It's mankini time again

So, batteries -
My AW 18650's fit and perform well. My yellow jacket LG work and fit well, of course. My brown jacket LG fit and perform well. My Sony vtc3 fits, but I only have the one. My xtar batteries (supposedly rebranded, rejacketed vtc3) do not fit, way too tight.

Yeh i think my favorite is Cool that Lion. I like the spoken word by Nazareth in the middle. Here is a video of me consecutively hitting Zion's to the song Police. Full disclosure the last unit contained flower drops where the first three are various plain flower. It's pretty Krazy how fast end efficient the Zion is at making huge clouds!

Ya know, vapes are allot like talk radio or cable tv. It isn't what you have, it is what you might be missing. I didn't know what I was missing till I began vaping full time. It makes me want to order everything. I will get onboard the train once it is order & ship. Let us know when to "Release the hounds!"

Thanks, It's exciting to know that there is a patiently awaiting demand building. This "soft start" allows us to slowly build momentum and perfect our manufacturing and business practices to ensure things run smoothly when we release the hounds. Please keep in mind that once the initial customers start to receive there Zion's in the coming weeks the demand is expected it grow fast. The only thing I can say is the longer you wait to order the longer you will wait for your Zion. But of course the choice is yours

@RastaBuddhaTao Great stuff, instant vapor action. RBT is more than a manufacturing genius - he's also some kind of Houdini. Racing thru the Zions with his hypnotic looks making it some serious meditative ceremony.. I'm wrong, it's NOT an illusion - this $#!7s real!!

"Dab-chellor" party is almost inviting enough for me to want to get married again. Almost. Actually when my wife asked me if I'd ever remarry if somthing happens between us I told her that I've learned my lesson and I don't believe in making the same mistakes twice. My humor is some how lost on her.

I absolutely love your vids, RBT. The fu-man-chu, the handlebar mustache, the fluid movements, the intense gaze --- reminds me of a master illusionist performing his craft. What makes it even better, though, is that this is no illusion. The Zion may LOOK like magic, but it is pure-T genius craftsmanship and engineering.

I 1000% agree with your point!

The thing that makes this situation different imo:

First and foremost I have never seen a manufacturer give a fuck about what the customer thinks as much as I've seen in this thread.

Most vape companies guard their ideas, keep everything hush hush and put out THEIR idea of the best version of the product. While SOME get very close to the mark...non replaceable batteries and shitty building material usually leave much to be desired!
Speaking electrical vapes of course...lily and vapman seem to surpass the quality of most

The low reported failure rate of the Zions in the wild, the commitment to a great product, the range of potential and the transpartment passion of the creator, make it a desirable vape to me.

It's almost like buying a luxury item and having it hand crafted to order...Definitely worth it considering the way most disdain 'Chinese vapes' or rushed assembly models that require mods out of the box.

The hounds have been released, in small batches, with love and care. ..like chocolate chip cookies.

I'm not trying to be last in line for some shit like that. Grasshoppers and the likes get the wait

To each his own. But I have to own each (Zion and single 18650)

Financials are another issue...I do wish it was a more abundant time of year for myself personally, but that's just motivation to get rid of some models collecting dust.

Missing the Zions birth already had me seeing this guy: and he used to piss me off on duck hunt...because I knew I missed!

I'm just glad there *was* a pre-order, before the Canuckistan Peso took it's 'every few years' beating... At least we're heading towards legalization, so if any of y'all move up North your dollar will go a long way, although our growing season is a bit shorter. Of course it depends where you are in our 3.5 different time zones...

I just wanted to point out that this thread was one year old yesterday. That's from prototype to finished product—and in my opinion the Zion is superb. This accomplishment is nothing short of amazing, and people who are getting impatient should contemplate it.

I expect Zion to be an incredibly durable vape. It has very few parts and very few points of failure. The only real mechanical moving parts are the switch or fire button and the rheostat or tuning knob. Everything else is pretty much fixed in position other than the stem. The body, the battery door and the cap (with storage) are wood. There are a couple chips to manage the battery and heater. The joint and the stem are glass. And the heater, of course. And that is pretty much it.

I read that some vapes (I won't mention names) start to smell which can be a problem. The Zion will NEVER pick up smell because the vaporizing occurs in the glass stem which is a separate piece and easy to clean.

I'm still waiting on my production Zion which is reportedly tuned a little better than mine and will have some built in storage, but in most ways will be very similar to what I have been using since June or so. And Venus has made me very very happy, and decidedly impressed by Zion and how much it seems to stand out from the competition.

I very much look forward to new Zion users describing their experience because I'm sure there are a couple people out there who think we must be deluded or brainwashed by how we describe the Zion. That theory will soon be put to the test, and I expect that folks are gonna see that Zion is something different than they are used to. And they are gonna LIKE IT! A LOT.

Happy Birthday! What a great year it was for Team Zion and RBT. A year full of successes, failures, sometimes both at the same time. Some tears, some untears (maybe happy and sad tears? Do I look like Dickens?). Anyways I'm just glad we all managed to hang in there and have a bunch of fun with it. And it has been some serious fun. I'm looking for more of same as we get into the new styles.

I'm 'cheers'ing with the HI, and blowing vape in the general direction of New York State.

I got an Enano,vapman and remodelled Davinci Ascent so I dont mind waiting for long, just really want a convection vape that allows me to either care spare batteries or charge from a Powerbank because its meant for long hiking trips

Just google search "package forwarding", should get you what you need.

Things could change in the future regarding international orders, that's up to RBT. It can be quite expensive to acquire all the necessary certifications. For a small company it may not make financial sense yet to do so.

Well, I guess I have Jonas to thank for not getting Loki's little sis yesterday. I got a new notification from the USPS saying "...Updated delivery date Monday..." So, one more day won't kill me. I'm getting by with my Herb nail and Enano. Loki will go right into sis' box and back to @RastaBuddhaTao for a visit.

@RastaBuddhaTao Damn. Just figured out your a measly 4 hours east of me down the I90.....least I know my mid August preorder won't have too far to travel once my time has come for shipping.
