Howdy, welcome to the fun, glad you're enjoying your Air....it's an easy thing to do all right.

Stop with the Soy milk!!! It will not work. You need real whole milk. Forget skim, low fat and so on. You need butter fat to absorb the THC so you can digest it rather than pooping it out again. A shot or two of cream (or 'half and half') added will be even better. Soy milk won't work. Might as well use water. I just rinse it with water and dry. Any deposits still left on the glass are simply the basis for the next deposits. If you want it clean you'll need detergent or solvent (like ISO). Water only rinses the milk off.

Stick with the factory batteries. Seriously. They've been seriously researched by our very own @CentiZen who is an excellent source of the real deal (when he has them, I think currently he's out?), he buys them in bulk from the maker and gives 'good guy discounts' to us. I have piles of high performance 18650s about from other projects but I bought my two spares for Air from PIU. You save at most a few bucks. Why chance it?

I'm always on the lookout to welcome people to our world of vaping. Some of my friends are (gasps) vegans, and so when I wanted to show them all the cool stuff you can do with your vape toy, I knew I had to try and make them some vape milk. I think I'll stick to fatty milk from now on, per your advice.

I read about our awesome @CentiZen 's helpful work in our community, and he sounds awesome. However, I already have 3 original batteries, I'm looking for an outside charger so I could charge 1-2 at home whenever I take my vape to go. Thats why I was hoping you guys could tell me the correct specs for the battery. So is it a typical 18650s Lit battery? anything else I should keep note of?

Vegans, love 'em. Other fats will also work. For instance:

Thank you for the kind words, we try to provide accurate, reliable information to base purchases on.

No doubt about it, it's counterfeit. I'd stop it if possible. This is first person experience, I intentionally bought just such a unit to see......it's fake when you look to the important stuff.

Alrighty, just placed an order for a Titanium Air over at PIU for $169

Plus, I bought a a classic JyARz, which I'm super stoked to try out and see if there really is no smell haha

Any thoughts on the Titanium color? Most people just choose the black by an overwhelming margin with the silver a distant second, and the Ti barely on the radar. I did some searching and I get the gist that it changes color depending on the light, from reddish brown to a gun-metal color. Anyone had the fortune to compare the colors hand in hand? Thoughts?

yes @OF warned about purchasing from ebay, its a good indication when the product is so much cheaper then from arizer and other stores.
When you´re from germany, www.verdampftnochmal.de (hope its ok to link the shop) is a very great shop with good customer service and i got mine there.
For europe shipping www.vaposhop.com, they also sell only originals (a friend have ordered one pax and one air here).

I use black for the stealth factor (looks more like an e-cig then) but hey, what you prefer! (they are also colored silicone skins)

how many sessions are you guys typically getting out of your air, I usually run about 4 sessions and it gets to below 50% and then I charge it

Yep. Never done it myself of course, but I recall he does. Easy to find out, email him. Don't be surprised with a Sunday response.

You might also consider PV, another strong supported of FC and excellent source. They're Canadian which I think means an advantage in the exchange rate?

Double posts happen to us all if you post enough. The normal procedure is to edit it while you can (combine the two into one leaving the second 'please delete' or similar in text. Then report yourself using the 'report' key. Only the Mods can remove a post once you post it (all you can do is edit).

I think most of us go four sessions, although sometimes more than 10 minutes each by a bit. It depends on conditions, strain, cure, heat level, how you vape (take hits, long/short, deep/shallow, few/many). For myself, four is always fine, five sometimes but I generally don't push it.

can someone explain why my air seems to be the vape that gets me the highest of any of mine?

I even have an enano and it does get me as ripped as my air but it takes 4-5 stems.

I dont know if maybe the conduction aspect has anything to do with it, I was thinking it may be possible that it allows for the most thorough extraction, or perhaps allows the terpenes to stay in the chamber and not risk total evaporation??

No idea but I just had a session on mine and im thoroughly medicated. I feel like my enano leads to more of a head high, whereas my air gets me that body high that I need for pain relief, along with a nice head high.

I think switching around vaporizers helps with a lot of tolerance issues IMO. I use the Air for stealth. It works well when we go on trips with the RV. I use my Solo a lot.

The AA is easy to use and maintain.

Yep, sort of the Maytag of vapes. Dependable. I like that.

Conduction for sure, I don't think there's any significant convection heating. That's why you can't bung in a cold stem and instantly hit it big time. Convection would let you do that. The average air temperature during a hit was too low when I measured it. I snaked a Thermocouple lead down the stem into the bowl, it drops sharply as the air temperature coming in cools the area, more air means more cooling. For convection to work it has to bring the heat energy necessary to make vapor, just getting to say 390F doesn't cut it. Anymore than you can heat a pan of water to boiling, turn off the fire, and expect it to keep boiling. Still 212F, but simmering not boiling? That means to get the heat (in calories) needed to make vapor into the load the heat (in degrees) of the air has to be higher to start with. Solo/Air doesn't do this so when the 'at temperature air' is diluted by cooler air the only result possible is lower heat.

In the big view it does a first rate job making vapor, the technical details of how it does that are not all that important IMO. If it was pure convection and didn't make good vapor or used too much herb per session what good would it be?

The edit window is about four hours? You know, about ten minutes less than I need?

The Mods can merge/edit after that, I usually just report myself and let them decide from there. Not to worry.

When I purchased my Air I did not even look at the colour & picked Titanium as I assumed it was a dark gunmetalish like my watch or any amount of other titanium coloured items I have seen. I was disappointed initially but I really do love the reddish brown colours & it marries up well with my Ed's stem. Considerably better than either black or silver.

ANYWAYS, that's a real nice stem @Stevenski ; I've contemplated and flirted with the idea of buying the Tall Air Bog WonG, but everywhere I've read on the net so far is that it has been a bit of a let down. But god damn does that stem look sexy. Also, from what I've gathered, is that most people prefer the stock stem and even come back to them after using other stems.

Thoughts on the Bog WonG? On staying put with the stock stems?

File s dispute with Ebay as the item is a counterfeit listing & if you can don't accept the delivery If you paid with Paypal lodge a dispute or do so with your credit card company.

I am pretty sure @OF has a 3" Bog WonG for the Air & his is black if I remember correctly. My stem is a Granadillo one & yes it does suit the Titanium. If you are thinking about it just do it as it makes things different. I don't use mine every day but I do several sessions a week with it & it is unbreakable. I have a full stem load to finish my evening off already packed & capped.
