The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

What do you mean carefully remove the cooling unit? The thing that twist off that allow me to put the trees in?

Is there a certain amount of time i.should wait before opening it up?

Is there a certain ammont of time i should vape for?

Are there any videos that show you how to clean it?

Any items i should buy for maintenance?
Take the cooling unit off of the heating unit carefully as you can chip the plastic off the heating unit by opening it carelessly when it is hot.

Take the cooling unit off immediately after use to allow the plastic on the heating unit to cool down a lot faster and prolong its life span.

The War on Drugs got another victim.. My "gf" (I kind of not call her that way because of her behaviour) threw my Mighty into the toilet because I'm such an asshole yada yada...

Guess I have to send it to S&B. Basically I just needed new fins, now this :(
Everyone here is outraged by this.
Hope S&B send you a new Mighty & a new girlfriend asap.

...and @uhranium don't tell them about the toilet. You know how sometimes they repair a unit and send it back with some of the original intact? That would be less than desirable outcome, imo.

Try the kayaking story, that trail has already been blazed!

But seriously, we do wish you the best. This is truly a horror story and you deserve better. And, ahem, a working vape, too.

How do i register my product and begin my 2 year warranty?
Dont. When it needs to go in for repair. Tell them the date, don't send the reciept. And make the date as recent as you can. You WANT THE Warranty for as long as pissible or possible...whichever spelling you prefer.

@uhranium even if they don't send you a new gf...make sure she gets a new 'temper cooling unit'. We don't want you to end up with any more cracked 'fins'.

Hey all Im looking into getting either a Mighty or a crafty to add to my collection. My go to vapes are the vapor brothers box and the firefly w/the occasional solo rip at the moment would like to know if anyone has any comparisons between either of the S&B units and the others i mentioned. TY for the help!

I do know the short battery life of the firefly is getting on my nerves I'm on my 2nd pair of batteries now and a little disappointed in the longevity of the battery

I have the Crafty (and a ff). If battery life is an issue, you probably should go with the Mighty. But I think ithe Mighty is better suited for at home than on the go. I AM happy with my Crafty, though. I barely use my ff now (Crafty is just so much easier).

You will enjoy the Mighty allot , it almost reminds me of my com-busting days minus the harsh chemicals going into your body. It provides huge rips , decent battery life , i would say roughly 4-5 10 minute sessions is what you will get out of a charge depending on usage. It will hit better than the two vapes you listed. The crafty is almost the same as the mighty , a bit smaller , less battery life and instead of a lcd screen being on the unit like the mighty , the crafty uses a app that you download.

That is my dilemma I use it around the house mostly but i like to have the option to have the portability and battery life, the FF is not very portable friendly to load or unload. Plus almost every place i go has USB ports available to charge crafty while mighty is not USB. Then again it heats up faster than crafty but not sure how much actual difference there is....decisions decisions.

I can tell you this : it is very easy to fill , the filling tools included make it simple and even with out them its simple. It does kinda suck you cant charge via usb and its a bit bigger than crafty but batteries def last longer and heat up time is quicker. I think if you do some searching there may be some that have found a way to charge it using usb with aftermarket connectors and a powerbank.

Yeah they sell basically a USB battery pack for $27 with the crafty that gives you two extra charges for the unit. How much quicker is the warmup time by your estimates? Ive also been reading about the grasshopper pen but that will prob be the next addition after this since its not coming til march

I am not sure to be honest , i never owned both vapes at the same time. It is def a little bit quicker though. The grasshopper is def a cool vape but it has its problems and i been waiting to get mine for 2 years now , some have been waiting even longer so i would def say don't even consider it until its actually officially on the market as they are still filling backers orders and preorders.

The warmup for Mighty is half that of Crafty.
The charge time of Mighty is half that of Crafty.
The vaping/usage time of Mighty is double that of Crafty.
Those are approximations; you get my drift.
Both perform great. I don't mind not having usb, since I don't charge it more than once a day on average, which is maybe 6 full bowls, with option to use while plugged in. Not true pass-thru, but it does charge whenever heat is not being called for. I used to bring usb to charge crafty in the car, now i go with mighty without a charger for most driving. A much more robust unit in most ways. Does not overheat like Crafty can. I could go on, though just to keep you vascillating, it's true lots of people love their Craftys.

I agree. Best advice a this point is to forget you ever heard about the Grasshopper for, say, 6 months or so. Get a good available vape (Crafty a good choice, Mighty a great choice, imo, and there are others) to use until you can easily get a reliable production Grasshopper off a shelf if you still want one.)
Things are looking up at Hopper Labs lately, but reliability is currently a question mark, whila availability is close to nil.
I've been waiting only about 6 months for my Hopper. Some in the first world think anticipation is an exciting stage of a product's cycle, but in this case, it's gone on too long (years!). It's been interesting, but looking back, I feel a lot of my energy could have been better applied to other things.
Happy deciding.

IMHO, if reliability is your benchmark, I would highly suggest staying away from the Crafty! Either way, a malfunctioning Grasshopper has been a Crafty Killer, and when it gets back from sick bay i'll see no need to own the Crafty anymore. Can't say the same for the Mighty though..... X2 !!!

spend the extra money and get the mighty.

This thing hits hard, like had my friend teary eyed, coughing, with saliva dripping down his mouth with 1 hand on the car coughing. Which is great.

also, one thing is I am saving alot of money now. It doesnt take much weed in the mighty to get me high. crumbs will get me retarded in the morning. so I am saving alot of weed

1 gram of weed will get me high throughout the day, with 1 charge. And I have until 2018 before I have to buy another if and when it breaks. Its probably the best investment for weed I ever made, my dealer going to see me less now...

Ordered the F-Bomb and 18mm Easyflow for mine, Will report back but nearly in tears about the money to get water filtration and vapor on the go. This is for sure the sole portable thing i buy now. Next up Sublimator and then done.

To whom are you writing? What benchmark?
My mention of reliability was a passing reference to the lack of availability and questionable track record of the Grasshopper, as factors in a decision process. What benchmark?

As far as benchmarks are concerned, I wonder how can you be so convinced and confident about a defective Hopper you've had for, like, 4 or 5 days? Sorry, but for me your credibility is in question.
I do believe that you've had some good experience with it, and you definitely seem very excited.
You apparently thought the Crafty was good enough to buy very recently, now it's crap?

Reliability as a bench mark. You're right, the GH isn't even available, so perhaps the comparison is pointless. However, the Crafty is probably the most unreliable vape i've ever come across. Maybe even a new record for RMA's? I'm sure the GH could follow the same path, but S&B don't offer a lifetime warranty, and after 80 hours, it's $100?

My credibility is irrelevant, but it doesn't surprise me that you said that. I thought the Crafty was good enough, until I received the GH. Unfortunately, the crappy battery that cannot be hot swapped and suffers performance degradation after only one or two uses is a deal breaker. I rather cut my losses now after only 2 hours.

Anyways, WAY fucking offtopic! LOVE BOTH my Mighty's! The portable desktop vape!

The D020-D is the most popular model. Sunshinestore is the recommended seller.

In the end i decided to pre order a titanium GH, Im not really in a hurry and i have plenty of vaping tools available to me and after researching the tech they have into the GH is crazy and i feel it will round out my collection as i have the FF and vapor brothers for at home and will use GH as the portable and for water pipes etc
