Has anyone ever used the Raydiant Titanium Vapor Engine or heard of it? Recently launched product, lighter-powered a la the Phyto-Lab or Vapman. The company that makes it recently contacted us about carrying it and we'd be interested to hear if anyone has any experience with it.

wow that thing looks burly, I actually really like how it looks.

Is it butane powered?

Haha that sucks it doesn't work.

I'd say so. I'd don't know that I'd want a vape that would surprise me with smoke. Hopefully it has a good vapor range before it combusts.

was wondering if vapenow could tell us how it is used. looks too me like it is just a metal screen between where the herb goes and where the flame goes. If I am guessing proper usage. So if you suck too hard flame goes right past the screen right into your herb..

The design is based on their older product(pipe for combusting herbs). The pipe sleeve and screen are
made of real titanium and the chassis is aluminum. The owner was inspired by the protopipe and started
building pipes back in `78.

too me it looks like they took their old design and mixed it with the vapor bat design and just put a metal screen at the end where the fire goes. looks like this pipe has a high learning curve trying too keep the pipe from combusting. the more I look at this the more curious I am become by how it actually works

so ive been lookin at the pics even more... do you heat the side of the herb chamber? the cylinder part opposite of the cut out fins?

Alright, I just got one of these. I havent a jet flame lighter at my disposal so I havent tried it yet. You do heat the herb chamber directly. It looks like its well made, pretty much indestructable. It also looks like it may burn the herb, but this is merly a guess at this point. I will test it out soon and give a review.

I just saw an add for this thing in high times and thought it looked pretty nifty. Just curious to hear about anyones experiences with it, and if it's any good or not. I'm hoping it works well, I just thought it looked so cool!
