It's all in the reflexes.
I put a piece of scotch tape on my dial to keep it from moving. When I need to adjust temp I simply lift the tape, adjust the dial, and re-apply the tape. A simple, and possibly inelegant solution, but 100% effective. Before I started doing this, my dog bumped my dial to ten and I didn't notice. Combusted. Horrible tasting.

Shut up and take my money! Okay, how much for something like this? I'm thinking maybe all maple, but the same wood as this would be cool too. The design is amazing.

I actually have been thinking about making a lighted dial with a circle arduino board to replace the original cord, but I have a friend helping that has the education with this kind of stuff and I am probably going to ask Epic Vape if a) bad idea b) fucking with warrant c) insult do their purity of design d) epic vape company is a weird cult that hates tiny light bulbs like those I would use in design

but anyway I have like half the stuff to make that and rest would be like 30 bucks online
But if you're going to do that, why not just go with a digital control? I love the idea, but I think I would like digital with maybe some user-saved voltage settings more.

Back from my first session last night with the enano... Pretty impressed, amazingly smooth and efficient. I have OK stuff right now and the solo was just not cutting it, I had suspected it was very inefficient for some time now. I am a lightweight and me and my wife were having to share two bowls when with our old vaporite mini digit one would do just fine. Well we were good to go with just 1 each! and those are about half of what we pack the solo with. I know we wasted a lot of stuff this year and I knew it and just waited too long to get a better vape.

I'm getting rid of the solo soon.

The dial set to 6-6.5 was perfect for us. 6 is around 400F after sitting for 20-30 minutes. It takes longer to heat up if you set it to 6 instead of 10 for 2 minutes then down to 6.

I love how simple the enano is and how ridiculously smooth it is.

Only have two minor complaints:
1. My biggest but albeit minor complaint is the dial on the power supply. It should have detents and click into each setting. It spins freely after going past the on/off detent and is easy to bump. We kept finding we lowered or raised the temp accidentally.
2. My only other minor complaint is I would like it to be much heavier and more bottom heavy. Its so small and light I kept worrying we would knock it over.

Other than that this thing is great and so simple. I love the fixed glass screen stem. The glass is very thick, at least double the solo stem. I wish I never would have wasted my time with the solo. Now I'm going to load up on accessories and get a nice water tool hopefully there are some good glass sales this BF.
I have a few vaporizers I use for different reasons.

Last night I broke out the "GOD'S GIFT" and loaded a NANO fixed GonG,
I got 3 rips before stirring and 3 rips after before bed and my pajamas were on.
The taste was unreal however the effect was the E ticket.

There has been talk about the dial?
Just offer a after market upgrade to those who would like one?

Very cool to have your wife join your sessions.

I'm SOLO concerning Cannabis?

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
We were away for the holiday and brought the portable (Firefly) with me. Left the nano home. I missed it terribly.

The Firefly performed admirably, but I missed the nano + water pipe sessions. I'm glad I'm back ;)

FWIW, I like mine set at 6.25. Just a hair over 6 :D. I think the cord is just fine. If I ever changed, it would be for a model that you could power and control remotely. A cordless model that still runs on 110V. I got guys in the back room that are working to make it happen.:brow:

Ive had my nano about a month now and im still using it daily :)

It has helped with stopping smoking to, i was a around 10 joints per day with tobbaco smoker for 20 years until last month, down to 1-2 joint per day with no tobbaco now and im never going back.

I innitially got the fixed glass gong only, i think this was a mistake and have ordered some adjustable ones in the sale to compare, ordered yesterday and already dispatched. :D

They are just over $10 each at the moment, get both types and see which you prefer.

I must admit i havent used the stems much with mine, its much better through my cheap glass bong.

I had the solo for a year and hardly used it, since getting the nano i have been using it much more, i tend to start on the solo, move onto the nano, then maybe make a spliff or sometims do a big bag on my extreme q.

OK a few variables to check, forgive me if it is basic but must do the checklist.
1. Proven good outlet.
2. Set to 6.5 and wait 1/2 hour before trying.
3. Good meds?
4. Depth of screen is set by use of Epick.
5. Suck fill and light tamp.
6. Deep Wa Wa (milkshake) suck.

Should be good effect with visible filled stem and exhale.

I find that very interesting since I just got the enano because my solo wasn't cutting it. I find it much more efficient than the solo. What temp do you use the solo at and did you try to get the enano to the same? We use the solo at a 4 so after testing I set the enano to 6. @6 my enano hits 400 but two people hitting it drops the temp to a consistent 350-370.

Definitely let it sit at whatever setting for a good 20-30 min. I found that while I can set it to 10 for 2 minutes then down to 6 I'm good to go but I cool it off too quick then.

We use the stems on the solo 99.99% of the time. I really like the stem on the enano. It's much thicker glass and longer too :brow: (that's what she said). However we did like the solo with a gong and hydrotube but it was a bit of a pain. I did just order a 14 & 18 gong and a piece from thickassglass to see how it goes. Hoping to cut down the session time a bit.

to be able to help you you have to tell us more about your problems, dislikes and maybe how you use it...
I also would recommend you to read this thread... especially adjusting, using, draw technic and so on...

whats the name of the popular bubbler people order from dhgate? and what gong piece does it need?
Depending on your price range?

D020-D $40
D022 $28 I like this one.

FC UFO ? I forgot! I get all Franklinstein on this one!

heavy hitters = larger volume water pieces
Log Vapes and Medium hitters = Mid range water pieces
Portables = Smaller Bubblers like a D020 size?

Have a 18mm to 14mm reducer bushing in glass (I have 3)

18mm GonG's
14mm GonG's

Lots of parts like a Plumber!

Giant Tinker Toy's!

Well I ordered my Enano last Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday and I absolutely love it. It feels so much cleaner? healthier? than the portable that I was using. I have only been using the stems but it is never hot or harsh. I have been experimenting (bwahaha!) with screen placement, temperature and how hard to pack the stem and each change seems to make a difference. I can also tell that the settings that work best for Durban Poison don't work that well for GDP. I would tell anyone that was having trouble with their Enano to read as much of this thread as they can. I was able to get small clouds on my very first hit (fixed screen, small nug). My second hit gave me massive clouds (adjustable stem, fine grind).

I am very happy with my purchase, I wish I would have discovered the Enano sooner.

Many thanks to Epic Vapes for making the Enano and many thanks to the FC community for creating such a wealth of useful information.

Maple Burl IS the new black!!

I don't use the e-nano much but I do use the underdog and Solo. The underdog is close to the enano. A log vape is as simple as it gets. You said your enano came with missing pieces. If it plugs in and has a stem there's not much more that you need. It's hard to understand what you don't like about it compared to the solo. If you are using the solo with water, the same adapter should work with the enano. I have a couple of solo gongs from Joda and they work on the e-nano.
