Vaporizing is the best medicine for sinus/respiratory issues, nothing is better!.

For all you talking of congestion and stuffy noses, vertigo, asthma, just drink alot of clean water and do cardio exercise, you are most likely just extremely dehydrated, especially if you vape alot.

I would hate to find out how many people take multiple dangerous, expensive pharmaceuticals to "fix" problems that could be truly cured by just staying hydrated.

I'm new to the forum, but I had to weigh in on this thread.

I've had severe sinusitis for the past seven years; with a horrible congestion and post-nasal drip cough. It's been frightening at times to breath. I tried everything — excessive water, saline rinse, steroid sprays, etc. And saw allergists and ENT specialists. I even traveled to different climates hoping for relief. Imaging and tests showed nothing, so I was resigned to live with my environmental allergy or whatever it was.

As a last resort, I tried vaping medical cannabis with an MD prescription with a licensed medical cannabis producer (I'm in Canada). It worked instantaneously for me too. I can hear my sinuses clearing with a 'clicking' sound as I vape. Better and faster than anything I've tried. I've been vaping for a couple of months now. Amazing results. Interestingly too, I seem to need it less and less; which makes me wonder if I've been cured after regular use.

BUT unlike Nosferatu, I've been using low THC cannabis with an equal balance of CBD. And I only use the smallest amount. If I use street cannabis, I tend to need more (and get seriously buzzed). This is probably due to its lower CBD content. From what I've been reading, CBD is the likely active ingredient as it is a known anti-inflammatory agent. I suspect it also dilates the sinuses.
