It's a kiss Ac coil, but issue is I'm trying to figure out if it's a new design or a old coil revision.

There isn't anything like it but the one part used is like a step back, but hits like a truck when used at 8 watts.

8 watts? that seems pretty low for something that hits like a truck....im intrigued....
step back? revision of old tech?
silica or porous ceramic?!

I'm using 8 watts that's for sure on a vapor shark rdna that someone sent me to test out, it's a step back because of the heater material but man it sure does work as good as the kiss gen 3 and on top of that it does not leak.

That’s sounds like a very efficient design.

Depends on how you look at it.

when thinking about it from power consumption maybe.

Arguments can be made for and against.

i still think the kiss gen 3 is better because of materials used and how it vaporizes.

This on the other hand is s bit different then the kiss gen 3 that is why I'm still trying to figure out if it's a step forward, step backwards or a step sideways, I'm leaning now more towards sideways because of earlier prototypes that gave birth to the EO cart.

Can it compare to the Hercules ? That's a negative.

@SamuraiSam Is it possible my Nibbler AC shipped? I just got a shipping notice, but I thought these weren't going out until Jan?

Small amount of Nibbler Ac have shipped.

Both sets. the extra ones and the ones that actually fit in the groove themselves

I want an oil coil. plz tell me how 2 get!

Can you put up a pic for me to see? As for oil coil not sure yet about them.

@THC SCIENTIFIC Awesome - I really liked the 1701 v2, can't wait to see a non-leaking version. Will this still utilize the same donut, or will there be a new heating element to complement the non-leaking housing?

Actually, am I seeing correctly that there are 3 orings at the bottom of that image? My okeanos only has 1 oring groove, and then another oring that goes right under the glass

What are the two sized orings used for the okeanos?
It sounds like you have a version 1 Okeanos with an Okeanos Upgrade kit. The Version 1 okeanos had one O ring groove each on the glass' top and bottom plates; the current Okeanos has two O-rings on bottom. Version 2 / Upgrade kit added the two piece center tube, Rim sealing flat washers, and the taller coil chamber.

There are special flat sealing washers for the rim of the glass, not off the shelf that we can provide a size for; and round O rings for the inside of the glass. There's also one small O ring for the 2 piece center post.

We have replacement Okeanos O-ring kits available for $5 misc fees that come with one each of the O-rings needed to replace every rubber part in the Okeanos. Please add a comment specifying the $5 misc fees are for an Okeanos O-ring kit and we'll get you set up with new seals, open a ticket or give me a call if you need any further help.

It will use the same doughnut we do not see a need to make it bigger, as the 1701 is more then capable of doing its job in its current size, we want to concentrate on the real user issues and fix them instead.

you can try for the orings that go in the groves any hardware store that has a variety of orings will have it, the flat ones are custom.

I will have to spend some time with my 1701 when I return from vacation, but as it stands I don't recall it leaking very much unless I put my oil down the center... Which only happened once.

I recall being significantly more frustrated by oil getting trapped between the bottom of the element and the skillet, and failing to vape properly (no air flow under the element, so oil would get overcooked, and impart a singed flavor to my subsequent hits. Even when riding the button a bit, it was not possible for me to burn the underside of the donut clean).

That's the thing we have almost eliminated this so no oil will be trapped underneath.

Woohoo! Man, I hope it fits in the AC, especially since the popularity of the AC platform seems to be steadily growing. I try to steer clear of reddit, but on a whim I read the wax pens subreddit today and saw w9's AC or KISS 3G recommended pretty much anytime people asked for "best wax atomizer" suggestions. It was a pleasant change of pace.
