I haven't bought anything from puffitup.com yet, and I have already had an awesome interaction with Randy. I emailed him earlier this evening with a question about a vape, and replied in less than 10 minutes on Saturday evening (most impressive) with an awesome deal (most most impressive). They already made a customer for life and I haven't even made a purchase. Good customer service is king.
PRECISELY! I would rather pay MORE, and get exceptional attention and service, but with PIU you get the absolute rock bottom lowest price AND exceptional AAAA+ customer service!
Even with the canadian dollar being worth practically HALF of the USD, it's still more affordable for me to shop at PIU! NEVER had anything charged customs on it!

Damn puffitup, I ordered my FM Mini and you guys had it shipped in around 11 minutes! Talk about some awesome service. I really have to applaud the guys at puffitup. question about puffitup.com....i bought my volcano through storz n bickel cuz i was worried of not getting the warranty if i bought it from some place else.....so no i am in the market for a mighty and i def don't want to buy from them due to no discount.....so my question is if i buy from puffitup.com will i still receive the warranty from storz n bickel? or would it void it being i bought it from another retailer
