True, but I'd want a vaporizer now. My Pinnacle Pro has stopped working, as has my Inhalater.

I'm contemplating the Crafty or the Air, but what I really want is a GH
I have a Crafty and am waiting for my gh. So I vote you get BOTH!!

Puffitup can hook you up with a Crafty at a great price. And that will satisfy your immediate needs. Then waiting for the gh won't be so bad (plus you'll likely save $$ over the post release retail price).

Order the GH, and get a $50 Imag+ or xmax v2 pro from puffitup in the meantime

The Pax2 is surely quicker to arrive.
Hahaha, you got me there

Can you afford to wait 6 months for your preorder to arrive? Or would that money be spent better somewhere else?

The Hopper's price has already gone up to it's list price, there haven't been any more discussion about the price going up, so sitting in line right now only means you'll get your hopper possibly sooner than if you order one in several months.

Everyone's financial situations are different, I know I would probably have cancelled my preorder by now, if not for the fact I've gotten to try one out for several weeks and freaking loved it. It really does live up to it's hype in my opinion (yes there are drawbacks, no vape is perfect, but this one fits my needs for a stealth portable vaporizer)

FINALLY!!! Shipping confirmation- purple Ti and extra battery, backed 12/13/13.

Should be here Friday!

So, when I confirmed my address, SIX WEEKS AGO, we had a flaky substitute mail carrier (pkg delivered to wrong house, other pkg he said was delivered but turned out he left it in the truck, etc,) so I paid for the shipping upgrade, knowing that it is a ripoff. Free shipping was already included, and the difference between the cheapest possible way they could ship it and Priority Mail couldn't be more than 3 bucks. Not $10. Worth it for the peace of mind though, I thought.
Anyway, when I just got the tracking number, I went to USPS to check when it was supposed to be delivered, and saw that it is only insured up to $100. So only about 2/3 of the value. Fucking cheapskates- insuring it for the whole value would have added almost nothing.

Oh well, I'm just grumpy at them because the 6 weeks on top of two years, hopefully that'll just be a distant memory soon. Unless it breaks, then y'all will hear about it, guaranteed!

Maybe @zymos they are insuring to cover their cost not ours. Wouldn't be a wise choice as they would still have to ship you another.

I'm trying to stay positive, haha..

Good point @FizzNuggets. Wasn't looking at it that way, but it makes sense.

Or they are actually shipping Express, which includes $100 insurance, instead of regular Priority, which only includes $50.

In which case, I rescind my bitching. About the shipping fee. Not about the 2 years plus 6 weeks!

Given the reliability issues with early units I wouldnt recommend the GH as anyone's only vape. At least until the reliability improves which it ultimately should.

I say get an air or even a solo which will be your reliable, primarily at home vape. They will last forever. Then wait for the GH and use that as your on the go vape. You can probably get a solo and a GH for the price of a crafty.

I wouldn't describe any electronic portable, especially an Arizer, as lasting forever.

If that is the goal, someone should get a torch powered vape, or rather a reliable powerful plug in. That would be the ultimate back up, and offer a unique, overall likely better, experience than a Grasshopper is capable of even:2c:

But back on topic it is great to see all these shipping notifications this week! (Finally @zymos!) And yeah hopefully means new confidence this isn't a beta anymore... Either way hopefully backers will be done very soon and pre orders can begin right away

Just tell yourself it was misguided optimism.

I still have estimated delivery of November so I doubt they will update the dates again. I was just advised that mine did not ship as there was a problem with my Ti unit. That was on Tuesday, so it must take a few days to build one unit! Sooooo tired of their excuses at this point!

They've said it takes 75 minutes of worker time to build one unit. But maybe they were out of stock of something

Well I'll be...just got my address confirmation, also.:whoa:

I've been a backer since Dec 14th, so it looks like the end of the backers is in site. I'll keep you guys up to date on how soon it is actually mailed. I did reply back to them that I wanted a few extra accessories.

I'll also put up a review of the GH after I have it in my hands for a few days...

@Gregori, did u pay the shipping upgrade I forget if you mentioned that. I didn't. Curious what difference you and I will see in shipping speeds, seems like we were about in the same boat.
