Volute of Vapor
Where I trully love my vapcap is for concentrates, for the moment I tried shatter only, I rolled a very fine screen in a ring with a small hole in the middle. I load my shatter in the hole and place the ring in the bowl, I get 8-10 hits from a tiny dab, I only heat to the clic, not more.

It could be nice to sell differents caps with different t°, flower low t°, flower "one hitter", Concentrates flavor and concentrates dabber for example. Or maybe an idea to set the clic where you want....maybe for the next version!

Could you expand on this or post a picture?

Spent some more time adulterating timber with anything to hand. Unfortunately this led to the death of a lovely piece of Walnut. Long live the Walnut. So how about a little bit of something else. I wanted all hex tube but can't find any as of yet but will keep looking.

All sealed up inside with the extra 'O' rings I asked for @VapCap. Even tho I do enjoy the concept and performance of my Tiglassy I am prefering the cooling effect of the longer Tibrassy.

Lead free before anyone asks. Thread all about it elsewhere in case any one wants to read it.
More to come.

@phattpiggie . i broke my little pip pet end, still works, it will just look even more gnarly when it dirties up :)

In hindsight, i really should have gone for the Ti, glass is fragile for a heavy handed tw*t like myself :)

I'm gonna start saving now i know how much of a banging item this is

I like the TI Brassy, nice job.

Any particular reason you kept the outer sleeve short instead of matching the length of the condenser tube?

I've dropped my OG countless times and no issues with the outer glass. The condenser tube, however, was super fragile. It lasted much longer than expected before it suddenly separated into 2 pieces - the drops probably weakened it, hence the unexpected separation during cleaning.

If God is the answer, then the question is wrong

If you do not have a spare one i find out that MFLB glass stem does the job as a VC inner tube

@Ruta glass and myself was never going to be a good thing. Looking like you may be round during daylight hours at some point soon.

@ZC nostalgia I suppose it reminds me of some of the pipes around when I was into that kind of thing. The outer tube can be any kind of length it doesn't have to be as long as the inner.
I've used the same 'X' rings as the Glassy just moved the carb up towards the hot end. Which is about to become the Ti Wood/Brass Hybrid. It conducts the heat and the area around the hole heated up when I did a 3 click bowl. Was okay when I did a 6 click. Not to hot for me to touch. Not as hot as my Xmax body gets. So more wood butchering.

While we're talking custom vapcaps, this modular system opens up the door for glassblowers like @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd to make custom vapcap sleeves. And I'm surprised we haven't seen custom sleeves from Ed yet.

Does anyone with a TI Glassy happen to know the length? Or, will it fit in the tube/dynastash? The man made one I use with the extra glass George gave me is too long to carry with it...thinking about picking one up but if they are longer and I can't keep in the stash I think I'll grab an OG. Err another OG because I plan on getting one to use when I go on vacation in the spring/summer.

Kief is the beez kneez in this thing :o I don't usually vape kief but I have quite a bit of it (have not checked in quite some time lol), but think I much preferred the experience with the VC compared to the VM. Ymmv, but I felt I was getting thicker and denser hits easier with the VC.

I echo the sentiments of it being a "stoney" vape :)

Good question regarding the length. The Ti Glassy is the same length as the Ti Woody and the original VapCap.
So as far as fitment into the awesome little airtight plastic tubes and the DynaStash standard units will fit.

Because of the modular design of the new components like the Ti tips, it is / will be possible to make a huge variety of different size and style units.

I hope this helps clear up the questions.

And I just added The Ti Glassy to the website with some new pictures.

Like a handful of wood. :)

In case anyone wondered how compact these things are.

Cheers,

First attempt at a custom sleeve. I like it but don't love it, I'll be making more until I get something I'm truly happy with.

It's about an inch longer than the standard vapcap. I used the stock condenser tube but just stuck it further up the sleeve to preserve function.
