Wow... That looks cool. If it had been $30 I would've totally impulse bought it.

Their next offering will be a digital, motorized grinder where you dial in your desired grind consistency and just push a button.

That's awesome. It's just like an antique coffee grinder. I REALLY want to buy it, but I can't swing any unnecessary purchases right now.

wow so much money for a sharpstone...:/ aint it a bad idea to get a sharpstone? (metal shaving off, teeth dull over time, cheap parts, ect. ect.) but the mill handle does look pretty cool. Nice idea having the handle able to be folded up for portable storage :brow: +1 for innovation

really gives a new meaning to 'grinding' those nugs

i dont see why the sharpstone is badmouthed.. besides it being 20$

ive rocked one for 2 years it rips up the densest nugs to the sticky icky haha

i just hate how the trichs stick to the teeth

hmm...Thanks for bringing up that counter point. Do you get good keif through the SS* screen? If what you say is true then the ONLY negative about this grinder is the plastic top. But since its a mill handle the teeth stand MUCH less of a chance of breaking off seeing how the teeth aren't attached to the plastic lid. (like most other clear top SS grinders) I guess it counterbalances the pros and cons.

oh...and price. For that much I could get a 2.5 Cosmic 4pc grinder  it would be hard to choose

:peace:

*Sharp Stone

I pray for the day an all glass grinder is invented :brow:

That's why I like MixnBall's organic anodized coating. Two piece or four piece, I find myself going back to the MB brand despite my other choices. Just needs cleaning less often and never seems to get the black, hard to clean, plant material where it tends to get trapped between metal surfaces.

Same with SpaceCase's ti coating, eh?

The Space Case is too perfect to actually use for grinding. I just take it out once in a while to admire it.

at its price tag i dont blame you. The handle looks pretty cool, shame the 5-0 & snakes would be able to see your herb through the top... :uhoh:

I couldn't resist it. I bid on an auction for one, won it for $30 earlier today, and paid for it just now. I'll take pictures and such when I receive it. I was quite pleased with my current 4 piece Sharpstone grinder, so I can't imagine this one won't be good. Functionally the same, but much cooler looking.

Fucking asshole seller on ebay sent me the wrong one and then when I returned it, the item had been "lost in the mail" and he claimed all he got was an empty box. I'm out $40 (payment for the auction and return shipping) and I don't even have the shitty grinder he sent me now. All this bullshit took over a month to resolve (because it would take days and multiple emails to get a single response from him) and by the time I contacted PayPal about it, it had been just over 45 days and they told me to fuck off and marked my issue as "automatically resolved". Motherfuckers.

i have a cheap aluminum grinder that came with my first vape and I just bought a cheap coffee grinder. at first I thought I was getting it pretty good with the grinder but after the coffee grinder turning it to half the size and a good considerable amount of kief I take out with a paint brush.. the highs are much much better now. been thinking of grinding the abv to see how much green is in it still. these grinders look great but I guess I like to take out the variables on this so I can get it consistent

The shitty service has nothing to do with SharpStone. I loved my old SharpStone grinder. The problem I had was with the jerkoff ebay seller perfectioninsmoke888 who is the one who never responded to my emails or gave me any of my money back after sending me the wrong one and then having the wrong grinder "disappear" in the mail and ignoring me completely afterward. $40 gone and I've got nothing now.

ebay has buyer protection. dont let that scumbag get away with that. if you payed through paypal file a claim and you can even go through your credit card company and get a chargeback. i had a guy get a chargeback even after i sent the item so essentially he robbed me and i was the one selling. sorry to go off topic its just shit like this gets me heated. :ninja:

Apparently the counterfeit Sharpstones were the problem

i believed to own a 4 piece sharpstone grinder for a couple of years. well, accordingly to their counterfeit guide it wasn't one. seems like my local head shop is selling knock-offs.

Great Scott!
For what its worth my "expensive" titanium coated space case 2 piece and 4 piece grinders have lasted me years and years and are just perfect. I used to go through cheap aluminum grinders and sharpstones etc maybe 1 per year. Its safe to say they have paid for themselves by never needing replacement.
