Cure for the vape hangover?

What do you recommend to help revive the morning after?
I get good results from powdered maca root either mixed with my breakfast cereal or mixed with some yogurt.
Maca is commonly known as "Peruvian ginseng," actually part of the beet family.
It absolutely has a stimulating, clarifying effect, also very inexpensive - a bag of it costs about $2 in any Peruvian grocery store if you happen to live in an ethnic neighborhood -
but also available online, but a bit more expensive.

when i mean "hangover" i don't mean like alcohol sick, etc. I mean that fuzzy spaced feeling you get sometimes in the morning after overdoing it the night before...
that's what the fuckkk...

Yeah that was necessary.

Sometimes i find that i get that feeling, but i normally wake and bake with a PD stem and it fixes up any morning gremlins i may have.

I know what you mean, I usually end my night with a bang and vape with my pd till i cant anymore and usually wake up faded a bit. When this happens I usually just load a stem and everything is ok...:D The breakfast for champions. :peace:

This is a no brainer. Have you tried a cup of coffee???? IMO If I had to do something the next day and I didn't want to feel burnt or swirly headed (common with noobs), I would just vap less the night before, then drink some coffee the next morning/day. Even better, I found a great supplement at GNC called "uptime energy" (basically a red bull without the sugar). You could also try adding a couple tablespoons of brewer's yeast to your diet (one of the best sources of B vitamins).

Fact is, vaping per se, regardless of the amount, doesn't really cause much cloudiness the next morning, but if you eat spent PD vaporizables (maybe should have clarified that little item in the subject heading) and vape at the same time, and you do alot of both, noob or not, you're gonna be spaced in the morning and coffee doesn't cut through all of it. For me it's vitamins - brewer's yeast sounds interesting, plus ginseng and ginkgo biloba, and I'm finding, like I said in my earlier post, maca root very effective as a natural safe stimulant. Another thing to do if you have a juice extractor is make a cocktail of carrot, beet, celery and one apple with a teaspoon of Hawaiian spirulina. That will blast the clouds away and it tastes great and it's good for you, but it's a little time consuming.

THC reduces the restfulness of sleep. I think the best approach is to tack an extra hour of sleep onto what you might normally need. Failing that, some caffeine is your best bet. Most of these herbal supplements really have no evidence base, but hey, love that placebo effect!

I agree with everyone who says Vaping doesn't cause much problems the next day, or I would be fuzzy EVERY morning.

That being said, THC edibles always drain me hard. Sore muscles and a fuzzy feeling at the least. I'd say plenty of water, some ginseng, and a multi-vitamin really help. Basically, the same thing i would do for a booze hangover. I nice balanced meal with plenty of fruits would likely help too. But similiar to many of you, when I read the subject line, my immediate thought was, more vape will help buddy!

i get that shit too sometimes but I have got it from a bong too..but that was more spaced out.

i explain it like everything slows down like the matrix effect for me

The last time I had that fuzzy feeling was when I was combusting.
vaping=no brain fog. My advice would be don't vape yourself to sleep.

You're saying that most herbs have no "evidence base?" Herbs like ginseng? You've never felt any effect from herbs?

If "no evidence base" = anecdotal, it doesn't necessarily follow that anecdotal = placebo.

I sometimes feel burnt out or a little lazy or have some extra pain after smoking, hardly noticible but it's shit for work.

The cure for me is 3 extra strength Tylenol with a Tums. Helps my back at work too (not that it's bad yet).

Right, but if you're required to be sharp and lucid and fully in motion in the morning, maybe there are other things to do in preparation rather than getting a little stoned... but maybe I'll try it.
I think ive done just about everything, and I mean everyday life things and important things high, sometimes by choice, sometimes not. hehehe

Yep. If i could walk around under the influence 24/7 I would. However for me after a week I need to take tollerance breaks. It's not nice smoking and vaping loads of stuff and feeling nothing.

As you can probably guess i'm due one now.
