This is true, but alot of the time it isn't the fault of PV, but rather distributors and/or manufacturers. Same thing goes for Herbalizer stuff now, PV just can't do anything about it. But I know what you mean, there have been items out of stock for years now, and have no business even being on their webstore.

Does it take longer to heat up or anything from the thicker glass?

You insert the gong when the air is heating up. It is made to fit even when the air is not hot. I don't think it is worth it for the gong. I have a regular vortex stem that I like a lot tho. They are made thicker than stock. I am going to buy a regular gong soon

Also curious....blast from the past.... was there ever a Fuck Combustion Bubbler made? I recall a brainstorming thread with lots of ideas and feedback, but didn't think it came to fruition, but I could be wrong.

I have literally been checking every day, sometimes twice a day for sales for FC members for Solo GonG,and some other random gear.
I should just go through ___ or _____ , but PV GonGs seem to be the most coveted.

I gotta say, it is a bit weird? Most Vendors recognize the fact that if a Business treats The FC community properly, they will gain many, many, many valuable clientele.
I just see good ole fuggin profiteering again from their recent practices, all about advertising the 1000$ Sublimator.

Th exchange rates help Canadians buy things in Canada, as Canada is about the only place we can get Canadian money at par... And some parts of Newfoundland...
Having said that I haven't really found that many vendors worth dealing with in Canada. The first place I used (in Toronto, can't recall name, but they always pack chips in as packing - great idea!), anyways the first time I ordered from them it took two more rounds of mailing and emailing til they sent me what I'd ordered in the first place. Having not found anyone else handy to deal with online, it's about as easy to get things from the US and drive across the border and pick em up.

You are thinking of PlanetVape, love the chips for packing! The only other Toronto online retailer that I know of is TorontoVaporizer (great place to do biz with as well).
You are right though, and it's sad.... i've been buying everything lately in the USA from Puffitup! Cheaper than buying in Canada! Much cheaper! Even with paying for shipping and our crappy exchange rate.
Still love PV though! They are the bomb for making gong's! Sadly though, IMHO their business is not what it used to be.... I think the website went downhill, and soooo many products are always out of stock with little hope of getting back in stock.
