the end user.

auto shutoff after 7.5 minutes from start of session ... 20 to 30 seconds (depends on battery charge state) from room temperature to vape temp (385F), then 60 seconds of heat soak for the herb, and then 6 minutes of hits - around 10 hits. the herb in the vial is usually spent by then. if not, the session can be extended for 3 minutes at a time, but it is better to refill than to overfill the vial and do another session. smaller loads help control tolerance level.

If I fry my shit then I pay the price, so I wouldn’t change a thing.

miniVAP has 20 minute auto-shutoff.
I wish the user could adjust it longer. I seem to take a hit and come back 25 minutes later LOL

I often leave my SSV or Volcano on all night, and sometimes through the night when I white out on my couch

My arizer solo seems to shut off before I want it to sometimes

My Xmax-V2-Pro time limit is 5 minutes and starts the counter after I select a temp. Sometimes I take one additional hit after it has turned off while the oven is still hot.

My Solo shuts off after 12 minutes and I find that I normally shut it off manually before the 12 minute mark. Once in awhile I turn it off and take one more hit while the oven is still hot.

I prefer the 12 minutes the Solo gives me over the 5 minute limit on the Xmax. I always feel rushed when using the Xmax but I rarely have to turn it back on to finish a session.
