Just almost tackled my mailman and got the Volcano today. :razz::razz::razz::razz:

I couldn't be happier. I just took my first rip off of it and man... it truly is the Ferrari of vaporizers. I've been combusting for far far too long. That was the first rip in a long time that I got all of and didn't hurt my lungs.

I love all the freebies you guys threw in. Having a bag to carrying this beast around in will probably get me laid constantly. And the Smoke Buddy you guys tossed in is awesome too. It came super fast, was well packaged. Really can't say enough good things about your business. I even watched a couple of your vaporizer video on Youtube.

Two questions mainly out of curiosity. What was the "Deluxe Package" option for $180 on the Volcano page? There was no information about it. Also, how does the Reward Points work? I think I made an order as a guest so I don't know if I'm eligible for them.

I'm stoked you guys threw in a SmokeBuddy, I've always wanted one. I'm surprised how well they work. The Volcano bag is bad ass as well.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention. The Deluxe Package is something that was offered at an earlier time that should have been removed from the options. We've gone ahead and taken care of that.

Excerpt from our website regarding the rewards points program:

You'll earn one Rewards Point for every dollar you spend on any product when you shop at VaporNation.com - thus you get 10% back. You can apply these points to future purchases made from VaporNation.com in any amount you'd like and at any time in the future. For example, if you purchase a $250 Vaporizer at VaporNation.com, you will earn 250 points worth $25.00 toward your next purchase. And redeeming your points is simple: During checkout, you will have the option of redeeming your accrued shopper points toward your current purchase.
However, due to agreements we have with certain manufacturers, there are some products on which rewards points cannot be earned, Storz & Bickel (manufacturer of the Volcano) is one of them.

So in this case, since you purchased the Volcano, you would not have earned rewards points - so you didn't miss out on anything by ordering on a guest account.

Once you create an account, go ahead and message me over your information, and I'll go ahead and add 50 rewards points ($5) to your account for use on a future purchase with us.

Does anyone know why the UK site won't let you complete order. Keep trying and keeps saying to use US site. Issue then, where does stuff get shipped from, and will the credit card charge extra for foreign currency conversion. Waiting for a reply to email atm :( .

Just an update, the UK site should be up and running in a fortnight. Well it IS up now, you can waste your time selecting items and putting them in your basket, just can't checkout. Timewasted that could have been saved if they had a note on their homepage. Will say customer service guy was good.

Ha. You're not going crazy!

It was a typo on our end. The banner and previous posts did read 25% off, but the promo code was always for 20%. Our apologies for the confusion.

I forgot to share my amazing experience with @VaporNation regarding my Solo acquisition ....

I left reviews on Trust Pilot, the Vapor Nation review section and in the Solo Thread, I think I may have done another somewhere :hmm:

I placed my order on a Saturday night, and opted for the Free car charger as opposed to the Free rush shipping option.

The car charger is quite handy and costs 23$ ,but with the Freebie package that comes with every purchase over 100$ you get about 50$ ish dollars worth of goods.

Placing the order on a Saturday, I knew VN would not even see the order until Monday morning at the earliest.

I simply shot VN a PM inquiring about an estimated time of arrival, and got a fantastic/Very fast reply...

He put my order in Rush for free!!! Said I should have my new toy by Thursday.

2 days later, a plain brown box is on my porch!!!!
2 day delivery, excellent CUSTOMER CARE, fuck service, @VaporNation cares about their customers, they treat FC members like family...

It goes a lot further than Customer Service, as I was a Customer Service Manager for General Motors for 7 years, and for a fancy Restaurant for seven years here in Colorado. I'm now finally disabled, I've been disabled for a long time, but refused to quit working due to stubborn pride.

Vapor Nation is the Bees Knees, the Cat's Pajamas, very happy with the whole experience.

I do have a question regarding the points system...

I completely forgot to actually set up an account, is an account already established when one makes a purchase?
